John Fathom did a thorough and professional job in replacing my old American water heater with a new 40 gal American water heater. I had a problem with my recirculating pump that was hooked up to a timer but he fixed it by disconnecting the timer. Now I get hot water in less than a minute upstairs in my house. I would recommend Water Heaters Only to anyone in need of efficient and quick response service as well as fair pricing.

John did an excellent job installing a new water heater. Explained exactly what he was going to do, did it, then explained what might happen and things to be aware of. He also answered questions I had. You can tell he cares about his work and how it reflects on him. Getting a water heater replaced isnt cheap, but if you want to get it done right, its best to call a professional. Highly recommended.

We had a good experience with this company. The knowledge, professionalism, response time, installation scheduling and completion, and bottom line all took some of the mystery and sting out of replacing the hot water heater.

Our water heater went out. I tried to get it replaced via my home warranty policy. However, that was going to require us to be without hot water for almost 2 weeks. So I called Water Heaters Only, Inc., and they has a guy out here to install my new water heater, make the requisite repairs to get me up to code and haul away the old water heater in less than 2 hours. And, our home warranty company sent me a check to cover most of the costs. Very satisfied.
