Danny and his team renovated an entire floor for our office @ Allergy Partners of Chapel Hill. They did an amazing job. Danny is highly attentive to the needs of the client. But also, every individual subcontractor has been equally amazing. PMIL is fantastic!

Absolutely would recommend PMIL’s services! They are a company that goes above and beyond making the Client their top priority! It is apparent from introduction to long after the project is completed!The teamwork between PMIL and their Trade Vendors is phenomenal! PMIL include the various Trade Vendors weekly construction meetings to make sure the client was comfortable with scope, understood timeframes and processes. As a result of this inclusion, there were no surprises to the Client. The teamwork between the GC, Trade Vendors and Client was seamless!

PMIL was very easy to work with and we appreciated their proactivity and timely adjustments to their quote. Additionally, they provided suggestions for color schemes and adhered to our landlord’s construction requirements. PMIL assisted us with our design and sourcing materials, including the creative removal of a window in preparation to install sheetrock. They were cooperative in adhering to our strict badging requirements which enabled us to ensure we can meet our audit. The PMIL team minimized the disruption for our team and other building tenants by scheduling the noisy activities after hours and on the weekends. The PMIL team replaced the film on our glass that was damaged during the renovation at no additional cost.

I have owned and operated my business, BodyLase Med Spa, here in Raleigh for 20 years. Two years ago, I decided to update and expand the Spa. I had heard great things about Patel & Milewski and decided to use them for my much-anticipated renovation. Patel & Milewski was professional, on-time, and stayed within budget. The firm brought to fruition my vision for a beautifully updated Medical Spa. In fact, I appreciated their work so much that I decided to hire them again for an additional expansion project that we hope to complete in the next few months. I would highly recommend Patel & Milewski to anyone! They certainly exceeded my expectations and my clients are impressed daily with how beautiful my new, updated Spa looks.

We were lucky to find Mr. Patel and his partners in labor for the physical updating of our practices in Pittsboro and Durham. The work design and schedule were coordinated wonderfully, and the end result was just as promised and met the cost estimate.A couple of years later, we had an unfortunate accident midday involving a glass door, a rock, and a nearby lawn mower. Mr. Patel was kind enough to come over within an hour to rig up a temporary solution which enabled us to close the front door the same evening to secure the office (else, Im not sure what we could have done with open access to our facility that night). Eventually, he arranged to replace the entryway door as well, and our landlord was happy with the reasonable cost of the project (which was passed on to him). I believe they mentioned using Patel & Milewski for future projects based on that outcome.Sincere, experienced, and reasonable... cant go wrong

P&M are great to work with. We worked with them on an office suite renovation for our new offices. Beginning with advising us on getting quotes from multiple firms, through the scoping of the work and down to the last details, they were attentive, thorough, thoughtful and fun to work with. The whole crew were great, and went above and beyond to address any concerns, proactively offer creative solutions and adjust to the changes that are inevitable in a renovation project. Would highly recommend them!
