It has been a pleasure working with the BGC team on replacing my roof. Daniel did a great and thorough job checking over my old roof and walking me through the whole process of working with my insurance company to file a claim. He made the whole thing seamless and easy. I really appreciated the extra time and care that he took to answer my questions and check in during and after the roof was replaced. Troy also did a wonderful job following up with me and working with my busy schedule to set up a time to meet. I enjoyed working with BGC so much that I am replacing my gutters with them next and plan to call them for other projects in the future.

BGC Expert Contractors conducted a free roof inspection for us following a significant hail storm and worked with our insurance company to get us a full roof replacement. Garrett Ball was our project manager and was exceptional to work with from start to finish!! He was super thorough and communicative, and it was obvious that he strives to do right by his clients. The crew that came to replace the roof did an excellent job and we love our new roof! They were very respectful of our property and cleaned up well at the end. My only gripe is that I had to go back and forth with the finance department many, many times to get our contract to accurately reflect what was and wasn’t covered by insurance. All worked out well in the end, but make sure you understand your insurance company’s estimate before signing paperwork with BGC. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend BGC for roofing work!!

BGC Expert Contractors is a very professional and excellent contractor company. Its employees and the team are experienced, responsible and efficient. In particular, Mr.Daniel White was very responsible in inspecting the roof and helped us to apply a claim to the insurance company, and maximized the compensation to replace the roof of the house due to storm damage. At the same time, BGC completed the replacement of nearly 4,000 feet of the house roof very high efficiently and with high quality, and we were very satisfied and verv happy. Sep 2024 - We had our roof replace with BGC in Spring 2020, the installation process was good. Now 4 plus years after, we just noticed a leak, and it was due to missing pieces of roof - with the rain today - it is starting to drizzle in my dining room. I called BGC yesterday and no response yet. Waiting to hear back - will update my experience.Update Oct 2024 - the company sent someone to fix the issue last week - prior to Hurricane Helene, and afterwards - looks like the leak has been fixed (No leaking from the rain towards the end of last week - fingers crossed). So this week the painters were here and fixing the wall in my dining room and laundry room.I wanted to add - our previous experience with the PM Dan White during the installation was very good - we were pleased. This time the fix was done and I was told they will guarantee their work. It help with confidence. *Fingers Crossed*

August 15th was a memorable day as a home owner ! For a brief few minutes Ive never quite experienced a storm/tornado like we had to go thru our neighborhood. I was in total shock when it was over and I began to survey the damage. Very soon after the storm the neighborhood was filled with roofing companies. Too many to count but BGC Expert Contractors just stood out to me. They quickly got my attention with their genuine concern and professional presentation. Daniel White and Garrett Ball quickly eased my mind, offered a free estimate and presented me with a folder from their company detailing their mission statement, the products they use and offering to be with me when the Insurance Adjuster came to inspect. All my questions were answered, they checked in periodically until I got insurance approval. Every step and the details of the roofing installation was explained in clear detail that I could understand. Installation day was flawless. No issues at all. Roofers were on time, took great care of my property and my roof looks amazing ! I couldnt be more pleased with BGC. My biggest take away was their approach. It was obvious that Daniel White took pride in knowing his business and believing in his company that they could guarantee quality work and professionalism. Garrett Ball was completing his training and was right there supporting and adding to an overall outstanding experience. BGC is very fortunate to have these dedicate men represent this company. BGC installed a new roof on my house after it sustained significant storm damage. Garrett was my point of contact for the project. He was professional and very responsive. He worked with my insurance company throughout the claim process and kept me informed along the way. Once the job was completed, Garrett performed a walk around inspection of the work and swept the yard and driveway for any roofing nails that might have been left behind. The next day, Alex, came by to do another sweep for nails. Whenever I would call the BGC office someone always answered the phone. Everyone I dealt with at BGC was very thorough and very conscientious. I highly recommend BGC for any home construction projects.

We had a new roof from BGC put in just over a week ago and could not be happier. The crew arrived at 7am and were done by lunch. They were very professional and efficient and we love the roof. Simon who happened to be in the area exactly when I needed my roof inspected, has been so great to work with in helping us decide what we wanted for shingles and color as well as helping us through the process. He even came the next day to inspect and pick up any nails or debris that was missed, which was very little. My melancholic husband was even excited about the outcome!

My roof was apparently damaged by a storm in April of 2018. In June, I met with Luke from BGC, who was in the neighborhood working on other properties, and he inquired about the condition of my roof. He offered to do a free inspection. He did a full survey, took pictures, and fully briefed me on the damage that was there. He also was able to speak knowledgeably about the type of shingles I had and the problems that had occurred with that particular product. I arranged a meeting between him and a rep from my home-owners insurance company. That led to my insurance approving my claim. The roofing workers were fast and efficient, and the work was completed in July and it only took 2 days. The roof looks fantastic! Luke, Bobby, and Brian are industry experts, very personable, and take the time to answer the phone when you call. The roofers do a fairly good job of keeping the work area neat and picking up trash. I highly recommend BGC for your roofing needs.

BGC was awesome! I was initially a little wary of the storm damage type repair folks but they found fairly significant wind damage that I wasnt aware of. They also worked straight with the insurance company which made the process super easy. They even coordinated the removal and reinstall of my solar panels. Daniel was great through every step of the process. He even picked out a color of shingle that I wouldnt have gone with on my own. I trusted his judgment and it came out great. Couldnt be happier.

I highly recommend BGC Experts for your roofing needs! Their representative (who was ON TIME for ALL appointments!) inspected my roof, helped with my insurance companys claims process (including performing a virtual roof inspection with the claims adjuster) and guided me through the entire roof replacement process to make sure I had a great experience that was completed quickly. Their roofers were on-time, courteous, completed the replacement in about a 1/2 day with minimal impact to my routine, took great care to protect vegetation and items located near my house (including moving some where needed), and were MOST diligent to ensure all trash, waste, nails, etc were located, removed and disposed of when the job was done. The representative made sure to check back with me a couple times after the job was completed to make sure I was happy with the roofers performance and end result. I was, and I AM! I now have a wonderful, great looking new roof. If you are looking to have your roof replaced give them a call, you will be highly satisfied with their professionalism, promptness, end result and customer service!

I appreciated the professionalism that everyone at BGC Expert Contractors displayed in working on replacing our roof. Daniel White was very responsive to any questions I had throughout the process, the scheduling was easy and flexible, and the crew was efficient and thorough on the day the work was completed. One of the project managers, Harold, also stopped by to check on things near the end of the day of the roof replacement. Overall, they were straight forward and easy to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone considering a roof replacement or repair project.

Andrew inspected our roof and found numerous spots of hail damage on the roof and gutters. He met with the insurance adjuster and they agreed with his review. BGC did a great job installing the new roof and gutters. Andrew provided with samples (real samples) and left them with us for a week to decide on the color. Everything looks great. BGC also have the highest certifications from GAF for installers which is great to know.

We had an amazing experience working with Daniel and his team at BGC Expert Contractors. They worked with us every step of the way, from inspection and walking through the process and materials with us to walking the insurance company inspector across our roof while he assessed our roof damage. One of the biggest hurdles with our roof is that we have solar panels, but Daniel and his team handled hiring, scheduling and working with the company that installed our solar panels as they both removed and replaced the panels, which was a massive benefit to using this company.I also cannot speak highly enough about the high quality of the workmanship and the speed and cleanliness with which their team worked. We had recently done extensive work on our yard and insisted to Daniel that cleanliness and keeping our yard protected was of the utmost importance. At 6:30 in the morning the day of the roof replacement, they covered every inch of our yard that we worried about in protective materials and worked constantly to pick up our yard. Not just that, but the day following, they came out to inspect the roof and clean up any materials that were left in the yard, checking thoroughly for any metal, which was important to me with small children.In terms of timeliness, this is really where the team showed what stars they are. The team arrived first thing Monday morning with an extra large crew. They worked efficiently and constantly and were finished before one (and we have a large house, so this is not an easy feat). We were astonished! Once that was done, BGC followed up with our solar company and convinced them to move up our reinstall by half a week! We have quite a few panels but they worked hard and had the solar panels back in right before a major storm hit.The process of replacing a roof with solar panels as large as ours is both daunting and intensive and I am so grateful we didnt have to handle the process alone. For such a major project, the replacement was quick and painless and I highly, highly recommend teaming up with BGC on any future roof needs you may have!

My roof is great! But for me personally, the service and integrity of the people who are working for me is of the utmost importance. Alex consulted me every step of the way. He kept his appointments, and always took the time to explain to me, in detail, each step in the process. He was up front about possible extra costs if there was water damage to the underlying structure, and promised to inform me before beginning work to repair it. No one wants that news sprung on them at the END of a job! Thankfully, there was none in my case. The price he quoted me was the price I paid. He knew that as a schoolteacher I didn’t have a lot of money at the ready, and he was very respectful of that. He was polite, honest, and he and the company delivered what they promised. It was fast, easy, and although I am no expert on roofs, mine sure does look great! I highly recommend this company!

I cant recommend BGC enough - incredibly professional, responsive, and they walked me through the process step-by-step.After we had a date scheduled for roof installation, there was a snowstorm (in March; heavy snow!). The melting snow leaked through our old roof and water stains started showing up on the ceiling. I called BGC to let them know, they called our insurance company to file our claim, and the ceiling was replaced - all within 10 days!This is just one of the many examples of how helpful and prompt BGC was throughout our time working with them. Very pleasant experience working with BGC contractors. After a storm went through, we found missing shingles on our yard. We contacted BGC for advice and they quickly arranged an inspection with our insurance company. Regional manager Ryan was very helpful and informative, we didn’t have to worry about making time to meet with the adjuster, that was taken care of and scheduled for us. The next day we were notified that our roof was approved for a full replacement! We were provided with plenty of roof samples to choose from and once we found one we liked, we were contacted by the scheduling team and arranged a day for the work to be completed. We were worried that we would have to wait a long time for the crew to come out but they were able to schedule is the week after our inspection was complete. The crew came out on the scheduled day, and the crewmen were so nice. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up all debris from our yard, none of our landscaping was damaged and the yard was left in perfect condition. An overall great experience choosing BGC contractors!
