Excellent communication and workmanship! Working with Jose V made this job easy and stress-free. He did a great job explaining how and why he would go about replacing the broken shut-off valve to my water heater and offered a competitive estimate. It was actually slightly higher than my other estimate, but I choose Trinity because of the comfort and confidence I felt with Jose Vs explanation, not to mention the much longer warranty on their work. Then on the day of, he walked me through what he was doing and patiently answered my questions. Highly recommend Trinity Plumbing!

Called Trinity Plumbing about a noise I kept hearing In restroom, like the hose was running outside but it wasn’t. They identified the problem being a hot water slab leak. To correct the problem I would have to repipe the hot water. I decided to repipe the whole house hot and cold, they came on a Saturday repiped the whole house in the time they said they would from 7am-5pm, I had both hot and cold water by the end of the day. I highly recommend them… I have never taken the time to leave a google review until now, if that means anything.

I highly recommend Trinity plumbing! I had raw sewage coming out of a vent by my pool. Within a hour Anthony was here and took care of the problem. He rearranged his schedule that day to take care of our emergency. Price was reasonable and service was excellent.

Amazing service. Jose came with another (Im sorry I cant remember your name) to replace my 75 gallon water heater tank. They did a splendid job, but what really got me to go with Trinity Plumbing, besides the cost, was Joses honesty. Other plumbers Ive called for this either tried adding more cost to the service or didnt give me enough details for an informed decision. One of them even told me that I dont need a 75 gallon tank and should go with 50 gallon one. When I called Jose, I found out that getting a 50 gallon tank would not be up to code based on the house. Honesty can make a big difference.

Jose V. explained exactly what the issue was, showed me the issue and offered a temporary fix with the option to completely correct the issue. The price was well within reason compared to a quote 3x the amount given for the problem approximately 3 years ago from another company. Jose came quick (which was not a bad thing for this issue), kept me updated and fixed the issue within a few hours. Called in the morning and the problem was fixed before the end of the day. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone that asks.

Jose V replaced my water heater for me last week I had them come back yesterday to do additional work: found source of live pipe sticking out of the ground and capped it in the wall; installed new tub; replaced leaking hose faucet and installed a pressure regulator for the house. He and Anthony are hard workers, professional, and do great work. They took extra care to do as little damage as possible, and all cuts they made to drywall are clean and will be easy to repair.

Alex and Jose responded to our request to fix a burst pipe on Christmas morning. They were friendly, professional, and honest about what we needed. Everything was within an affordable range. They were punctual and finished the job plus a separate valve replacement that we asked for on the spot all within two hours. We quickly got our water back and they referred us to a partner restoration company to deal with our water damage. I would definitely recommend them and would call them again for any future issues.
