Trent has been on two calls to our house over the past year or so. Once for a leaking pipe in the ceiling and once for a shower faucet that wouldn’t turn off. It’s never a good day when you desperately need a plumber. Trent is so calm he puts me at ease right away.As for the work, quick and so far the repairs quality is perfect.As for attentiveness, both times happened to be on a weekend evening. They were here within hours of first contact. As they were on other calls.Relieved and grateful both times -

I had a contractor friend refer me to Jake from Thomas Brothers Plumbing for a difficult job that 2 other plumbing companies said they wouldnt touch. I have an old house and brittle pipes and the other companies were worried that they would cause to much damage trying to replace the main shut off valve. Thomas Brothers were up for the task and did a great job. Would definitely use them again. -

Thomas Brothers plumbed a new basement bathroom for us 2 years ago and did a phenomenal job! Already impressed, I was just so pleased when I called them for a small job/touch up the other day and Jake was incredibly responsive and came out in a timely manner. Not only did he do the small repair free of charge, he fixed an unrelated item and showed me how to do it myself in the future. Great company! Great people! Great work! -

Thomas Bros came through for us in a big way when the cartridge in our shower faucet went out and we were stuck with the house-water shut off. They had the part in-stock, the plumber was to our house in about an hour, and problem resolved on the spot. And on a Saturday afternoon... Bravo! -

Justin responded timely to my phone call to inspect and bid the work we needed. He was polite and professional, gave us a reasonable bid, and scheduled the job for the following week. A week later, Jacob installed a whole home water filter and softener system in our new home in Twin Bridges. He did a quality job, worked efficiently, and suggested adaptions to the layout that really made a difference. The final invoice ended up below what was originally bid. My review is just the opposite regarding the $98 service call written awhile ago. First of all everyone knows to expect a service call charge. Period. Typically in this area expect approximately $90 to $100. Our experience with Jacob was absolutely perfect. Very honest and straight forward. He explained a lot to us. Jake is without a doubt the most hard-working, polite, clean plumber you could ever ask to work with ! And Trent came out and cleaned my drains. Didnt leave a drop of dirt or water anywhere. Highly recommend every time! -

We had someone from Thomas Bros out this morning and I’m beyond impressed with their promptness and efficiency. I think the gentleman’s name was Michael? Regardless, he was about 5 minutes early and our house was chaos but he handled it with so much grace. We have a reactive puppy and he worked with us to make sure our pup was comfortable and safe while still getting the job done quickly. He even checked with our home warranty company before leaving our property. Couldn’t have asked for an easier repair! -

Ryan did a great job working very efficiently and even addressed a problem near my complaint that I didn’t bring up. He also explained things in a clear, down to earth manner. His service and kindness exceeded my expectations.On another note, after reading some reviews about Justin, the manager, I was a little concerned about the company’s customer service. However, I’m happy to say he was professional and helped me schedule an appointment within 48 hours.This service was assigned through American Home Shield. -

My wife and I have used Thomas Brothers 4x for a water heater installation, a leak in our sink, drain cleaning, and an inspection prior to selling our home. Justin and his team are awesome. Theyre incredibly helpful each time they show up, they do great work at a fair price, and theyre even friendly with our dogs. Thomas Brothers will always be my first call if I need help with plumbing. -

Used Thomas brothers today for a big clog we had in our kitchen sink. It was a tough clog but our plumber did a great job. He even answered all of my 4 and 2 year olds questions and treated us all like family. It was a wonderful experience and he fixed everything in a timely manner! -

Technician was knowledgeable of what American Home Shield would cover. While AHS didnt cover the maitenance I needed the technician still fixed a few other plumbing problems and gave me pointers on how I could do the maintenance myself. Super helpful and worked with me to fix these problems! One star off for phone service, I almost didnt go with these guys based off of how blunt and unfriendly sounding they were on the phone. Glad I stuck with it though, very satisfied with the work done! -

These guys were awesome. I work from home so theres an extra level whenever I get work done on the house, and the work today was in my actual office. They showed up exactly when they said they would, let me know when theyd need to make a bunch of noise (I didnt even have to ask them to), and used quality parts for the replacements.I was most impressed by how clean the work area was. When they were wrapping up I saw one using wet wipes to clean up dust from the sheet rock they cut, and of course they used a big tub and tarp while working over the carpet. You cant even tell someone was there working today.And of course they fixed the leaks and replaced the parts :) Great service, impeccable quality. -
