I couldnt be happier ...Im so grateful they were available. I didnt even have to call and worry about leaving a message and hope someone would call back. They picked up right away and were able to come out in 1 day of needing service.For us, the garbage disposal went nuts. It was a tough job but of course not their fault. We have an old house and the previous owners were big time do it your selfers. They fixed the garbage disposal and the 2 leaky faucet in my bathroom.I was worried with my old house that the bill would be outrageous but it ended up being not too bad, was just fine....I will be calling back for this old house!

Once again, we needed a plumber at my house. We purchased two new faucets for the bathroom and needed them professionally installed because there was a leak and significant calcium buildup on all the valves which needed to be replaced as well. I called Cascade and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I got a call the day of the repair to confirm the appointment and the technician was right on time. He was very pleasant and easy to work with.After giving us a quote on the repairs, we told him to continue. He was fast and thorough. After the repairs, he checked the valves on all the faucets and tested our water for hardness.I highly recommend these guys and will call them again for my plumbing needs.

First off... Im a bit ocd when it comes to placement. David came out to our home and didn’t block my wifes car in like the plumber prior, which started this off so much better. He wore gloves and a mask before he got to my door. Covid-safe is always a plus. Once in, navigated straight to the problem. I had a leak, the smallest pin hole leak behind my water heater. All the work was clean, he didnt set a tool on my floor or counter- as he came in with drop cloths. He didnt seem to mind my kids as during these times a person in our home is huge. My boys are 5 and 2 and full of energy. Fixed our leak and he suggested to replace our water heater which at first I was slightly discouraged about. But since it was 13 years old, I called a family friend and confirmed his suggestion was accurate. All around a great experience and worth every penny. Thank you and you are now our go-to plumber!

Yesterday we had a major plumbing back up. We tried our best to repair the issue. The blockage was out of the reach of our snake. I can not say enough about the quality of the work that we received. We had a blockage in our main sewer line that was almost 100 feet out. After multiple attempts to clear the blockage the technician was able to break it up and get it to move through. Thank You, Cascade!

Plunbers cameout within a few days when the time came to replace our sink kitchen. We purchased all the new things for install. Our plumber juilo was great and very friendly and worked around our toddler and dog.
