Had an emergency issue with the main sewer drain at my house. Called Dimitry over the weekend. He was able to make it out first thing that Monday morning. He got our drains functioning again. He was on time, responsive and professional. So we asked him to give us a price on some other work we knew we needed but were concerned (worried) about cost. He quoted us for a new water main shut off, pressure reg. valve and adding a cleanout for future sewer maintenance.The price was very fair so we had him proceed with the work. He did a fantastic job in the time frame we needed and it all looks great! He even located our sceptic tank for us.I will surely be hiring him again in the future

I called a number of plumbing companies this morning to install a new dishwasher with an air gap. I chose R Box Plumbing because of the price, prompt response, and timely scheduling - they were able to get me scheduled same day in the afternoon. They were very professional, personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. I feel confident that the dishwasher was installed without any problems, but if an issue with installation comes up in the next year they will come out an remedy it. Overall, a wonderful experience and a very happy customer here. I would recommend then to others that need plumbing work.

Integrity would be the best word to describe R Box Plumbing. I prefer to support local, small, and family-owned businesses. The owner Dmitriy Levko and his son Alex provided excellent service and offered a very reasonable rate for a whole house repipe and installation of a new hot water heater. I am very pleased with the work they did. They even cleaned up the work areas which was much appreciated. After getting several estimates, I decided to hire R Box Plumbing because of the time Dmitriy took to answer all my questions and even offer advice. Experience counts! And again, the rates are very reasonable. Professional and personable, Dmitriy and Alex were always responsive to phone calls or texts. When you find a gem, you don’t let it go. I’ll be calling them back to install a kitchen, water filtering system in the next few months and already have been telling my friends about R Box Plumbing. Thanks, guys. You’re the best!

Excellent Plumber with great service & reasonable rates. Had a leak at a property and called Dimitry on a Friday afternoon @4:30PM He dispatched someone immediately to inspect and returned the next day (Saturday) to complete the work. As a Property Manager of over 25 years finding a good professional plumber who does honest work at reasonable rates is becoming more and more difficult! I intend to use R Box Plumbing, Inc. for all my Plumbing needs in Sacramento - Wish they had a Bay Area location too! MI Property Management - Campbell

Dmitriy of Rbox plumbing came to my house introduced himself shook my hand and gave me an estimate. After receiving several other estimates that were pretty much the same as his, I decided to except his offer. He showed at or agreed upon time, and repaired my issue. I have an old house with crazy plumbing, and the good folks at R Box not only answered my panicked text late at no light, they also showed up the next day, fixed the issue, did some detective work and made helpful suggestions on what work needed to be done and what did not. Dmitriy & his son are great! I went on Home Advisory filled in what I wanted and less than ten minutes later Dmitriy called. It was late evening and he was still willing to stop by and give me a free estimate.Dmitriy looked at the problem gave me estimate which was right in line with what the internet pricing research guide said it should be. After talking with Dmitriy I didnt feel the need to go through the process of getting more estimates so gave him the job.Dmitriy and his son showed up the next morning went under the house and completed the job. Both were very knowledgeable, showed me what was fixed, inspected other pipes while in the crawl space @ (no extra charge) and didnt find any other issues (always nice to hear)Dmitriy wears covers on his shoes, lay tarp wherever they are working and clean up before they leave. I have a old house, old pipes so I will have them back just to do yearly inspections. Good customer service plumbers are hard to locate.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND R BOX PLUMBING

Highly recommend! Dmitriy is great! He came out in the evening after my hot water heaters pressure relief valve had opened and gushed out tons of hot water. He helped me troubleshoot the problem, gave me some advice, told me exactly what to do if I experienced the problem again and he CHARGED ME NOTHING! And yet I would be sitting here with cold water still without his help because I had no idea what happened. Priceless!

I called R Box this morning for my water heater problem. Alex responded, and arrived just 20 minutes later. With a few knob setting, he made it work in a few minutes. Then he informed me what potential issues I should be aware of for the 17 years old heater. The charge for the service trip is very reasonable. I would like to thank RBox for the quick response, honest service, and good advices.

The new Delta kitchen faucet looks great and he fixed the loose garbage disposal as well as one leaky drain. Enjoyed our conversation and his prices are very fair. After more than one bad experience with other plumbing companies I finally have found my plummer for the future!!
