Trevor was great, made it out in good timing for an afterhours service call. He had very good communication with me. He addressed the issue, was able to resolve it and buy us some time for the bigger project we are facing. He got it cleared out and cleaned up in about an hours time. Trevor along with David came back the following day to check on the work with the camera. I have also had great communication with Cody for both services that I needed, and he has reached out to check up on our planning for our needed future repairs with no pressure in committing in a rushed time. and I appreciate that. Today, 12/09/24 at around 3PM I called several plumbing places for a plumbing emergency. Utility plumbing was the 4th call and the first to commit to coming within a specified time the same afternoon so I went with them. I am so happy I did. They fixed the problem but refused to accept payment as it was a minor issue. They didn’t charge for diagnosing the problem or for the house call. Who does this nowadays? Pretty much no one. I am still speechless but I am truly grateful that in these times there are companies like this. I will never call anyone again for my personal and business needs. However, until further investigation David pointed out our real issue and gave us options that could work. Ultimately we went with his professional opinion and had them perform the necessary work which they were able to knocked it out the next day. Small/big job, we look forward to calling them out next time we need them or referring them to anyone looking for plumbing services.

Anyone would be hard-pressed to find a reason to give Utility Plumbing Services (UPS) anything less than 5 stars. Yes, I’m not going to lie. There was a little hiccup with our job. UPS’s immediate attention to the problem was what you hope for when you run into a situation like that. These days great customer service is very rare. It’s clear that Cody strives for perfection. His team of highly knowledgeable professionals worked quickly and tirelessly to resolve our issue. Cisco is very knowledgeable and was relentless in his efforts to pinpoint the source of a slab leak that we had. They found it and they fixed it all in one afternoon! The hiccup? They forgot to check that the hot water was turned back on. Simple human error which was rectified in less than one hour. Yes, we recommend them. Yes, we will use them again. Thank you Cody and your team for your great service and attention to detail. **********10 stars!!

First thing I look for from a service company is honesty and I found a plumber thats honest! Its the weekend and I was stuck trying to fix my shower. I didnt want to break anything so decided to call a plumber and found Cody at Utility Plumbing Services. I wanted to see if he can come out but he was busy until later. Since I had everything open I asked him for some tips and sent him a picture of what I was doing. He told me what to do and 10 minutes later I got it fixed. Some plumbing companies wont do that and want to come out to make the money. Cody was awesome and if I need any plumbing services in the future, which Ill sure I will, Ill be calling Cody for sure. Give him a call if you need a plumber you wont regret it!
