They replaced the boiler and water heater the same day which was great and their prices was reasonable. They were friendly, courteous and professional. It was a wonderful outcome! I have used this company twice in the past month and will definitely be using them again. Jurgen responded so quickly and always answered and explained everything so I felt comfortable. Originally we hired them for a water heater installation. I really felt that this company goes above and beyond for their customer. I originally wanted a tankless water system. Other plumbers just refused to do it. Jurgen explained to me that it was not the best option but if I really wanted it, he would help me figure out a way. Eventually, we decided to just go with another regular water heater but the point is, he was trying to still help me even if it was complicated. The water heater installation went great. They were on time, quick and no problems with it.I hired them again for moving some piping around in my laundry closet because I could not fit in a new washer and dryer. They moved the piping, no problem. Uran and Jurgen were both extremely professional, polite and made me feel very comfortable. They are both very knowledgeable and will be the only call I make for a plumber. Serious gems, both of them, fair prices and happy customer!Thank you!

I was looking for someone to service my Navien Combo boiler. Unfortunately, the company that installed it does not service them. I tried calling several companies and they didn’t respond back or charged more than what was expected. I came across Main Mechanical as a certified installer under the Navien website. They were responsive and did exactly what was needed for the service and made some recommendations to ensure the unit works as efficiently as possible. I would definitely use them again for my heating and plumbing needs.

Unbelievable service! Uran and the team are responsive, thorough, and expertly skilled. We had an emergency steam pipe leak in a 150 year old building. The highly complex job daunted other plumbers, but was no problem for them. In an industry full of people who won’t call you back and will overcharge- Main Mechanical all a savior. They truly have their customer’s best interest at heart. I’ll never use another plumber.

Jurgen and his team was the only one that knew how to fix my brand new heating system. I went through the original installer and two other people I found on thumbtack. All took money but never actually fixed the issue. Jurgen came and was Navien certified. He knew what the issue was the first day. Ever since he made the updates we have had no issues with our systems.Being a new home owner, its tough to find contractors you can trust and depend on.
