Roto rooter helped us with the water leak and faucet change. Their customer service is really good. As we called them, they heard our problem and assign a plumber to us. Tyler came to our house and helped fix everything. He made double triple time sure that there is no leak. As my husband is paranoid with water leak and damage, Tyler made sure that he is satisfied with his service. I love how they handle and work. I will 1000% recommend them. Tyler and roto rooter are the best and go to for any fixes in house.

He was knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions in a friendly and congenial manner. He explaind each step of the process in simple terminology, making sure I understood exactly what he was doing, and why it was necessary. He cleaned the work area, ensuring the water flow never became unmanageable. He worked quickly and efficiently with no wasted effort.
