    Wow! The service was excellent. From the beginning of the process until the end, I was always kept in the loop. I was also given a direct contact in case I had any questions. At no time during the process was there ever a time that I had a problem that wasn’t solved immediately. Also, the hook up was easy. Definite recommend for solar panel installation. I’m trying to figure out how to make you guys understand that I am a real customer. I utilized a grant and got 12 solar panels for free. They also offered to add some at a price. It definitely cut down on my electric bill significantly.

    The scheduling and installation went smoothly. I was able to get a great price with a rebate on an energy efficient hot water heater. The installers were friendly, professional and courteous. After the project was completed, the installers took the time to demonstrate how to use the hot water heater and patiently answered my questions. I would definitely recommend their services to others.

    Joey from Edge Energy recently performed a home energy audit of my house. He did an excellent job! Very courteous, thorough and professional! Highly recommend if you want to find ways to save energy and money in these times of rising power prices. It’s easy and BGE even picks up most of the cost right now.

    After months of doing without an HVAC system including some of Marylands recent, hot weather, EDGE Energy showed up on a Sunday morning and installed a Johnson Controls / Coleman TCE2 14.3 SEER2 Air Conditioner and life has been a lot more enjoyable since!Cant say enough nice things about the crew who took time out of being with their family except just thank you!

    Great jobs. Replaced gas hot water heater with electric heat pump one. Tested and sealed leaks within the ducts. Made a huge difference. Air flow stronger and reaches third floor better.

    Installation was very neat, clean and professional. However getting through the Baltimore county inspection process and final approval from BGE took over 7 weeks due primarily to problems on the vendor side.

    Not knowing what to expect when they showed up at the house. The work took about 4 days to complete. What was included was a series of test to find where my house had leaks. Most of the insulation was in the attic area which was very difficult to maneuvering thru the trust. They covered all the places that needed to be fixed and did work sealing all air that came in through the basement. I would highly recommend Edge Energy to do work in my home and anyone’s else’s home. Quality work 😊

    I had solar panels installed on my roof by EDGE back in 2020. Despite delays due to lock down and subsequent short staffing they got the install done and I have been satisfied with the quality of the work and the panels since then. When I have had custoemer service mix ups or unexpected delays the team have gone out of their way to make it right. My system was originally designed to have some excess production which turned out to be perfect since our usage went up a lot due to work from home. Even with increased usage I have produced slightly more energy than I use for the past 3 years now. Installing solar was a good investment and EDGE was the right company to trust with the install.
