I recently hired Frank Marina to handle a full-scale remodel of a 1950s house from top to bottom. The project was complex. We took a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house and turned it into a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with two bonus rooms and an office. From the very start, Frank Marina stood out for his knowledge and helpfulness. He was there every step of the way, making sure I understood the process, and providing insightful recommendations.He always took the time to answer my questions. While large renovations can be stressful, Frank worked hard to keep it within my budget; he was always a reliable source of guidance and expertise. His experience really showed, and it was reassuring to have someone who always had a great advice and solutions.There were a few challenges along the way, as there often are with big remodels, but Frank was quick to address them with me and offer solutions. In the end, the house looks fantastic, and I’m very happy with how it all turned out. I’d recommend Frank Marina to anyone looking for a skilled and dependable general contractor.

Frank/Pro Choice did a complete remodel on my 1938 home (roof to basement, including HVAC, hardwood floors and tiles, 4 bathroom remodels, kitchen remodel, shifting of existing wall structures, electrical, and interior/exterior paint). It came out great, and everything looks amazing. Frank is a very bright guy who knows all aspects of construction, and he has the type of creative mind that allows him to tackle even the largest of construction issues.
