    My son broke the handle off my shower. Called a few other companies, they quoted me between $500-$700 for the repair, even though I bough my parts myself. Called Scott McCloud plumbing and they were able to help me stay within my budget. The person they sent, Teddy, was super professional and friendly. He was able to complete the repair quickly. I will definitely be using this company in the future

    Scott McCleod Plumbing was our go-to company when we ran into a jam with the installation of our new dishwasher. They responded within a few hours, gave us a reasonable estimate, then returned the next business day and professionally installed the appliance, removed the old appliance, and cleaned up the work area following installation. Our techs, Teddy and Luke, were friendly, professional, courteous, and responded intelligently to all of our inquiries. I would highly recommend their services.

    Came out same day. Dillon showed up on time and was polite and professional. He replaced our broken kitchen faucet quickly and neatly and took care of a leaky hose while he was down there. Respectful of my home and very competent and even took all trash away. Fair price as I had called around for several estimates and great customer service. Would use them again!

    Prior to our serviceman’s arrival, I received a text stating his name accompanied by his photo, and information of the appointment. (So grateful for this. Really helps us feel safe opening the door.) Earlier even than scheduled, Maloni showed up with a sweet and kind demeanor, pleasantly assuring me it was no problem to wait by his vehicle. Soon enough his assessment of our problem began. He was so thorough, checking all possibilities, explaining everything clearly. He submitted his recommendations and then simply thanked us without any charge. (We are availing of the city program for our issue.)Wow.     I had a major backup in my kitchen sink drain which also led to my other spare bathroom and nothing would drain. I was referred to Scott McLeod Plumbing for the best work for the most reasonable price and they sent out tech Dillon O’bryan to hydro jet my lines. Dillon was beyond professional. Didn’t make a mess in my house at all and cleaned up where he was working even though it was clean enough. Thanks Dillon!! Will definitely be using these guys in the future and referring them to others.

    We had a problem with our previous dishwasher installers. Kyle showed up on time, was clear and cordial in their communication. A little more expensive but it is worth it because it is done well and they are dependable. Their employees are, and have been, professional in the past. We just had to learn the hard way- when it comes to cheaper, does not mean better. They came out like rockstars compared to how it went with the previous company. Our dishwasher is working perfectly and have had no problems.

    Erick repaired a leaking pipe between our first and second floors. He diagnosed the problems quickly and efficiently and even improved on the original configuration of the pipes from our master bathroom. Erick was extremely professional, courteous and friendly.     We are a military family that has lived in several places throughout the United States and have been through our share of mediocre plumbers in each of those places. However, we believe that Scott McLeod plumbing far surpasses them all in customer service, plumbing expertise, follow through and attention to detail. If we felt something needed additional attention, the company took steps to quickly resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. Luke was excellent. He identified the issue and effectively explained why it happened and any steps needed for future prevention. He moved quickly and went out of his way to correct other problems along the way which was impressive and appreciated.     I first use McLeod Plumbing for an emergency water heater replacement because it was leaking everywhere . It just happened to be on a holiday and Mario came out turned off the water heater and went out and got a new water heater. Everything was done very professionally and I was once again all good with my new water heater. In fact, even better since I can take a nice warm shower without having to rush. Since they did an excellent job, I needed my toilets replaced since they were quite old and needed updating. Again, Mario came out gave me the quote after assessing the toilets, went out and purchased the ones I needed, installed them and cleaned up. Great toilets and a very professional job. McLeod Plumbing is professional and very pleasant and friendly to work with. I would highly recommend.10/3/2024, I had a leak underneath my sink and called Scott McLeod again since I trust their work. Brian M came and was very friendly and yet professional. He went right to the source and replaced my garbage disposal and pipes. He tested everything to make sure it was working perfectly. He did a great job and left the area nice and clean. I will continue to use McLeod for all my plumbing needs.

    From my first contact I was greeted well from the dispatcher and given a same day appointment for an issue with my electrical water heater.     Im not one to write reviews, but we truly appreciated the honesty and integrity that Kyle of Scott Plumbing showed us during a service call this morning. We were initially slapped a hefty job diagnosis by a rival plumbing company and I thought to get a second opinion. I saw Scott Plumbings reviews and so I called. From the get-go, these folks are professional and very easy and courteous to deal with. We got into their schedule fast, and with ease. Kyle arrived on time and did a thorough job examining and diagnosing our plumbing situation. The problem identified by the previous plumbers was a total misdiagnosis which required blown up, unnecessary costs. Whereas Kyle was able to show us a very practical and simple solution which fixed the problem 100%. These are the guys you want to work with. I highly recommend them.

Mario was very professional, I would definitely recommend them..Update: I hired them again to do some plumbing work at my home. I thought I had a water leak, but it turned out to be a bad water heater that was likely to fail soon as it had been in service for about 20 + years. Mike and Mikey came out on time, diagnosed the leak/ causes and installed a new water heater. All work was completed the same day.     Used this company for low water pressure in my shower. When I first called they were very polite and had their dispatch call me back promptly to schedule an appointment. She was very polite, and was able to schedule an early weekend appointment for me. My technician Rick called me before he arrived and was very professional and friendly.     Came home from a week long vacation and after everyone used the bathrooms it started flooding out the back clean out. Decided to call Scott McLeod because of them being right up the street and the good reviews. Michelle who answered set us up same day and said someone would be there in a few hours to fix our problem and was very nice. Kyle showed up after working on another job all day worked into the dark hours cleaning out the drain. He was very professional and will use them again if another issue comes up and ask for him if possible.     This is the best plumbing company ever. Technician Rick was very knowledgeable in his craft. I thought I had an issue with my sewer lines. Rick was able to run cameras through my lines and gave me the good news that everything was clear. Initially we thought I would need hi-pressure unclogging of my lines which would run me around $800 but it wasn’t necessary. I appreciate the honesty of Rick and not performing unnecessary work just to make an extra buck like other plumbing companies would do. My experience with this company was excellent. I value honesty and professionalism and that’s what you will get from this company. From here forward they are my company for any plumbing needs. Do not hesitate in calling them if you have any plumbing issues, they will not overcharge you and they will perform an excellent job.     I called Scott McLeod Plumbing one morning to schedule an appointment for someone to come fix a broken water heater due to some recommendations from neighbors on Nextdoor. I thought I would have to wait a few days for availability, but a tech (Derek) arrived by 11:00 a.m. that day, well before the 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. I was given (he called first to make sure it was okay). After arriving, he was able to quickly assess the problem and provide me with options for repairing or replacing the water heater. He was extremely professional and friendly to boot. He was then able to locate the necessary part, returned at the most convenient time for me, and had my water heater working like a champ in short order. Honestly, I dont know if the pricing was high or low, but I was happy with not only the pricing but the overall experience (first time I ever had to call a plumber). I will definitely call Scott McLeod Plumbing first for my future plumbing needs.

    Had a leak issue under my kitchen area (I have a raised foundation). Called a local plumber to come out and take a look. They looked at it and told me it was an issue that would involve cutting into my wall to replace the old pipe that was leaking, something that would cost me over 3k.I didnt want to spend that kind of money, since we had just done some home remodeling.I called Scott McLeod Plumbing for a second opinion and quote, Teddy was sent out to look at my issue.In a nutshell, let me just say Teddy was awesome..!! He looked at the issue, told me the same thing about needing to cut through the wall, etc.BUT the difference is, Teddy also provided me with cheaper alternate solutions to the issue. He was also honest enough to tell me the cheaper solutions were not permanent, so I may see the issue arise again in future years. But to me, that was good enough delay for my wife and I to at least financially prepare ourselves when that issue raised its head again.We agreed to one of the solutions he proposed. He took pictures of the issue before he fixed it and afterwards (since the issue was in the crawl space under my home).     Cant say enough good stuff about their professionalism and cleanliness. My water heater went bad so we needed a new one immediately and they were able to come out that same day to replace it with a really efficient and bigger water heater than I had before.     The company starting from the receptionist to Mario, the plumber is definitely the type of business we like dealing with. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, treated the location like it was his home were just one of the few great things to mention. There was leak the both other 2 companies up charged without proper diagnosis of the problem. One claimed a slab leak when the pipes do not run under the concrete and was going to charge $10k with$4k upfront. The other was less but did not diagnose the leak and just tore through dry wall. Mario used expertise to find the definitive leak. Repaired everything for just over $1000. Incredible how honesty and using knowledge kept it one of the best interactions.     I just moved to Upland 2 weeks ago and found my new plumber. I called Scott Mcleod Plumbing and they showed up on time the next day. I needed a bathroom faucet replaced in the shower area. Kyle showed up and looked at the problem area. He gave me a fair price quote and said he could do it that day. After the installation the water was making a groaning sound from the faucet area. Kyle spent much time trying to correct the issue as it was not as it was not supposed to be making such a loud sound. He went above and beyond to make this repair right. He went back to the plumbing supply store to get a different ( and more expensive) valve to see if that would correct the sound/ flow issue and it did and it was fixed right. It took some difficult troubleshooting to do this as he never had this problem before. Good job well done and honored the price quoted.     Good quality professional workmanship on a second-floor inside ceiling drain-pipe leak. A PVC drain pipe-connection from the upstairs shower was leaking thru to the downstairs kitchen ceiling. Though expensive, cost $495 just to open-up the affected ceiling area, & perform a 5-minute look to verify the leaky pipe, - then, an additional $400 to service & repair the affected pipe.I felt the expense justified, as the entire experience was scheduled promptly by their dispatcher, & the service tech performed the work satisfactorily, was also knowledgeable, courteous and explained the problem and the recommended repairs in good detail before performing the work. Total time to complete repair, including a short parts-run: 90 minutes.In the event of another household plumbing issue, I would definitely use this company again.

    It was a pleasure working with Scott McLeod Plumbing, their tech Jeffrey was very professional, came on time and very knowledgeable. One of the drain was not draining the water out to the pipeline in our front yard , so we started looking for plumber and found Scott McLeod on yelp, it only took less then 3 rings for them to answer my all and within 10 min I was able to schedule someone to come out for a quote. Jeff came and check out the drain almost immediately he was able to find out the problem. The drain was never installed to the main pipe line and that why it was flooded, we wanted it to be fixed right the way and he was able to schedule to come back next day with his Co-worker (which I forgot his name, I am sorry 😅) and solved the problem for us. ACP came out the next day and quoted me $1500 for a simple sink and toilet repair. Luckily I knew I was being ripped off and said no to their estimate.     I had a pressure regulator removed on my sprinkler system to improve the water pressure. The repairman didn’t introduce himself, he just handed me his card. I was a little taken back by that, but the guy was polite. He removed the regulator in about fifteen minutes and installed about a 6 inch copper pipe. The charge was $395 which I found to be a bit expensive for the amount of work involved. The sprinklers work pretty good now. It seems plumbers charge exorbitant prices for even the smallest jobs. Since I’m retired, it becomes very challenging to pay these prices. It’s probably time to learn how to sweat copper pipes myself so I’m no longer reliant on plumbers

I called Scott McLeod Plumbing—they were referred on several NextDoor App posts stating a good replacement for our former plumber who had moved out of state.A plumber was sent out the next morning to check for a leak, plus two toilet problems and to replace the ice maker water connection. He stated it looked like a leak and a restorer partner had to come and cut open the drywall and decide how much moisture was inside and to see if any mold was there. There was a leak, moisture and a bit of mold. All was removed by the restorer and debris cleaned up.Plumbers came back today as a team and took care of all six projects I asked to be done.     Used Scott McLeoad Plumbing for a main line replacement. All aspects from quote to install went great. They used a trenchless technique so they didnt have to tear up my whole yard.     They flushed and serviced my tankless water heater. The employee was nice and arrived on time. The charge was $295, which I felt might be high. Sure enough, afterwards I found out my neighbors had used a different company that charged about $50 less with the same results and have a yearly program that charges less than 1/3 of this price after the initial service. I really like that program and will look into the other companys credentials.

    I would like to thank Scott McLeod plumbing for coming out on 03/02/2019. Nick Rossman showed up late that night around 9:00 pm and it was raining the whole night. He was outside trying to unclog my main sewage line and figure out what was causing it to back up sewage into both my showers and made using water in my house impossible. I called at least five different plumbers and nobody was available or willing to come out that night or at least be available until Monday. I have five people living in my house with the youngest being a twelve year old and the oldest being a seventy threes old who is my father in-law with stage two cancer in his prostate. So we needed a restroom to be usable immediately. Nick Rossman showed up that nigh ready to help and figure out what my problem was. My plumbing was all screwed up and had broken Orangeburg piping. He could not unclog the main line with the snake and told me he would need to use a hydro jet to clear it out tomorrow. He wasn’t going to charge me after spending all of that time unable to clear out the main sewage line. He told me he could come back tomorrow morning at 7:00 am to start figuring it out. Nick was very professional and well spoken. He showed up on time and unclogged may issue got my plumbing usable that night. Nick explained everything in detail and completed all of the work on a timely and professional manner. I found Scott McLeod on Yelp and they had excellent review which lead me to give them a call. I am glad I did and I would recommend this company to anybody with a plumbing issue. Nick Rossman is an excellent plumber with patients, great communication skills and is a hard honest worker. I had a pleasant experience . Thanks.
