The vent above my stove started leaking buckets due to a burst pipe one day. Andres and his team at Advanced Plumbing Solutions came in over the course of a few days to diagnose the problem, put a temporary fix on it, and then install a new pipe. It all went pretty smooth and Im satisfied with their service. They even wiped up the floors after they finished their work. Friendly and communicative service!

JR saved us …from not being able to use our bathroom facilities…our building is plagued with plumbing problems and it usually takes days/ weeks/ months for a repair…I was at the edge of what I can handle for this week’s mess when JR showed up and took care of what I’m sure was a very unpleasant clog. He is professional, polite, respectful and great at his job.

Javier did a FANTASTIC job fixing my toilet. I had many issues with it and now its good as new. I could not flush anymore because the lever to flush wouldnt budge anymore, and there were quite a few leaks. Not only that but my toilet seat had broken on multiple occasions and only a small piece of it was left. Well, he advised cheap replacements and fixed the leaks! Amazing work.

We were suuuuuuuper embarrassed. Andrew was quick, professional, efficient, and had it resolved ASAP! He even found that the shower was temporarily clogged too and took the time to go over each of the spaces to show it was resolved and explained how it worked. Like another reviewer, our apartment building has had nothing but ISSUES….we’ve had our kitchen sink filling up with nasty water with food, harmful cleaning products, general nastiness MULTIPLE times. we have a young infant whose bottles and my pump parts i keep in our sink so tell me why i woke up to both sides of my kitchen sink filled to the very top with my baby’s bottle parts floating in this truly digusting, foul water!!! the day before memorial day!!! and of course the complex maintainance sent me to voicemail via the emergency number😡however! today, after the regular maintainance guy came with a snake too short, the management called out advanced plumbing solutions who sent us andrew asap and he did an incredible job. fixed it, cleaned up after himself, was very kind and accomodating with my young baby having to nap and he was incredibly cautious about making noise. luckily my baby will sleep through the shop vac lol! andrew was awesome, chatted with us/kept us company while he worked and fixed the issue with the quickness!thank you andrew! we DEEPLY appreciate ya!!
