Called them same day of our toilet getting clogged upstairs. I spoke to Morgan who was very professional and showed a great deal of pride and outstanding customer service. Mario, the technician dispatched out arrived timely. He wore foot booties and after diagnosing the problem explained the issue in detail along with solution and cost. We agreed for him to fix the clogged toilet and he did an AMAZING job. He cleaned after himself and really provided excellent same day service. This company is GREAT! This is the 2nd time I’ve called on them. First a toilet repair and Mario did an excellent job fixing the problem with a fair price. This time I had him replace my 10 yr old banging water heater. He came out the next day (my choice, he would’ve come the same day). He went above and beyond to make the replacement and at a fair price. They also offer coupons on their website. They are nice, friendly , and caring. Mario is the best! He is always on time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, his work is very neat and precise. His pricing is fair and reasonable. He has expertly installed for me bathroom faucets, new toilets, repaired old ones and done bathtub repairs. He also trenched and ran a new line at my sisters home to clear a backup in the shower of her upstairs bath. But today he ran a new line to carry away the condensation when I use my air conditioner. If the air conditioning company had done it the cost would have been astronomical. So, Im glad I had Mario take care of it. He analyzed the matter fully before drilling a hole and the placement of the new condensation drain line. Obviously, he is very skilled and capable having been a plumber for a number of years. Im very happy with Marios expertise and Rooter 66 Plumbing. I highly recommend them.

These guys showed responded to a plumbing emergency I experienced. I called several plumbers on the weekend and Rooter was the only one to respond. Although they were unable to answer my call, they responded via text within minutes and ultimately had a plumber at my home within 40 minutes. Resolved the issue quickly and professionally. They helped me determine a fast and economical solution to my problem. Its nice to have a plumber whom I feel I can trust and would highly recommend them.

I had called several other companies before I decided to give Rooter 66 a call. I had a leak in my main water line. They were courteous over the phone and explained the process very well and provided an estimate over the phone. They sent Mario out who immediately assessed the situation and explained what needed to be done. He was very professional and he made sure I understood what he was doing. I was afraid the price would be over the estimate initially provided. I was surprised to see they really did keep it between the given amount. Completely satisfied with their work.

I was assigned to Rooter 66 Plumbing by First American Home Warranty. I was able to get a same day appointment. The carpet in my living room was soaked in water but did not have any water fixtures/ sources around so I thought I had a slab leak. The plumber that came was professional and courteous. After diagnosing the problem, he was able to identify that I didn’t have a slab leak but rather a pipe leak in the wall. Unfortunately, their company doesn’t handle pipe leaks in the wall so the job had to be referred to another plumber.

Ok, coming from me, this means something because I am at times, very hard to please. Hands down, Rooter 66 Plumbing is the most honest, cost effective option with the highest quality. They are the only plumber WE have ever used on our home, anyone else that had come out in the beginning was sent by a former home warranty company who chose their own vendors. We finally learned what it was to have a great plumbing company in our lives once we came in contact with Rooter 66. We have used them to clear our plumbing lines, for shower repair, and most recently, a water heater replacement. They arrived in less than 2 hours and the water heater installation was completed same-day, in aboit 2 hours. They even provided me with the information needed to obtain an extended warranty. They are punctual, reliable, and very thorough and transparent in their communication. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed and you will be supporting a hard-working, local, small business that works hard to serve their customer base.

I have never hired a plumber before but a few weeks ago, we realized we were in over our head and needed a professional. The first plumber we hired arrived and had an attitude when I asked him to wear his mask inside the house. He evaluated the situation and said he needed to go buy parts at Home Depot. He left and we got a call about an hour later that he didnt want the job. That was fine, because honestly, I didnt want him in my home. We called Rooter 66 Plumbing and Mario came out so quickly! I didnt even have to ask about the mask and he was so polite and professional! He went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for and he got everything done in one day! I mean: replaced the shower, replaced the garbage disposal and even unclogged the drain! He didnt spend time on his phone, he was focused and efficient.
