Luis did a good job, and the company worked with my home warranty company, Hone Service Club, to get the issue resolved properly.On Christmas Day, we discovered a leak under our kitchen sink. At first diagnosis it appeared to be the angle stop valve. This was approved to be replaced, however it was still leaking. The only solution was to replace the kitchen faucet. We had to go back to HSC for a revised approval. It took a couple days to get all parties aligned. However, as soon as they received the approval, they came out immediately and completed the job efficiently. Good customer service by email, text and phone especially over the holidays.

Very professional company.They replaced our hose bib and gave a 6 month warranty. Ram was very polite and helped with scheduling everything. Freddie, the technician was very knowledgeable and patiently explained everything to me. Very satisfied with them and will use them again.

I’ve used 1800 Plumbing Company few times, and while their work is always clean, and scheduling is usually easy, my recent experience wasnt great. The staff is knowledgeable, but they can be a bit pricey. Unfortunately, they rescheduled my appointment without any prior notice. When I tried to reach them for clarification, no one picked up. I understand things like this can happen, but a simple update would have made a difference. That’s why I’m deducting one star.

THE young men came out quickly and compled the job thoroughly! Very pleased with the service and the company. Very knowledgeable! This was an urgent use, but based on thier knowledge and professionalism I have asked for quotes for other tasks. I live in conway and they are based out of Redmond.

I needed a toilet installed in Issaquah. I was able to schedule next-day with 1-800-Plumber +Air. The price was very reasonable and Freddy did a great job. Took the old toilet and leaved no mess. I paid online and done. The name implies this company has big goals, but I like that they are local to the Eastside of Seattle and not part of a big conglomerate.

Had my water heater serviced with them, and the technician who came out was very thorough, responsive, and explained the process in detail. They also came back in the night to fix a minor issue causing the hot water to be shut off. Great customer service, and would hire them again anytime.

Knowledgeable friendly techs. I had issues with the toilet in my new apartment and the tech fixed it and also offered to set up the bidet Id purchased and tried fixing. The bidet Id purchased didnt ship with the right parts, so he came back first thing the next morning with the right part. It was such a small additional job, so I really did appreciate the professionalism in completing it.
