Kew Forest plumbing and heating offers consistent, reliable professional service. This is my third time using them with all the confidence in the world. Tommy and AJ are courteous and skilled tradesmen. They replaced and installed a new gas boiler in a timely and efficient manner. No mess! Great work! Before leaving they made sure everything was running well. In addition the electrician who also installed our new thermostat and took care of our boiler’s electric work was also great. This goes to show that the contractors Kew Forest Plumbing and Heating surround themselves with are as professional and good. I highly recommend Kew Forest plumbing and heating. Tommy came and helped us getting our boiler working again. The smart thermostat stopped working with our old style boiler. Tommy was able to figure out a way around to make it work. He fixed another issue 2 years ago, a true miracle worker. Tommy and his Key Forest teammates are always very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They are my go to shop, extremely happy with them.

Tommy came promptly for an emergency visit over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend when our heat went off and it was in the low 30s. He was thorough and was able to determine the problem quickly and fix it. He also made sure our radiators were working and made some suggestions to improve the heating system. Had a an emergency call on Saturday and no-one picked up except Kew Forest plumbing specifically Tommy. He told me to send pictures of the problem which I did , so he can stop by the shop and get parts .I had a problem with a flush hammer that was leaking and Tommy put it back together and it worked great. He saved me from an irate tenant .He also pointed out a couple of other issues that need to be fixed which I will call Kew forest to do . He’s an excellent mechanic and plumber those are far and few qualities in these times . I have used Kew forest for the past 10 years on various service calls and they always come out do a great job. This is a new construction building and most breaks or are done in a rush or lack of knowledge. Being without a sink for 6 weeks is a looong time. Today Tommy and AJ fixed a very poorly installed sink. But they solved it and look!!! We will most definitely come back if another problem comes up (it will). Thanks boys!!! Fast, sharp and nice is what they were. I recommend them highly.

I called them to repair a toilet that wasn’t flushing properly and they showed up next day. They resolved my issue and I would call them again should I have other plumbing needs. They aren’t cheap but when it comes to plumbing you want it done right!

It’s Saturday morning our boiler was leaking and we could not wait for Monday to get it fixed. Tommy N came on to our house with in a few hours and fixed our boiler. Luckily he was able to fix it before it turned into a bigger problem. Tommy N was professional, efficient and delivered high quality service. The price was fair and we now have peace of mind. We will go back to Kew Forest Plumbing and Heating and ask for Tommy N with any plumbing or heating needs.

We are in a small walk up, and half our building lost heat during a very cold week. Tommy N and Jay D from Kew Forest Plumbing came out and were incredibly helpful. Not only did they fix the issue, but explained everything in great detail so that we understood how to prevent the problem from happening in the future. In addition, Tommy N continued to check in for the next few days to make sure we had heat. We will absolutely use them again moving forward.

Kew Forest Plumbing has been my “go to” plumbers for several years now.Today they installed a new hose line ( to a better location) and removed the existing line. The workers (Tommy and JD) were fastidious about their job. They not only ran a new line, tested to ensure it functioned properly, closed off the old line, they also cleaned and vacuumed the areas. I must add, I appreciated that they discussed the various ways to remedy the plumbing issue with me to ensure I’d be satisfied with the solution I ultimately agreed to.I wholeheartedly recommend them if you’re looking for the job to be well done and done correctly the first time.A Cambria Heights Resident

Top notch. Jason and James actually showed up a little early for the appointment, which was fine. I explained to them the problems, and they got right to work. They had a friendly banter with each other like true partners. They answered all my questions, never condescending to me or acting like it was a hassle, instead understanding that I was just trying to educate myself and learn, so that in the future I can take care of an issue myself or prevent future ones. I absolutely recommend this company, especially after another local one (initials AH) didnt even return my call.

Ive used Kew Forest twice this past year. Once for the installation of a water heater in my commercial building in Astoria and for a relay in my personal home. While Kew Forest might be a little more expensive than others, their service and expertise is, in my opinion, among the best! The only reason that I didnt give them five stars, and believe me, the only reason, is because I had a recent question about my last bill. I called their office and explained the reason for my call to the lovely receptionist who assured me of a timely response from one of the principals. I never received that call! Perhaps Im a little jaded, but as a retired owner of a successful software company, I made such an inquiry from my valuable customers a priority! Perhaps this was only an oversight, and I will treat it as such. I plan on continuing to do business with Kew Forest in the future.

The most challenging efforts as a homeowner is finding a company you can trust, a company who knows what they are doing and will stand by their word. Kew Forest Plumbing is just that company.Here is a little backstory…In May of 2015 we had a new high efficiency boiler (BOSCH Greenstar Combi) installed by a company I will not mention here so as to not taint this review. These crooks (those who installed the unit) would not help us when the heating exchange failed. Instead of helping us they simply said to install a new unit to further exploit us.Finding a company who even knew how to service this boiler was a challenge in itself. With the help of Bosch we were able to find Kew Forest and we are so happy we did. From the moment we reached out to Paul, he helped to walk us through each process. Paul assessed our issues over the phone, answered all of our questions and sent his guys over that very day. He communicated with us daily, helped us to order the piece that he knew was under warranty, and then tried to find ways to help us avoid unnecessary costs. Even after his men changed the heating exchange he gave us advice on what parts to have on hand in order to avoid any future issues. The epitome of customer service. He was honest and forthright from the beginning, qualities that are rarely found these days. Paul, thank you for your diligence, efficiency and most important, your integrity.If you are looking for help with your heating unit, Kew Forest Plumbing is the company to call. They are efficient, professional and honest!

Caring, 5 Star Professionals! We have used KFPH for our toilet, dishwasher, kitchen sink and bathroom sink on different occasions and our experience has exceeded our expectations every time. First of all, their receptionist/scheduler is a total pro and charming as well. Appointments get confirmed in advance. Our plumber called enroute to confirm arrival time. How great is that? But the best part, is that repairs are knowledgeable, practical and customer service oriented. Weve always been given a choice of solutions, mindful of budget and preferences. Todays experience with our bathroom sink presented them with a ridiculous challenge due to a previous faulty installation by other contractors. Their efforts were frankly heroic and saved us a great deal of stress and money. Were incredibly grateful and appreciative of their efforts, skill and professionalism. And theyre very nice people.

Our pipes backed up in the basement. I called them at about noon and they were at my house in an hour. They were courteous, explained everything, and fixed the pipes pronto. The total cost of the job was $212 and it took them about 20 minutes to do it. Would most definitely use them again!

I have been dealing with Plumbers for the last 35 years. I finally can rest assured that they will do the right thing and at anytime of the day or night. I have owned several properties large and small and I now can feel comfortable making the call and having the issue resolved. Paul, the ladies in the office and Tommy have all been great. The knowledge that Paul has and the ability to pinpoint the issue is remarkable . I call and the ladies in the office always have a friendly response. When you get to the field, Tommy is the man.
