    Tom and Ben came out same day (and very quickly also) after discovering a punctured water line while doing some reconstruction. They worked so hard to keep the demolition of the walls to a minimum and got the leaks taken care of! I highly recommend going with these guys for any and all of your plumbing needs!!

    Justin came out immediately after water pipe broke and fixed pipe. After learning the pipes in my house were not up to code, I had River City Plumbing come out to bring my plumbing up to code.     Aaron did a great job!!! Our road in front of our house is being repaved, so lots of vibration today as they get the gravel bed pounded back down. So the vibration caused one of our pipes to leak. The moment I called I felt relief that they would take care of us. So a few hours after calling them we have water again!     We called A River City Plumbing Service about a potentially blocked toilet line. Josh and Jessie came and they were great - they immediately determined the problem, explained it clearly and professionally and let me know what needed to happen next. This was one of the best experiences Ive had dealing with any tradespeople ever. We will call A River City Plumbing the next time we have an issue.Update: August 2024This was the second time we used A River City Plumbing. Our first experience with Josh and Jessie (in March 2024) was so positive that they were our first call when we discovered a water leak coming through our lower floors ceiling. Josh and Jessie came out the same day we called (that alone is outstanding) and they located the source of the leak quickly (upper floor toilet). Josh and Jessie removed the toilet, meticulously cleaned away the wax ring and damaged seal, replaced all the necessary parts and re-installed the toilet. They cleaned up beautifully and were very respectful of our home. They provided us with useful information about our other toilets, too, and provided a referral related to the damage done to the ceiling. Another outstanding experience with Josh and Jessie from A River City Plumbing. They will continue to be our first call for any of our plumbing needs.

    Tom came to check my various plumbing problems, low water flow in one bathroom, a leaking outdoor water faucet. He also checked my tankless water heater. Because of the high mineral/calcium in the water here, he discussed adding a large filter to the heater, thus reducing the frequency required to flush it out. This would save me around $600/yr. I agreed to this. Less than a week later, he and Ben came out. Replaced my outdoor faucet, install the filter system and flushed out my bathroom faucets and shower head. Was it ever nice to have an actual full force shower that night. Both Tom and Ben are quite personable, and friendly. I am completely satisfied. 👍👍 for A River City Plumbing.

    A River City Plumbing is an excellent company to have come out to fix your clogged pipes. They answered their phone on a Sunday and Josh called us back within less than an hour to figure out what was going on. They came out to our house and figured out the problem right away and got our pipes unclogged in less than an hour. They were super nice and even gave us some tips to hopefully not have this happen again, but if it does, A River City Plumbing will be the company we call.

    Thank you SO much to Jenny at A River City Plumbing. We had sprung a leak in our pump house, and Jenny was able to fit us in the same day.Aaron and Mike were our plumbers.     Hello, A River City PlumbingOn Sunday June 2, 2024, our water heater stopped working. I tried everything I know to try and re-light the water heater, but I had no success.We quickly searched our records and found the name of A River City Plumbing which we had used 4 years ago after we had an interior leak and were very pleased with the service then.We called A River City Plumbing on Sunday night, and we received a call bright and early the next morning. The young lady who set the appointment was very professional and also very friendly. She arranged to have 2 plumbing technicians out to our home within 30 minutes.The 2 techs that showed up, Micah and Ayden, were fantastic. They both took off their shoes or used protective booties to enter the house. They assessed the issue and had our water heater working in no time at all.As a retired contractor, I was also impressed with how Micah, the Journeyman, took the time to help train and educate Ayden on some of the more technical parts of the repair.     I was so impressed With “A River City Plumbing and Drain Cleaning”.I had an urgent toilet to be unplugged because I had been able to get a hold of a few Rathdrum plumbers and was in need of a quick fix.I called River City and Josh and Jesse were to my house in about 15-20 minutes.They were very professional and did the job very quickly. They did a messy job in a very neat way and everything looked totally clean when they left.Mostly, I appreciated how knowledgeable they were, and was given very good advice about my particular type of toilet, to clog up how it mechanically, and how to prevent that. I also was told about the kinds of things that Home Warranty cover homeowners policy.     This outfit is terrific! they have been my plumbers of choice for a few years but went above and beyond the call of duty when my house pipes broke causing water damage.     I encountered a problem with our water heatersaturday morning and called A River City Plumbings weekend call service for an appointment. As soon as the office opened Monday morning, I received a call and was told they would have a person out that morning. Their service technician Larry showed up quickly as promised and provided quick professional service to repair and replace parts on my water heater. Larry was extremely friendly and helpful in answering all our questions and offering additional maintenance advice.     We had an amazing experience with Josh and Jesse. Our guest toilet stopped working the day we had company staying with us. My husband called, and they were on their way to fix it within the same hour. They were upfront about their pricing, and explained what they were doing throughout the process. They were very patient, respectful, and thorough throughout the entire service. At the end they showed us the toy that our toddler flushed which was causing the issues and gave us a few ideas on how we could avoid this in the future. Unfortunately my appt got lost and when I called, the sweet women on the phone was so apologetic and started making calls to see who can come to install the sink. She called me back and let me know that Micah was finishing up a job and would be to my house shortly. He was so polite, respectful and professional. He did an amazing job. Put a larger heater in the older home crawl space and instructed me to leave the hot open in the house till the other 2 hot lines come back. It worked! They came back later to finish and complete my repair when temps rose.The office staff (Amber & Jen) guided me to do the right thing so there would not be more damage. I will use them again.

    First, I will say that when I called to get an appointment the person I spoke with was very nice and I was able to get a next day appointment so so far so good. The plumbers showed up about the time she told me they would arrive, still doing good. Then he tells me $99 for service call and $220/ hour for work! Tells me they will have to figure out the problem. I knew what the problem was and even had gotten the part to fix it. Long story short they used the part I had bought. Had it fixed and pulled out of my driveway in a 21” time frame. Total cost to me $314. Now I’m not opposed to people making a decent living and running a profitable business but this in my mind went beyond that. They were nice people, did a good job but I think their price was ridiculous and for that reason 3 star review.Update: since posting this I received a phone call from Darla the office manager. She explained to me they made a mistake and overcharged me. Total cost was $152.75 and today I received a refund in the mail for the over charge. I appreciate that they reached out to me so I am upgrading my review.

    I wasnt sure which plumbing company to go with, but I sure am happy that I picked this one! Josh and Jesse came out to my home to look at an issue with my drain connected to my washing machine. They were able to show me step by step what they were doing, as they scoped the drain with a camera. While my pipes will eventually need to be replaced due to corrosion and pitting, they fixed the problem in a very timely manner and did so at an affordable rate. After 4.5 months of dreading this, I can FINALLY use my washing machine again without the drain backing up and leaking on my floor!     We partnered with A River City Plumbing to perform a COMPLETE REMODEL PROJECT for us (Re-Plumbing of existing Fiberglass Tub/Shower Exclosures, to custom tile showers; plumbed water & gas for a new laundry room; plumbed for a new gas fireplace; re-location of a dishwasher; plumbed for the installation of five replacement sinks; a under kitchen sink Insta-Hot as well as a new garbage disposal; two refrigerator ice makers; and two toilets.)The project went very smooth.  They were very easy to work with, understood our vision, gave us plenty of options especially as the usual remodel challenges arose, and completed all that was requested on time and at a fair price.  I wholeheartedly endorse A River City Plumbing, they will remain my GO-TO for any-and-all plumbing needs in the future.     When I had a new Range delivered and the old one pulled out we discovered there was a supply line just hanging out behind the old range. They suggested that I have a plumber come and take the supply line out and cap it off at the main line for safety reasons. Tom and Justin came and took care of it very quickly and were very nice and polite and professional. When I told them about another problem I was having with the new refrigerator and I couldnt get the ice maker to work they took just a couple minutes and brought up the menu on the new refrigerator and figured it out for me. I so appreciate both of them. I am not of the computer age and these new computerized things drive me insane. I have used your service before and I will use it again when needed.     It was a pleasure having this father and son team come into our home and unplug our kitchen sink. Also, removed our garbage disposal for good. Disposal was the root of most of the problems! Now, I have clean, white pipes, new baskets and a sink that will, most likely, never plug again. These guys are great! Everything was completely explained to us, step by step and costs were gone over thoroughly. We will definitely use River City plumbing again if the need arises in the future! 😃

    I called on my lunch break for an unspecified leak on my very old water heater. I was told that while they couldnt get someone out for sure today, they could have someone swing by and take a look to give us a quote for probable service on the same afternoon.The dispatcher gave me a high end quote for worst case scenario, I appreciated this, because I knew what I would have to budget for if all went bad.When the gentleman came out, he took a look, it was a easy fix he had parts for on the truck, and he took about 20 min and just did the job right then, squeezing us into his day.He also gave us advice on how to fix the CLONKCLONK noise the heater makes due to sediment.I am absolutely thrilled with the expedience and helpfulness of this company. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

    Tom and Jake came out and replaced our 3 outside water spigots. Job was done in about 1 hour. While they were in the crawlspace they found and fixed a leak at the same time. These guys are clear pros and will be happy to call them again

    I have had several Plumbers come out to my home over the past 12 years with hard water problems that were effecting the flow of my water inside of my home. I was told I needed to replace all my water pipes throughout my home to replacing all my fixtures that would ultimately cost me in the thousands of dollars to do. Am I ever glad I did! Michael come out to my home the following day. He KNEW exactly what needed to be done to resolve my problem(s).     We hired River City Plumbing to come out and replace 2 back flow systems on our 100k+ sq. ft. facility in Spokane Wa.. Being our systems where under ground required a specialist with plumbing certifications. Dan and his crew took our project from bid stage through completion and accommodated us by scheduling on a weekend to minimize disruption to our production line. These men where courteous, professional and communicated well throughout. We had the property back up and functioning (inside a day) with minimal issues.
