    This is a 5 star company with an outstanding team. Im going to mention all the fabulous people who worked on my installation of a brand new Whole Home AC system. They all worked so hard. I want to give them individual credit for their great work. I would hire them again. Please consider them when making a major installation of an AC/Heat Pump or Furnance. They put in my water furnance in Nov 2023. The work was excellent so I went back for a ne AC and I highly recommend them for AC/Heat Pumps and Furnances. They passed inspection the first time.Again they are 5 stars all the way! I had an excellent experience with a New Whole Home AC installation. It was not without trials, but the customer service, responsiveness, politeness, and genuine caring, they were fabulous. Issues happen, but its how you resolve them with outblame and step up to make things right. That is their superpower. I want to call out all the people who were outstanding and showed me respect and professionalism and delivered a great unit. First, Chris Biasch is a rock star, delivered value, creative solutions, a great unit that fit my needs, and professionalism. Chyanne Obie was the outstanding scheduler and is a great communicator. She always delivered on time. Next, Scott Tarbot, the lead installer, worked the issues and set up temp fixes as needed. Andrew Jordan did the HVAC and furnance. Gavin Charter assisted him with curtiusey, quiet patience, and quick support. Eduardo Chaver did the full electrical with Ubalde Munguia support on installation. It is a beautiful tiddy and clean electrical installation. Jeff Palm was the supervisor, and when a glitch happened. He came quickly and resolved what was urgent. He even came on a Saturday because of my health issue. THE EXPERT FIELD SUPERVISOR, methodically worked with the manufacture, resolved everything, and made sure I knew how to operate the system. I credit him and his high skill level woth making the job perfect. Brian Yapps Field Supervisor found the missing error and quickly resolved it. Justin and Jus came back to double-check and assure the outside unit was perfect. I passed both inspections ( first time). Lastly, I want to thank Stacy in billing, who worked thru everything and is a dream to work with. Service Techs Matt Willard & Tony Salabar were the awesome follow-up crew. My unit is a new design it took a team work and time to install and from this develop best practices can be found for future installs. Home Comfort delivered on their promise, the brand, and delivered outstanding customer service. Highly recommend them and their team.

    If you have constant power outages through out the winter months, and are thinking of Installing a Generator interlock device to your fuse box to run a portable generator give Home Comfort All. a call. I had one installed and the whole process from start to finish was amazing and simple. The installer was professional & courteous, and walked me through the process on operating the device when the powers goes out. Excellent Service all around...

    Can’t recommend highly enough, Sam and Scott. They made sure my heat pump replacement was level on a new concrete pad, the furnace was installed properly with many tests, added all new condensation PVC pipes, new flexible gas line for earthquake protection, build custom duct fittings in their vehicle and programmed my new Google Nest. I appreciated all the explanations and staying much later than expected to finish the job in 1 day. They cleaned up after themselves as well.They exceeded my expectations!

    We are extremely happy with Home Comfort Alliance. Ive never worked with a more honest company. Better than 5-star service: the technician, Allen, was on time, clearly explained the issue, and was very professional in fixing our broken furnace, staying far later than was originally expected to ensure that it was done right. But, the most amazing thing was that HCA bought out the company which did the original work, and even though they didnt do the installation - they still honored the original warranty!! They will definitely be keeping our business, not only for HVAC, but well also look to them first for our plumbing and electrical needs.

    Annual service on home backup generator. Super knowledgeable technician went the extra mile and walked me through the operation and specific details on this generator. Appreciated the overview since previous owners installed it. Also appreciated the thorough checklist of work performed as part of the maintenance. It is a pleasure to work with professionals that really know their stuff and demonstrate excellent customer service. Price was several hundred dollars less than a competitors quote. Good communication with back office on scheduling, and received automated notifications in advance of arrival. Will definitely use them again! Highly recommend.

    I have been a customer for over 15 years. I bought 2 new furnaces- one for a home I sold 3 years ago & one for present home. Never a problem.I signed up for annual maintenance. The maintenance is great. Today, I thought I had an issue with the furnace; my house was cold. I called and within 24 hours there was a technician at my house. Turns out I had a bad thermostat which I had suspected.He had 2 models on him, and he installed one. He also mentioned the WiFi feature, and offered to put it on my phone. (My luck with my new iPhone is abysmal.)Normally I would have resisted putting another app on my phone, but so glad I had the tech do it.1. He had a couple issues getting the thermostat and phone to connect, but he knows the app & what to do.2. The app is way easier to use than the thermostats. Love it!MM Comfort aka Home Care Alliance is AWESOME!

    We were very pleased with our technician Torfin today. He was very thorough in diagnosis of our heat pump, informed us of what he found, how to repair it and what the cost would be.     Mr. Allan Walker is the tech who accomplished the annual service of my gas furnace and tankless water heater. I received the email and text to let me know he was on his way. Upon his arrival he verified the purpose of his visit and went to work. His knowledge of my installed equipment is excellent and extensive. He serviced the furnace and then the tankless water heater. He completed his work and explained the results for me. Ready for the cold season and beyond. Highly recommend Allan and Home Comfort Alliance for heating and cooling needs. They installed my furnace and my new heat pump and serviced my water heater for more than 10 years. Thanks!

    Keith did an outstanding job of quickly diagnosing and fixing the problem we were having with our AC system. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly had the experience necessary to repair our system in a timely and cost effective manner. I highly recommend Keith and MM Comfort Alliance. We previously had another outfit work on the system. They ended up charging over $1,500 and never got things fixed. They also wanted to replace parts that would have been unnecessary. Thankfully we opted to discontinue using them and engaging MM instead.

When it turned out that the problem we were having had been inadvertently caused by another technician when we had a maintenance check a couple of months ago, he waived all the service call charges.     The team has been very professional and efficient. My kids befriended Eddy the electrician and were sad when he had to leave, even though he had to come back the next morning. The installation has been done around the first day of school, and Eddy stopped on his way to our house to wish my oldest a good first day. They all made sure we understood everything that has been done and how it works, took our vision into consideration and walked on a blanket to protect our flooring. I highly recommend!

    This company has been great for us. The house we purchased 4 years ago have the original HVAC. They have been awesome for maintenance, service calls & small upgrades. Today we had no heating. The office lady was super concerned & had Keith out here in 2 hrs. He did a thorough test & found the issue was the ancient thermostat. We replace it with a wifi enabled one & it looks great in addition. Warm & happy!

    A seamless and supportive experience from start to finish! From the site walk being very informative and taking away any guess work on where vents and intakes would be come installation, to the seamless and quick install from the team, it was about as good as it gets. The team also corrected some minor flaws that happened from our GC during demo and made us feel comfortable that a professional was fixing it the “right way”. I highly recommend!

    Zach was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, and did a great job replacing my thermostat and servicing my furnace. He first had to diagnose which was the problem; and once that was confirmed, find a thermostat compatible with the outdated wiring in TheCabin. Zach kept me updated on what he was doing and finding out as he went along, and easily installed the new thermostat. Once installed, he was very good at instructing me on how the new thermostat worked. Zack then serviced my furnace and went on his way. Needless to say Im quite happy to have heat again! Our technician Torfin came to do the annual maintenance and he discovered that Level 2 stage heating wasnt activated in our unit. He also fixed the rattling noise the AC unit was making.     Got nothing to say but the best interaction I’ve gotten from a contracting company. We went thru Costco to get a new gas furnace and ac setup. Drew, Jason, and Jeremy was my main crew who did the install. I had to work during most of the install but Drew always contacted me with any issues that came up and also let me decide where I wanted things to go. I thought that was very nice because most people would just do whatever that was easier for them to get the job done. I had a gas line installed to the meter also, I didn’t get to meet him nor the electrical guy but they both also did an amazing job.Update: forgot to mention that I had a hard time getting ahold of the sales department. Left atleast 3 Emails until I got a answer back. Wanted to add another product to my system but I’m waiting for a email response. The install crew were too notch. But the sales side and appointment side, not so great!

    Vince was amazing, he was very detailed oriented and ran all the calculations and did a much better job than the other three quotes that I had for a heat pump, I would definitely recommend this company. He was top-notch talk, about attention to detail and the ability to give us every single discount from Costco to the IRA government and PSE discounts. They are on top of it all.

His communication with us was excellent, he arrived exactly as planned, he was kind, courteous and professional.His skills are superb and greatly appreciated.Home Comfort Alliance is a great company to work with for all home issues (new products & repairs/service). We have worked with them for 18 years ( new heat pump, furnace, air cleaner, hot water tanks etc.) and they have always taken care of our needs within a day and sometimes the same day. They have never let us down.We would also like to thank Greg who runs the plumbing division, he goes always goes beyond to take care of us. A true professional.

    In 2021 G&S Heating, Cooling & Electrical put in a heat pump system and the next year we had them put in a fourth head unit. We got several quotes originally and the option they provided, and the quote they gave, were the best an Im really happy I went with them. That group is now Home Comfort Alliance. Last week Devin came by to do our annual service and he was excellent. Arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently, took care of everything, and left it clean and tidy. The annual Comfort Club Membership does seem a bit expensive for what you get and I would probably not renew it though.

    Working with Home Comfort Alliance for our heat pump installation was probably the best experience weve had with a service provider in the 4 years weve lived here!When you decide to do a home improvement project, there are certain issues you expect as part of the deal.For me, I usually expect that the person giving the estimate wont relay the necessary info to the crew who actually does the work. (If youve ever had anyone work on your home, odds are you experienced this too at some point!)I also usually expect that the bill will end up being higher than the quote because theres ALWAYS some unexpected issue that pops up.But honestly... our experience with Home Comfort Alliance was PERFECT. Absolutely every detail, from paying the deposit to coordinating the installation date to the installation itself, was an absolute dream.What I love most about these folks is that everything you need is under 1 roof. When we got a new water heater through a different company last year, we had to coordinate a carpenter AND an electrician from other companies.But these guys handled all of it!! The HCA electrician showed up right on time, did what he needed to do, and that was it. The final bill was EXACTLY what we were quoted.Well be choosing Home Comfort Alliance for pretty much anything this old house needs from here on out. I highly recommend you consider doing the same. Huge thanks to our project manager Vince and the crew for their professionalism and excellent work!

    We just had a new heater and air conditioner put in our home. MM Comfort Systems was fantastic! I got several bids, but there’s was the best by far. They were prompt with correspondence and the whole process was super fast. The estimator Rod Kippes was great and explained all of the options we had, teaching me about how the system worked and answering all of my questions. Install was beautiful and the installers Dan and Alex were so friendly and knowledgeable. They explained how to operate and maintain my furnace and taught me how to program my thermostat. I couldn’t be more happy with my new equipment and would recommend MM Comfort Systems to anyone needing heating and cooling!

    Drew & Jason did the professional install.These two worked hard getting the furnace up in the attic. They had to cut the access opening a little wider and they did a clean neat job and not tore up the access hole. I was afraid I would need to replace the whole ceiling but it was very minimal, just a touch up needed later. I had many questions about the system and they were very detailed with explaining it and how to operate the new system.I even asked Jason to take a look at my gas fireplace for an opinion. Also, Drew explained to me what a heat pump was and what is was needed and used for.To summarize a long story, the two (Drew & Jason) did an excellent job with their craft. I went through the COSTCO program and MM Comfort Systems made it happen. Incredible people skills and was very good about evaluating what our needs were and recommending the best configuration for us.Update: Now that the heat pump has been installed, I can talk to the work done. The team worked nonstop from 8 in the morning and completed by 2:30 in the afternoon, and were incredibly successful!Their work was clean and fast. At the end of the day the new heat pump really balanced the heating in my home. I cant wait till the warm weather starts up to enjoy the cooling side.     I went through Costco to get an air conditioner added onto our house and the estimate process was very clear and I was able to sign an agreement for the whole install and components to be installed later once they all became available due to the supply chain issues, but did not need to pay anything until a couple weeks out from the install. We ended up needing to wait a few months more than expected (but we didnt need AC in the winter anyways). It was easily scheduled once things became available though.On the day of the install Lamont & Qushawn arrived and were very professional during the process and answered any questions I had. Once it was all installed they walked me through all the details of the install and how to register the product to extend the warranty. They left everything clean and I had no complaints at all. Both the city and L&I passed off the work as meeting all the requirements and code right away.We are so grateful to have AC added onto our system to prepare for the hotter and hotter summers experienced in Washington.

    We purchased a New furnace and a/c unit . we had a couple other bids and Home comfort had the best pricing.Our sales person Brandon Roberson was the first person we met with home comfort . he came to our home explained everything to us. he gave us several different options to purchasing the ac and furnace. he was very knowledgeable and helpful through explaining what the different option had comparison to the others.He also explained how the whole process of purchasing , install and permitting would be handled. very helpful. which they applied for all permits for you . which other companies didnt.once the 2 installer came they explained to us what they would be doing and walked through what we would be seeing . they got to work and WOW what a team . they communicated and where talking and helping each other out. It was nice to see a great team. they got our new furnace up and running first day . Mind you that out furnace is in our attic and they had a big task getting the old one out and the new one up there. it was a 2 day process as the ac unit was going to be brand new for our home so had to get all new ducting and wiring. they came out and just started perfectly where they left off and double checked work from the previous day . working perfectly.then they completed and told us of the next step of the next crew to come and finalize the wiring . which 3 electricians showed up with an hour of the 2 installer completing the install work. we helped them out by already having a box from an old Hot tub already back there to attach the new ac to since no longer have the hot tub. so they had a quick install and put in an extra electrical outlet for us next to it. Which is very nice to have. thank you . i think they were in and out with in less then an hour for that.again they electrician even told us of the next steps of the permit approvals going to be happening. All we had to do was contact our local city guy to come out and look and approve. i think even our city guy knows how well of a job this companies does as he said looked really good.i have called to ask a question and the customer service girl I think Hannah?? i cant remember but she helped walk me through and gave me the number to the city so i could get the inspector out. which to my surprise was out next day . If you need a great salesperson to walk you through the process Brandon Roberson was so helpful. he even stopped by the day of install to see how it was going.i highly recommend home comfort Alliance

    MM Comfort Systems hits it out of the park again with All Star KYLE! Kyle was incredible! We had an emergency water heater replacement. Lili was amazing in giving us all the details on what was needed and getting us on the books. Kyle was early, professional and explained everything to us! Kyle replaced the unit in no time. We even were able to discuss another need we had with Kyle and have an apt. on the books with him. With Lili’s help as well. MM Comfort and team are reliable, honest and trustworthy.     Ruslan and Dallas with MM Comfort were our installers and did a wonderful job. As stated above they were professional, courteous, on time and friendly. I enjoyed talking with them about their family and appreciated them going far and above what we expected. They not only repaired some shoddy work done by another installation company that put in our furnace, they also discovered a water leak under our house and offered some advice on how to repair it. They stayed late moving our thermostat into a more convenient location for us even though it proved to be a huge pain! It helped us a ton having it moved. Truly excellent service and professionalism.     With higher temps and smoky skies becoming more common in the Seattle area, we decided to look into getting a heat pump for our house. We called several contractors, and were connected to MM Comfort Systems through Costco. Matt answered a ton of our questions and gave the rationale for his recommended installation, and the quote that followed was timely and reasonable. The next installation window was a few months out (which was fine by us), and the work began and ended exactly on the dates predicted. Sam and Antonio were great installers to work with - respectful of our house, and careful to ensure that each installation (locations and routing) was acceptable to us. The electricians (another Sam, and another Matt if I recall correctly) were collaborative and efficient. And Hannah and Jenah at the office have also been great - keeping us well informed on the schedule and arrival times and the permitting requirements, and completing the warranty registration for us!Very professional, very responsive, and we are very pleased that we chose MM Comfort Systems for our work.

The initial consultation was quick but thorough, and I appreciated how the representative presented me with multiple options while explaining details of each plan.     We got our AC installed by MM Comforts. It started with an initial consultation few months ago. The coordination from Hannah before and after the install was perfect. They were very responsive and helpful with all my questions. Their technicians Randy & Clinton did an awesome job. They took their time to make sure everything was installed properly.     We decided to purchase AC for our home this year via Costco. Vince came out to provide us with a quote and walk us through all of the available options we had in terms of where we could locate the unit, what types of units were available, and other recommended products and services. He gave us clear answers to our questions and didnt try to upsell us to something we didnt need - we were thoroughly informed and able to make choices that were best for us.Sam & Antonio did the install. They were quick and professional and answered all of the questions I had about how to operate the unit, what the status of the work was, etc.I deducted one star because there was a part that was defective (not their fault) and Sam informed us that the office would reach out to us after they left to schedule someone to come by and replace it. I ended up having to call them after a business day and a half (plus two weekend days) of awaiting further information. I assume they were probably VERY busy but knowing that the inspections were pending had me really anxious.. With that said, this was incredibly minor - just a small point of improvement.When I connected with Hannah in the office by phone, she was incredibly professional, quickly got a technician out to finish the job, and even took the time to register our unit for us.Everything has been working flawlessly the last month and kept our house nice and cool, even during the record breaking heat!I would highly recommend MM Comfort Systems!     We had one minor issue with what the salesman said could happen vs what the installers were able to do. This did delay our installation by 1 month. It is now installed and is running and cooling excellent. We have a tri-level and were concerned with even cooling, but its cooling all levels great. The installers were very professional, they called prior to arrival, were knowledgeable, and cleaned up all areas they worked. The final installation is very professional in appearance and works as promised. I would recommend to my friends and family. The only reason I gave four stars was the delay of installation due to the issue with what the salesman said and what the installers could do. We love the cool air!

Long story short, I am highly satisfied (to date) that I have chosen MM as my contractor. From start (sales) to finish (product support/follow up), my experience with MM was outstanding overall. Sales rep (Tristan) was super-responsive and up front while Jenah (office) seamlessly tracked all the progress to seal the deal.My installer, Dan, was flat out fantastic and professional. He was on time for the installation and was courteous at all times when I asked questions along the way. He also ensured to leave the premise without any trace.I will revisit this review if anything new comes up that is worth mentioning, but based on what I have experienced thus far, I would highly recommend.

    We recently inquired via Costcos Home Services program about installing a new furnace and potentially air-conditioning in our home. Thankfully, Costco picked the crew over at MM Comfort Systems and our experience was top notch! While we did receive additional bids during the process, MM Comfort offered the greatest combination of value, flexibility and long-term support. Tom, the consultant, provided various options and explained everything in detail -- which is appreciated -- given the nature of the investment. On the day of the installation, Mikey and Randall were nothing short of excellent -- being extremely professional, on time, and efficient in their work. While I am no expert on HVAC system, I can tell you that their install looks great and I would 100% recommend them for future jobs. They explained how to operate and maintain my furnace, AC and answered all of the random questions I had (greatly appreciated).     MM Comfort exceeded my expectations for a central A/C installation in multiple dimensions. I got multiple quotes and didnt expect a competitive quote from a Redmond, WA (expensive city!) company. But Jason was one of more competent people that came out to the house to estimate the work, and it took little time to get to a good price. Kind of when you are buying a car and get to a high volume sales person or to a fleet manager.Matt & Sam did the installation in slightly over 1/2 day with no problem. A separate team that managed electrical work came for a short time and left my electric panel in a better shape than it was before.Shirley & Hannah communicated and coordinated everything perfectly and went beyond what they had to do. After the installation was done, Hannah was very kind to register the A/C units for us and schedule an inspection, even though it was our responsibility. Saved us considerable time.Many thanks!     Our furnace went out one cold weekend and MM sent a tech after hours to get it running again temporarily. By the following Monday theyd gotten a quote together for replacement and helped me understand my options, plus benefits of going through Costco. I decided to get the furnace replaced and add AC at the same time and they had all parts in stock! Which is kind of a miracle with all the supply chain shortages! They got us booked for a week out, which is incredibly fast and helpful since out current furnace was hit and miss. On install day a tech called in sick but they found another crew that same day - Matt and Will - who were wonderful and very professional and did a great job. Happy with the results, new furnace is much quicker to heat and Im sure the AC will be great in the summer. Thank you MM Comfort Systems!

    Installation is smooth and Luis & Mario, the technician are very professional on their job. Justin, the electrical technician, is also very nice. They came on time, finish the job quickly and clean up all the area after the service. He also went through their work with me after they finish the work. All work looks very solid. Glad I finally have the AC at my house.
