Troy of Pacific Electric came to my home to assess the work being requested and pricing. He was very friendly, easy to talk to about what I wanted done, offered suggestions, and gave me a fair price. His crew was phenomenal too. They were knowledgeable , friendly, on time, and cleaned up any debris left behind leaving me with the experience of great customer service from start to finish. I will most definitely use them for my future projects and I would without hesitation recommend Troy and his crew at Pacific Electric for any electrical needs.

I recently hired Pacific Home Electric to install a dedicated electrical circuit for my hot tub, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! These guys are the best!! Look no further. They came out and out bid all 3 electric companies we had price out for a new breaker panel and a new 220v. line for our hot tub. They were fast, courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat!Thanks guys!-T Finn

Troy and the guys were a delight and true partners. Why do I think of them as partners? They were thinking through the project with me and offering their wisdom and guidance. They did NOT simply follow my punch list. Grateful for that!They also compensated for some of the other trades. As an example they remembered that an outlet was on one wall that was no longer visible. The drywall guys just covered it without exposing it. These guys remembered it after a few weeks and exposed it as it should have been.The plumbers nudged an outlet out of their way which caused it to stick out about 1/2. Not good. Yep, Troys crew fixed that. Not their fault but they helped the project move along by taking care of it.They return phone calls!!!!!They will be the first call I make for my next project. An investment in quality. Appreciated. And they are just good folks to work with as a remodel moves along and things gotta change a little. Oh, that doesnt happen, does it? ;-)Thank you! Pacific Home Electric is helpful, quick, and communicative. Pricing was competitive. The service quality and ease of working with Pacific Home Electric is the difference though, in my opinion. Other companies i had quote the job were similar in pricing but lacked on service quality/ease of working with side of things. Would work with Pacific Home Electric again.

Very knowledgeable, personable, and the best part….affordable! Seriously, he came out on short notice, the day before thanksgiving and charged me a fraction of what the other bids I was receiving. Troy and I had conversations about my various projects while he worked on my electrical. He was on time and communicates well on his ETA. Even called me back on a conversation we had about generators without the intent to upsell. Then, texted everything we talked about regarding the work he performed and what to expect during inspection. Honest guy and I plan to use him again for future projects!

I had the electrical panel at my house upgraded from 120 Amps to 200 Amps when I converted my basement to an ADU. I work in construction, so I did a lot of the electrical work in the ADU conversion myself and only needed the panel itself to be swapped out by a licensed electrician.Troy with Pacific Home Electric was super accommodating of my unique situation and helped me arrive at a cost effective solution that was exactly what I was looking for. Troy and team did a great job adding the necessary electrical work to allow us to add washers and dryers to a 6 unit apartment building built in 1958. His expertise with coming up with the load Calc helped with the permit process and getting it all approved and passed. He stuck with it even when dealing with an inspector that kept changing the requirements.
