Just get my water heater replaced last night. Mike did a same day quote and installation even its the dinner time. His charge is fair and reasonable. Swift work to get everything done perfectly within around 2 hours. Taught us how to do annual maintenance ourselves to the heater, also hes a honest person by recommending us not to spend money yet on a still good shower cartridge when i consulted to. A very kind person to deal with. Will for sure contact him again for our future plumbing service.

My man Mike came through in a semi-emergency on installing a new Bradford White 50gal water heater after going without hot water for 2-3 days. Called Mike at 330 and he was at my place at 415-420 ready to work. Very professional, very respectful and high integrity. After many attempts with the home warranty phone calls and their contractors, Mike was the real deal.Seen his name/company on yelp, read some reviews and made the phone call. All the previous reviews I read were exactly the guy that showed up to my place 💯💯 The reviews and many 5-stars were all correct. I would highly suggest Mike Fossler anytime for my plumbing needs. I would highly without a doubt recommend Mike to friends/neighbors and etc…. Within 2 hours Mike had hot water restored throughout the house with a new water heater. Thanks Mike, appreciate the work, honesty and professionalism.

Michael was very professional from the start. He listened to what my plumbing issues were, diagnosed the problem rapidly, and made the repairs very quickly. During the job, Michael was very neat and left the work area clean and free of dirt/debris. He spent the time to test the repairs and demonstrated to me my plumbing was fixed. I was searching for a plumber that could replace my water pressure regulator and install a new water heater at our home. Thank goodness I found Fossler plumbing. When I called I got to speak to Michael the owner. I told him what was needed at our home and he was able to give me a quote right over the phone. Very nice and great customer service skills. Got different quotes but Michaels quote couldn’t be beat. Plus I went on Yelp to see what kind of reviews the company had and they were all 5 star reviews. That also helped me make the final decision. Michael dispatched Mike out to our home what a personable and knowledgeable guy totally happy he was the one to do the job at our home. Mike made it look super easy with the installation and he shared some of his plumbing knowledge with us. Couldn’t be more happier with the outcome of our installation.

Gave Mike a call about our Flushmate assisted flush toilet that wasn’t flushing, it would run constantly and make gurgling noises. He knew exactly what was wrong just by talking with him over the phone.For reference, we had another large and well-known company install it (I won’t name names) that said it would take 15-20 minutes to do and ended up taking a little over an hour.Mike was available to make it out within 30 minutes of my call. He took a look at the tank and fixed 2 issues with it within about 10 minutes and explained everything to me along the way.Needless to say, he is super knowledgeable and professional. I will always trust a smaller local tradesman over the bigger guys!Will 100% be calling Mike for all future plumbing needs. Thanks!

Mike came highly recommended by experts in the field and I quickly understood why. I had a very bad water leak that took the water company to shut off the main to the property in order to stop the flooding. The plumbing company thought my insurance expected me to wait a couple more days before they would come out. When I called Mike for the first time it was like talking to a personal friend that shared the concerns of urgency as I did. His response was immediate from that moment forward and continued with follow up calls reassuring me every step of the way. He also explained everything that was being done and what could be done for preventing future problems. His knowledge and professionalism convinced me the job was in good hands. And it was a good feeling working with someone who sincerely care about people and his work. This is truly a value that you dont find much today. We live out of state, and needed an emergency fix at our rental property, to help with a leaking water heater. We are completely grateful to have found, Fossler Plumbing. He was very responsive and PROFESSSIONAL. Mike came to my rescue when my home warranty came to repair my water heater. Well, it needed to be replaced and the damage that was caused required my homeowners to come into the picture. Fossler Plumbing came and installed a temporary water heater so we could take showers and wash the dishes. When unit failed, he was back within a couple of hours to fix the problem. Since that time, he has done other requested plumbing jobs. Professional, compassionate . . . a job well-done to my satisfaction . . .
