Affordable Plumbing & Drain responded in a very timely manner to my plumbing issue. I noticed a leak in my garage ceiling and had a concern on the extent of the leak and the damage incurred. I called Affordable Plumbing but they normally do not service the city I live in. The individual I talked to was very helpful as she offered to contact the supervisor to see if an exception could be made. She called me back very quickly and had good news as Affordable Plumbing offered to come out without any hesitation. I asked for a same day appointment however Affordable Plumbing was fully booked and we had to book an appointment for the next day. The customer service person I was working with offered to call me back if a technician freed up later in the day. Well guess what? Within 30 minutes I received a call and Affordable Plumbing offered to have a technician at my home within an hour. That was great news! The technicians arrived on time and they very quickly found the leak in my plumbing. It was obvious the technicians were pros as there was no issue on isolating the problem, explaining the problem in terms I could understand, and providing an estimate on the repairs. After my approval to proceed with the work, the technicians completed the repairs and were very thorough on validating there were no leaks. Additionally they did a nice job of cleaning up the area where the work was done. I find Affordable Plumbing to be a very customer focused business with the interest of their customers being the number one priority. I will definitely use Affordable Plumbing again in the future for my plumbing needs and will recommend Affordable Plumbing to my neighbors or others needing plumbing services. Affordable Plumbing is a business that has the expertise to fix your plumbing problems, is reliable, friendly, and focused on the customer. I am very satisfied with the work performed and the pricing.

These guys are awesome! This is my second time using them and Im still very satisfied. I apparently live outside of their standard service area yet they still came out to help me with my drains (after a little begging). My mom uses Affordable and lives in Garden Grove. On Sunday my water heater burst, decided to call Affordable, I was greated with quick customer service, and was told that a plumber would be dispatched to my home within the hour, mind you, it was Sunday morning...Joe arrived at my home within 20 minutes, discussed water heater options including tankless, since I am selling my home I decided to stay with a tank water heater....he quoted me a price which was more than fair, water heater was installed quick and neat, the work area was left cleaner than it was before they arrived.So on a Sunday morning it was a pleasure to get quick exceptional service from Affordable Plumbing...I thought it was going to be hard....but this company turned this into a easy experience.I would reccommend them without hesitation.Thanks again,Shawna Vanderburg
