    Jimmy w/Koala was so very pleasant to deal with from first meeting to discuss adding additional insulation to the completion of the job. He and his employee came in and did a great job, installing the insulation and the attic hatch master at the attic stairwell very efficiently, without any issues. They cleaned up any mess they might have made in the process. Very considerate, professional and we would highly recommend Koala.

    Jimmy Armentrout / Koala Insulation recently finished a second job for us, and my wife and I highly recommend them for their excellent service, product and pricing.We had used Koala at our former home about five years ago for a total replacement of our insulation, and they did such a great job (total removal of old insulation and installation of brand new insulation throughout the attic) that our power usage went down 15% month-over-month).When we purchased our new home in June, the inspector noted that the thickness of the insulation was insufficient in places, so we called Koala out once again. Jimmy came out and did a thorough evaluation to determine what we needed (no more, no less).Once that was done, Koala came out promptly and once again, they provided excellent and professional service at a reasonable price.Thank you, Jimmy & Koala.

    Just had my attic reinsulated. Ive already seen a change in the house! I have been able to raise the temp up. I was needing a blanket!     Jimmy with Koala Insulation Fort Bend was great to work with. He answered/returned phone calls, was polite and calm. I appreciate all these qualities in the person I am wanting to buy services from as I’ve experienced all too often the opposite. He came out to my home to better be able to provide me with an accurate quote. No charge. The process to install the insulation was clean and not noisy. Jimmy and his assistant cleaned up and were gone in about an hour and forty five minutes. The cost was reasonable and half of what two other companies had quoted me for an older home of about 3,300 sq feet. I recommend using Jimmy and if needed, will call him for future work.

    I had Koala Insulation of Fort Bend do some attic insulation improvements this summer before the heat really sets in. They cleared soffits, upgraded the ventilation fan, and added blown in insulation. All done very quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable cost.

    I heartily endorse Koala of Fort Bend. After reviewing bids from 5 vendors I selected Koala as my best value. I am glad I did. Jimmy and his team were professional, on time, provided a top product and offered a military discount. The final price was exactly as the estimate, no surprises or up sell. Basically, I doubled the amount of insulation in my one story house to an R49 standard. The job started promptly at 9 and the were finished by noon with no mess to clean up after. Good job guys.

    Great price on blown in insulation and solar attic fan. Jimmy is extremely professional.One insight is to plan to have a wet/dry vacuum ready post-job to clean up blown-in from areas such as the attic ladders. Really just a good excuse, regardless, to clean the attic you probably havent vacuumed in years. Takes little time with the right tool for the job. 10/10 and cheaper than the competition for good quality materials.

    Koala Insulation installed 16 of Fibrtglass Insulation above the ceiling in my house and I am totally satisfied in the job. They installed gauges in every area of the attic to indicate the thickness of insulation installed. They also made sure that the insulation did not enter the perimeter soffets and blew them out using a high flow rate leaf blower from the outside of the soffets while I looked on from inside of the attic to verify they had been left free of insulation.
