Called in for a backed up pipe and had the pleasure of working with Ricky their technicianNice guy super patient and would definitely recommend you ask for him!They even came back for warranty when I needed it on New Year’s Eve!Highly recommend you use them- don’t know why other people complained about their prices. It was average pricing for the line of work.I’d use them again

I have been using them for 8 years now for my two houses in queens. Highly recommend them. Update: 09/15/24, called for service which was under warranty and was sent a tech within 40 minutes to rectify the problem. Excellent and fast service, thanks

I was little skeptical about calling them at first since the price seem too good to be true but then figured might as well give them a try. Bathtub was clogged( or rather going down slow) for 2 days so i called this company . Two guys showed up which was surprising since it didnt seem like a big job but then learnt one was getting on-the-job training which scared me but the senior tech assured me that he was just there to observe. They snaked and cleared the tub and i was only charged $56.43 (oh they charge sales tax regardless of cash or not). I am very pleased with this company and would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Called due to line blockage. Tech arrived within 1 hour of initial call. Found problem right away and resolved my issue. Fast, professional service. Have used this company in the past and will use them again.

I have used them at my house various times and as recently as last month. Only had one unsatisfactory experience during this time but good thing that it was resolved by manager Rick on spot. I recommend them :)

Joesph is one of the best technician i have had with this constant drain problems at my house. Have tried so many companies with this recurring issue but no one could figure out the real problem. He was upfront too, charged me $50 extra to drill a hole under sink but totally worth it. Guess you learn from your experiences. Gave him $25 tip too afterwards.
