I had my home re-piped with a combo of pex / copper I have a raised foundation, the home was built in 1955. Allison Plumbing did an excellent job. It took them approx. 5 days, their team was awesome, Darrell, Johnny, Hutch, Dom & Kenny, knowledgeable, honest, clean, concise, & considerate. Ive never left a review, however these gentleman did such a great job, I just wanted to share. Im a General Engineering Contractor, 40 years in the industry, Ive seen a lot of workmanship, these guys areTop Notch. Price point was very reasonable.

My wife and I recently purchased a home that needed a full house re-pipe starting from the water meter. We were referred to Allison Plumbing by our good friends. After receiving a fair quote which includes drywall repair/patching and a water heater relocation, we committed to Allison Plumbing and we are so happy that we did. Kenny and his team were professional, punctual, and hard workers! They were meticulous when it came to details of the job and always provided updates at the end of the day. Kenny and his team extended their workdays into the evening, as needed, to be on track with the projected completion date. We especially appreciated how clean they were while working throughout the house – laying tarps, sweeping, and enclosing the workspace to prevent dust in other areas of the house. Seeing their work ethic and quality, we expanded the job for Kenny and his team. We had them tie-in and install a new whole house water filter system (sediment and activated carbon media) and salt-free water conditioner system in the garage. In addition, we had them relocate a clean-out in the front yard. Allison Plumbing optimized their workday and finished the work on the projected completion date. We had our entire home repiped by Allison Plumbing last month and are very happy with the work they did! Ken was always very responsive with any questions/concerns. We also liked that Ken shows up with his team that he trained versus another (larger) company we got a quote from has various team members. Best plumbing company in the area. My family has used Allison Plumbing for many years, wevery never disappointed. Always on time, professional, they keep you informed as they work, give you options and are well priced. This visit we thought our 30-year toilets needed replacement. They did but, a larger issue presented in that our immediate drain pipes were loaded with roots. This doubled the time of the job, on a Friday afternoon. No problem, Doug finished up the job with a smile.

I called around and got several bids to replace the water heater in my home. The cost ranged from $1750 to $2800 for a 40 gallon tank. When I called Allison plumbing they gave me a firm bid over the phone of $1750 and said they had someone who could do the work today. So I scheduled it. The owner stopped by before the scheduled install time to verify the size and type of water heater, and the technician arrived on time to replace it. They also hauled away the old one. Extremely reasonably priced and great customer service. I highly recommend this local plumbing company.

Ken Allison and his team did a high quality job at re-piping our whole house. Our galvanized pipes were rusty and clogged, and they were all replaced with type L copper pipes. I did not want PEX pipes as Ive heard many cons about them. I requested a few other plumbing issues to be fixed while they were there and his team took care of them. All of the wall cut outs were patched and they look the same as the original wall. The working area were cleaned up each day by the crew. This project was complex but Ken and the crew completed it within the promised time frame.

Talk about prompt, efficient and detailed service! I contacted Allison Plumbing last minute to have a gas-line installed for our mid-century home so we could install a washer & dryer.I was able to get a free estimate within 24 hours of calling them and then have the full scope of work completed all within 48 hours! Not only did he install the new gas line, he was able to remove an old basin sink and re-pipe the old drain so it could be up to standards for the new washer as well as installed the dryer vent.My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of work as well as the level of professionalism. We felt very confident in Allison Plumber expertise and the price we paid was awesome.We will absolutely use Allison Plumber again when we update our homes plumbing and install a half bath, thank you guys!!

We had an issue with our hot water. It was coming out either cold or lukewarm. Ken did a great job diagnosing the problem which I thought was the water heater. Thankfully it wasnt. He replaced three bathroom faucets, as well as fixing the valves in the two showers. The problem was solved. Its so nice to have hot water available throughout the house again.If youre having a plumbing problem, I highly recommend Allison Plumbing. They saved us on Christmas Eve morning one year when toilet exploded. They recently saved us thousands of dollars by moving a gas line, instead of Edison digging up our yard. Ken, Rebecca, and the crew at Allison Plumbing are great people. If I can give them more than 5 stars, I would. I recently decided that it was time to replace my old galvanized pipes for an entire copper repipe. I got bids from other plumbers and they all told me that they needed to cut through the stucco outside of my home in order to complete the repipe. The moment Ken came to my house, his years of experience took over and he knew exactly where the pipes needed to go without having to remove any stucco. He even set me up with a new water heater!You can tell right off the bat that Ken is a genuine and honest person, which is difficult to come by nowadays. Not once did I feel that he was trying to up sell me on additions I didnt need unlike another plumbing company who suggested that I replace the PVC from the main water line to copper as well. Ken and his staff were professional and his pricing was very reasonable compared to others.Im happy to say that Ive found an honest plumber that I can call on in the future for all my plumbing related needs. Our kitchen sink backed up the night before we were to celebrate an engagement party for our daughter at our home. We worked for a couple of hours on it ourselves and cleaned out the trap, etc, but no luck. We called Allison Plumbing early the next morning, and they were able to work us in right away. We had a blockage WAY back 80 feet in our sewer! Ken and his assistant had it cleared up in a short time! It was less than $100 - money well spent! We will definitely use Allison Plumbing again!

The guys at Allison Plumbing are the best and the only ones I trust to do the job right. We needed a dishwasher and a water softener installed. After coming out for a quote, we were told that the old galvanized pipe for the water intake would wreck havoc on the new water softener and recommended we replace that too. A quick internet search confirmed galvanized pipe + water & time = lots of rust. Our TDS results were pretty high as well.Once we were ready to pull the trigger (waited 3+ months for the dishwasher to arrive), things moved quickly. Installation took 3 days and was very professional. We also appreciated that they were never pushy and offered a few different solutions. Highly recommend.

For the last two decades Allison Plumbing (Kenny & Jonny) have been snaking my toilets when my kids “accidentally” flush down a toothbrush, replacing my kitchen faucet when my kids yank out the spray hose and recently drilling a 14-inch deep by 4” wide drain hole to reinstall the diving board drain that my husband “accidentally” filled with cement. Without their skill and great service I would have to get rid of my kids and husband. Thank you, Allison Plumbing, cause I kinda like them.

We found water seeping from the base of our kitchen island last night, and had to close the water shut off valve to prevent further flooding. Not having any water, we couldnt use the bathroom, kitchen or washing machine, making us realize how we are water dependant all day long! We called Allison Plumbing this morning, and fortunately, Rebecca was able to dispatch Ken and Devin by this afternoon. Ken diagnosed the problem and gave us a very reasonable estimate without having seen the leak since it was underneath the bottom panel. Once part of the panel was sawed off for access, his diagnosis proved accurate. After carefully removing drain pipes and electrical wiring, Devin actually folded his slim body under the sink into a tight space not much more than 7-8 cubic feet and spent a good couple of hours sawing off, sanding, sweating & soldering copper tubing that had developed a couple of pinholes over the years. I think the actual job turned out to be quite a bit harder than anticipated. However, Ken, the owner, honored the initial estimate price. While we had them, we also asked them to do a few extra plumbing chores that Ken and Devin accommodated us with gladly at a very reasonable charge. Thank you for rescuing us today! We feel fortunate to know that you have our backs!

I own a property in Apple Valley and was told by a local plumber that the mainline on this house was snapped per his camera of the mainline. Im always leery when a plumber pulls out a camera! Suggested repair was $2,800 with a band aid fix costing $1,400!Needless to say I wanted a 2nd opinion so I called Allison plumbing. They showed up the following day expecting to replace a mainline per the prior plumbers assessment (the job site was 40+ miles from Rancho Cucamonga).To my surprise I did not have a break in my mainline but I did need a clean out installed for future access. They also uncovered the septic lids to save me money when the pumper showed up the following day. I was charged a fraction of the original estimate and once again Allison Plumbing saved the day!Kenny is a rare breed in the plumbing business. His guys DONT get paid commission and hes honest. Trust him, use him for all your plumbing needs. You wont be disappointed.

After experiencing two slab leaks in the same area within four months I knew I needed a total re-pipe. I also knew there are many unscrupulous plumbers out there and I was determined to find one with integrity and whose expectations mirrored mine.During my initial search I came across Allison Plumbing. Ken was the last of seven companies that visited my home and who provided estimates and who I vetted. Ken from Allison Plumbing was the most professional of the seven and the price that was quoted was fair.Having never gone through a re-pipe I knew I didnt want my home torn up nor did I want a rush job. In speaking with Ken he explained his process of a re-pipe and truly took my concerns into consideration. I felt comfortable and at ease with my decision to hire Allison Plumbing.The re-pipe was a four day process and Ken was on site everyday with his techs John and Devin. The first day they spent planning out the re-pipe and methodically cutting the drywall. I was amazed and at ease at just how few cuts they had to make and how neat they were in an effort to minimize dust. Days 2-4 were spent laying and securing the new Pex pipe and transitioning the water to the new lines. At the end of each day Ken and his techs cleaned up every area in which they worked.Day five and six were spent patching the holes and texturing the dry wall by Francisco and his team. Francisco is the drywaller Ken uses for all of his re-pipes. Francisco was spot on with his patches and texture!!In the end I must say Allison Plumbing exceeded my expectations! They operated with integrity and respected my home and me as a customer. John and Devin are solid young men!! I could see Kens thumb print on each know he has developed them in their trade.Now that I have completed the painting you cannot even tell my home went through a re-pipe.I am thankful my internet search lead me to Allison Plumbing. They are my go to plumber and I hope they will be yours as well.

You know how things happen when youre just about to leave for your long-anticipated vacation.. something you cant ignore until you get back? Or, if you decided to ignore it, would be on your mind every day, ruining your vacation?August 2016. Water leak. Water heater? Burst pipe? All we know is it seems to be coming from the water heater area & we now have a stream in our garage that dries up part of the day then recurs.Not a problem. Kenny Allison & his crew have solved a variety of plumbing crises (& it almost always seems like if it is a plumbing problem, it is a crisis) for us over the years. So we called before we left & described the problem. Kenny came out while we were gone & took care of the issue. As it turned out it was the water heater.He not only installed a new water heater, he rigged up a pan so that if there was ever a problem in the future, a water leak would not seep into the platform resulting in more water damage & potential mold problems. I also liked this because we will be able to immediately rule out the water heater since we can see where it would drain if the water heater was a problem.We have known Kenny for many years. His work has always been exemplary. The quality of the repairs have always been exceptional. He & his wife are excellent communicators, are honest & keep customers informed as jobs progress. The cost of all the work Allison Plumbing has done for us has been especially reasonable. In fact hes SAVED us money...This very water heater was leaking several years ago. When we called Kenny out, he asked how old the water heater was. We told him it was original to the house (1978). Kenny said, I can put a new water heater in, but I think I can fix the leak & you may get several more years out of it. They dont make them like that anymore.Kenny was right about the water heater. But its too bad its so rare to find good service. I guess they just dont make them like Allison Plumbing anymore either.

I just wanted to give a sincere thank you to Allison Plumbing, My mom was told by another plumbing company that she would have to pay $3500 to fix her issue. They dug up a huge hole in her backyard and then told her that the $3500 wasn’t going to fix the issue so now she would have to pay anywhere between nine to $12,000 to complete the work. My mom Originally requested for them to do a Hydro jet or something similar in which they quoted her $275 but after using a camera said they would be unable to do the Hydro jet and now she would have to pay 375 if she didn’t do the rest of the work which would be $3500. So instead of losing all of the $375 she figured if they can do the work for 3500 she would get it done. When she found out that the $3500 wasn’t going to fix the issue and she was confused on what it covered or if it was even a temporary fix she called me and that’s when I called Allison plumbing after being referred by someone else. They were able to go outt and fixed her issue temporarily for $175 which will buy her at least a couple of years and either maintain her pipes that way or permanently fix it but it’ll give her time to find the right solution. The other company then threatened to put a lien on her home if she didn’t pay the amount which at this point now we will try to argue but for now I’m glad that we were able to get a company out that was able to take care of my mom and not put her in a position where she had to pay for something she couldn’t afford. Darrell ended up coming to our home to replace our water heater. He knocked it out and communicated throughout the whole process. He was super clean and left everything extremely neat and tidy. So when I called Allison Plumbing yesterday, I wasnt sure they would respond so quickly or at all since I was so far out of the area and who likes going into crawl spaces. I was told the owner would call me back at 10 AM after he got out of his meeting.Ken called me as soon as he got out and I explained the plumbing problem I was having. He said he was already booked for the day and that he would try to make it by the late afternoon. I told him that it was not a rush and that it could wait until the following day. He called me back that afternoon and said he could have someone there in the morning around 10 AM. Ken delivered everything he had promised and at a very reasonable price.Andrew came earlier and was also very professional and polite. He expedited the job and was done by 12 PM he even checked the other pipes to make sure they were not leaking. Turns out my leak was a lot bigger than I thought. Very professional. We knew we were having trouble keeping hot water in our old heater. Allison plumbing assessed the problem as a very old water heater. Allison plumbing was able to schedule our install within less than a week of calling for an installation date.
