Michael is always super responsive, which I appreciate because it’s always during some kind of plumbing or HVAC crisis. He keeps me posted on his arrival time so I’m not stuck home waiting all day. These guys were able to help me out in a pinch. I needed all of my air ducts replaced because they were older and not sealed properly. I got a quote from them and in comparison to Service Champions, they were able to help me out and do the job for a few thousand dollars less. Now the amount of air flow in each room is fantastic because they used a larger size air duct and Ray showed me how they sealed everything up. Very professional work. And the quality of material and service these guys provided , I’m happy to have gone with them instead. I would use them again for service. Thank you guys for everything.

I really loved Raymonds work! He found time during the first summer heat wave when 6 other HVAC services couldn’t come out, some wanted to schedule 3 to 15 days later.Raymond came by the same day and diagnosed a minor problem (circuit breaker had been switched off by a painter) that was easily fixed. Coooool at last! We will definitely call Love Aire for HVAC problems in the future.

These guys are simply the best! Our mini split system decided to stop working, in winter, so we weren’t able to keep our infant’s nursery warm overnight when it started to get really cold. Love Aire was incredibly responsive, from start to finish, and did an impeccable job. They were able to rearrange their schedules to get us in quick given the emergency. Super respectful, reliable, honest, and great pricing. Went above and beyond in every way. Very happy we found them, and will 1000% use them again in the future, when needed. THANK YOU!

In April 2024 I requested quotes from a dozen local HVAC contractors intending to install two heat pump based systems at my home in the Rancho Cucamonga area. I have a background working for an electrical utility/design type work and had a pretty good idea of amount and type of labor and equipment I would need.I ended up going with Love Aire because their quotes were competitive, they were clear with expectations/requirements on the install, and they were the only contractor I found who had experience with available local rebates. (via Clear Results and Tech Clean) These rebates effectively reduced the cost of the entire project by a third.Post install I can say that the system works very well and was installed as requested, and that the rebate process is proceeding as expected. In general I would say:1. Love Aire consists of competent professionals. Raymond and Michael are both upfront about costs, expectations and timelines, and the quality of their work is very high.2. They handle unexpected or challenging install issues without difficulty. We had some wiring issues that were resolved fairly rapidly despite having to unexpectedly run some new 8g wire.3. They are technicians more than salesmen. If youre honest about your budget and needs they will give you reasonable options without trying to sell you something you dont want/need.In closing I would state that I fully recommend Love Aire for any hvac/heating type work, particularly for any heat pump system installs like my own. Their experience with the rebate process alone makes them worth a quote.

Before calling Love Aire, I contacted another company who was a horror story. They charged us $250 which I thought was fair, then inform us that because the unit was so old we would have to buy a new one. What a ripoff. Long story short, Love Aire was a breath of fresh air, because I felt they actually had MY best interest at heart in recommending how to handle my seemingly broken furnace, and they fixed it at a fraction of what it wouldve cost with the other company, if you can even call them that.
