    The Container Store for the win, YES! Had a few minutes between a kids birthday party and stopped by the Container Store. They have “everything” that you can think of for your home, office, door room, etc. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful for me the entire time I was in the store. Two employees in particular were just absolutely fabulous, Linda and Dominic were so helpful. Both got me in/out of the store so quickly.     How does something that you dont think about twice become indispensable when you are moving into a new house? I never really thought about my closet. Not nearly as important as my garage and built in storage needs for that...thats just common sense...so when we bought our last house in Herndon and the real estate agent waxed eloquently about how special the Elfa closets in the MBR were I just zoned out and thought about all the things that I needed to store in my garage, and about the need to get that really cool epoxy finish with the color flakes thrown in for the garage floor, you know the important stuff that guys thought about before we became focused on the Roman Empire ... something happened in the last ten years to me though...I cant explain it...but I came to appreciate how awesome that Elfa stuff is...no need for bulky furniture in the bedroom, I had these cool metal drawers, with built in shelves, and places to hang all my clothes...and then of course just as I realized how much I loved my closet, and after telling my wife how much better my closet was organized than hers(not advisable to do that), I was told that if I wanted to keep my job I had to move to Texas...so of course after looking at numerous houses we finally found purchased a new build with existing shelves in the MBR, but honestly not even in the same league as my closets in Virginia...what I quickly discovered by looking on line was that Elfa is not cheap, but at this point, I didnt want to live without it...luckily there was a 30% off sale that made the purchase more palatable...and more importantly Liz at the Reston Container Store was able to take my measurements and pictures of my new closet, look at the pictures of my old closet, and within an hour of us walking in for appointment with her, give us a diagram and parts list of what we needed to purchase to make us happy in Texas...Of course nothing is easy, but Liz checked with the Plano Container store and Beth, their Operations Manager had everything ready for my pick up when I arrived in Texas...in the store and loaded into my vehicle within 20 minutes...More importantly, because I did the installation myself (it really isnt that hard-okay maybe a little) when I thought I wanted to rearrange things a bit, Liz was able to send me a new configuration within an hour when I described over the phone what I was thinking....and Beth managed to calm me down when I showed up to the Plano store to exchange the drawers because I thought they gave me the wrong size...of course they didnt, theyre pros at this...the videos online are helpful when you are doing the installation, but it wasnt till Beth showed me how things fit together that the lightbulb above my head finally went on...and she didnt even call me stupid, which I appreciated...because honestly, I cant figure out how I screwed that up....Probably a long post to say that I love the product, and the service and attention that I got from Liz in Reston, and Beth in Plano was top-notch...Before and after photos attached....

    They have great things but everything is very expensive. They do have a lot of variety of items. They also have closet system as well with full installation. Over all you can find some good items there.

    Very nice, helpful staff, variety of good quality merchandise. For items that are not available in the store, you can order and receive free shipping without charge ( store pick up), though the shipping was slower than my expectation.Plenty of Parking spaces are available.Negative? Most items have a higher-than-usual price tag, sometimes not worth it in my opinion.

    Small offerings of paper products. And I wished they had some of the products from the Tyson’s & Springfield locations. I may have to go out of my way for baked goods boxes for staff.Also lacking in the holidays styled wrap area.What stood out- the staff in the store were very helpful and pleasant in their presence- I liked that.

    Sergio, a sales associate at the Reston store, was extremely professional, kind, and helpful during my first elfa system order. Despite installation mistakes and design changes on my part, Sergio patiently assisted me, ensuring we were aligned and offering all the help he could. His exceptional service and knowledge are highly commendable. I usually don’t leave reviews, but his assistance was outstanding, making me highly recommend the elfa system and the sales team.

    Great place to find the right container for that thing. The thing that is sitting in your living room that you dont want to get rid of, but certainly dont want to look at every day.

    Super pleased with my experience with this store. I had tried to pay online and pickup in the store. Online it said this location had 3 items, but I couldnt pick it up for a week (which made no sense to me). I called the store and got Sergio on the phone.He checked for me said the store had the item in stock and I could place the order over the phone and pick it up that day. Picking the item up was easy in store. There was an open cashier right in front (unfortunately I didnt get her name) and I waited no more than 10 minutes to have my item given to me. Every employee I ran into was pleasant and acknowledged me.

    Way too pricey. I mean, it has nice containers. But, at the end of they day, theyre just containers. Its cheaper to go to Target then out for dinner and a movie.

    I like being able to see and test the items to make sure they meet my needs. The quality of items has always been good that Ive purchased.This last visit was a bit of a disappointment unfortunately. Many of the shelves were empty of stock. The item we were looking for was shown in stock online with five on hand. But there were none on the shelves and staff told us that when the numbers get that low, you cant trust them. So, best to call first before making a trip if you are looking for something specific as the inventory may be incorrect.Ill still go back but I may have to take some steps first depending on what I need.

    I’ve never experienced being taken care of by a nicer group of professional and caring employees at a store like this before. We just designed, purchased, and installed our new closet— along with picking up a few accessories along the way— and each time we’ve either been inside the store or spoke with someone on the phone, I was made to feel if I was the most important person in the room. The customer service was impeccable and buying a new closet couldn’t have been easier. These peeps are gems! Keep doing your thing, Reston Container Store! 🤙🏻

    Excellent store if you are shopping for kitchen and bath accessories, containers, etc. The store is neatly kept shelves and clear displays. The staff is super supportive. They take time to listen to your need and provide suggestions. Love their interactions 😍I just hope this last brick and morter store in this plaza stays open for a long time.

    The kind of store you could spend hours in. Lots of great products, most of which from some of the better brands out there. The container store is one of a kind regarding the vast selection of home essentials and storage solutions. They also have their own exclusive custom/modular shelving and closet system. Great customer service from staff every time Ive visited. If you havent been I would suggest you check it out. But be warned, you may walk out with items you never intended on purchasing 😉.

    I didnt knew I could find so much beautiful things on this store!!! The place is very big, the quality of the products is quite good, so nothing very cheap because they are according to them...which is logical. The lady at the register was more than helpful and nice, a place to come over and over!!!

    I miss the annual Gift Wrap Wonderland since the store relocated from next door to McDonalds to next door to Best Buy across Rte. 7 but ...there are no steps to contend with. Its a better location with a better parking lot. Same beautiful high quality goods. Still one of my faves.

    Big store with lots of cool things in addition to containers. Fun to look through. Some things can be pricey. Very good location in Reston. Easy and free parking. Connected to the Starbucks. There is an entrance from the inside of the store to the Starbucks. It would be hard to walk through the store without buying something.

    An organized persons dream store. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. I got some extra sturdy laundry baskets that stack without crushing the laundry, and a heavy-duty metal rolling cart for a printer stand. I could go crazy in here. Theyve got solutions to problems I didnt know I had!

    Container Store is the BEST place to shop of home organization and handy helpers!! Good travel section, great wrapping paper and goods, storage of all kinds, fun gadgets, office supplies, kitchen supplies and helpers! The staff is ultra-helpful and always pleasant. Their rewards program is definitely worth joining because they keep track of your purchases so if you have to return something you dont have to hunt for the receipt! They also have parking spots in front dedicated to web shoppers who want to pick up their purchases.

    Store was clean and orderly, but not a lot of staff available to help....UNLESS youre in the market for closet systems. THEY seemed REALLY well staffed but unable to move from that location in the store. Still, a cool place to spend time and money! 😉

    This is a really entertaining store to visit. Lots of ideas for storage and organization. I like the kitchen section the best - they have all sorts of different containers, bottles, jars, jugs, boxes, and stuff to hold food items. You can also get shelving, travel items, garage organization, gift wrapping and clothing/closet storage as well.

    Do you need things to put other things in?Look no further.My only real complaint about this location is the judge attitude of their cashiers. They dont say anything in particular that feels judgy but you feel it when youre at the counter.

    Very clean, very nice. Very organized. Very good customer service. No problem whatsoever, and it is connected to Starbucks so if you are waiting for your drink you can always come and check the place out.

    They have containers for every storage need, in all shapes and sizes, but the prices are higher than if you just bought a container at Walmart. While they have something for every need, sometimes the same product is in multiple places, and its not always clear that the product you want is on a shelf somewhere else.

    Great products, tons of choices. Still on the pricier side for many things, but some things you just cant get elsewhere and they 1) are quality and 2) are one time purchases. For example, I paid, on sale, $25 for a black waterproof file storage box. But its worth it for the waterproof protection and the black protects my genealogy documents from light.
