    I highly recommend Option One Plumbing! Yovanny M. cleaned a clogged bathroom drain for us on Saturday and even went on the roof to access the vent pipe.     Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Me and my husband just purchased a home a month ago that needed a lot of work. We found them on yelp and they were able to come within the next day. Armando initially came out to help install an air gap for our dishwasher but we had questions about our plumbing and he was quick to help answer questions and inspect our plumbing same day. He connected us to the supervisor William and he was great with helping us decide what needed to be done and was able to get us a discount considering all the work that we decided to get done. Overall, everyone that came to work on the house were quick, efficient, and professional. We got a great deal and great warranty for our peace of mind.

    Julio came right away after our pipe burst and we had water damage. Julio was very knowledgeable he explained the leak reason also refer us to dry wall company to fix water damage. He took his time to finish the job professionally. We would love to hire option one again for plumbing needs .

    We havent had to much luck with finding a Plumber, I saw their add, they had a great deal but, you know how that can go. You get what you pay for. Well, not with Option One Plumbing. This was one of the most professional companies Ive ever worked with, they actually contact you if their running behind and let you know ahead of time they are busy and running behind. Got us in same day. Yovanny was our Plummer, very professional and no pushy sales. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

    Had a huge issue with my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. Brandon at option one was punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient.     I had a great experience with option one plumbing. A rep (Sean) came out within 2hours of calling the company. He offered a reasonable rate for a complete water pipe refit. The three man team came the very next day and completed the project that very day. The next day the wall repair team came and repaired the walls as good as new! I can’t say enough about this company.

    Andres did a great job. Very courteous and professional. We needed a toilet replacement and when he arrived he discovered it was broken on the box. Instead of rescheduling and leaving Andres waited while we quickly went to the hardware store to replace it. From there he got the job done quickly and works clean. We had a concern with ensuring the existing tile didnt get damaged and he was meticulous in removing the old toilet to ensure nothing broke. Highly recommend!

    Armando from option one was great. He swapped out my water heater for my.family. in 3.5 hours he got to my house went to the warehouse, got a new water tank then installed it. Payment options were easy and done in 5 minutes. Second time I used option one. Their reps work well with the office even after hours .

    Called Option One Plumbing for a sewer drain backup on a Saturday thinking that 1.) I was going to have to wait for a long time and 2.) It was going to cost us a pretty penny.Brandon came out in a little over an hour after my call. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with.     Option One is our go to for any plumbing repairs. We moved into a home built in the 80s, where some much needed repairs have had to happen over the last 5 years.The newest issue was our kitchen line being completely backed up and somewhat calcified. Noah and Jayson were wonderful. Noah came out the same day to flush and jet the line. Jayson came with Noah the following morning to use the camera to assess what the line looked like. Unfortunately we have more than a few bellies in the line that will need repair. They gave us our options and are sending quotes. I know this wont be a cheap repair but I also know that once the work is done it will be flawless, just like when we had to recipe the whole house, and have our whole septic system repaired.     I was very happy with the service I received. I honestly expected them to do major nickel and dime upcharging. They checked stuff. Nothing was wrong and so they charged me what they said.Vovanny was my plumber and he was great. Felt like he was honest and he paid attention to details. No complaints.I have a bigger job that I know will need to be done as it was a pre existing condition prior to me moving into this house. I will see what their bid is but if its within a reasonable range as whomever I get my other estimates from, Ill be asking for Yovanny to come back specifically.Will update once I have my other issue evaluated fully and fixed but as of right now I would recommend Yovanny and this company without hesitation.

    Fast and quick service! My facility was flooded and they had someone to me within 20 minutes! They even called other contractors to come out that I needed.     I used Option One plumbing to replace my water heater and repair a leak inside the wall behind the water heater. The leak caused damage to the wall to my garage and a bedroom. Option One responded promptly. William Zinn was my contact person for the work. He took time to answer all of my questions. He explained all the steps that were necessary to complete the job. He offered me several options and helped choose the right option for me. In addition, he prepared all necessary paperwork for my insurance company. He made what was a very stressful situation much easier. I would highly recommend Option One Plumbing.

    Chris came to my house after I recently purchased the home. I had a leak through my garbage disposal and wanted to fix it before it became a bigger issue. Chris was extremely helpful. He talked me through the process and gave me options on my repairs. Ended up being a simple fix (took a couple different ways but he got it!)and he didnt overcharge me. He stuck with original price even though it took longer than expected. After we were done, he told me about a couple other things I can repair in the future if I wanted to catch it before it became another problem. He also check my water pressure, placed helpful stickers on my water heater and water shutoff valve, as well as informing me about other thing around my house. He is the man! Thanks Chris!

    Option One did an amazing job. They were very competitive pricing wise. They were very courteous, respectful and professional. I dont know everyone as it turned out to be about 8 different technicians that completed the work. However I do remember Noah, as he was the main contact person, Jayson and Rogellio because he showed up at 8 am and dug all day. They replaced the main water supply about 60 feet of line all in one day. Awesome job all so appreciate it and will call next time.Well next time already came. Needed work onnmy dads house and called option One again. Competitive pricing excellent workmanship understood and met all our needs.

    Julio provided a thorough and complete evaluation of my suspected water leak. His results indicated that I had no leak at all and just as he was leaving the leak started again and he traced the leak to my neighbor’s irrigation system leaking through a shared wall. Julio worked in tandem with William and that teamwork resulted in a clear determination of the water leak source at my neighbors. Hopefully he will call Option One.

    We recently had a sudden hot water pipe leak under the floor, and we were very worried about the possibility of having to tear up the floor to find the leaking pipe, as it would be a huge job.     Rafael was EXCELLENT! GREAT attitude and he did a GREAT job. He was having a hard time getting our faucet off (not his fault) since it was old and the nut holding it on was seized. He didn’t give up and went the extra mile to make sure the job was completed. He even provided a supply line that apparently didn’t come with our faucet and gave us a leak detector at the end to help us notice if a leak occurs. Very rare to find somebody anymore that cares enough to get the job done no matter the circumstances they are given. Great guy and the company he works for is lucky to have him! We were lucky to get him. If you see this guy come to your house, you are in luck! He cares!!     I was having problems with my upstairs toilet . I called one plumbing company & the 2 technicians came out and after trying to install the new toilet there was water leaking around the base of it , So they told us the toilet was defective and left . So I was returning that toilet which I set in the garage and I had already ordered a new toilet and received it .So that is when I called Option One . The technician Brian came out . After explaining to him what we previously went through , he explained the pipe was too much lower than the tile . So he got some spacers and built it up with the proper wax ring and was very neat in his work . He also actually took out extra time to try & install the first toilet that they stated was defective , just to make sure I didn’t return a good toilet . Now here I must say , from the moment of his arrival , Brian diligently worked non stop to get to the source of the problem . And unlucky me … the one piece toilet was indeed defective. Brian took it out and installed the new other one piece toilet.Long story short , our tech named Brian made sure we understood everything , did an excellent job and we would definitely recommend !

Shandy and Corey showed up on time, gave me several options, explained each option in detail, price matched me without any problem or questions asked, explained the process, kept me updated throughout the job, and finished the job within 4 hours. I shopped around and got serveral bids. Only Shandy and Corey checked the water pressure to informed me if an expansion tank was needed or not. Other companies just told me an expansion tank was not a code requirement without checking the water pressure. Shandy and Corey were professionals and went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

    Billy was very professional and patient with us during his visit. The plumbing issue we had was causing us some stress- but that all went away when Billy showed up!!He explained the issues in an easy to understand manner and even drew some helpful diagrams so we knew exactly what was happening!I highly recommend Billy and Option One Plumbing!Thanks again!

    New to my neighborhood and city and with need to have new washer and dryer connected in a new house, I called Option One Plumbing. Phone was answered immediately and appointment was scheduled for immediate service. Oscar, the technician, and Ben, his co-worker, provided great service in every category possible. A week or so later, both technicians returned to my house to install new shower head system in major shower and handrails in both showers. Again, work was done to perfection without a single complaint. I have certainly kept Option One in my records to call if ever I have a need for for plumbing expertise. So, so grateful for great service to be provided without many efforts and frustrations.,,

    Oscar our plumber did an excellent job of removing a clog from my upstairs shower drain. It took quite a few tries to get it cleared out and he finally got it. He was very patient and a professional. He cleaned up afterwards and you couldnt even tell he was there. I would highly recommend Oscar for any plumbing needs.
