    Called on Glenrose Plumbing twice this year for emergent services (hot water tank failure, frozen hose bib). Glenrose’s services are excellent, they are responsive, professional, thorough with clear quotes and we are pleased with outcomes! They offer 24 hr call line and emergency services. We now have them scheduled for an optional plumbing job this spring and will continue to use them exclusively based on our experience with them. Today, Larry, helped with frozen hose bib/pipe check and was excellent to work with!

    Had a scare on a Sunday night, my drain lines were backed up and I couldn’t plunge enough to clear it and water waste starting flowing up out of my showers. Called that night, dispatch told me they could have someone out the next morning. Randy showed up and sent the crud cutter down the clear out drain and unblocked whatever was in there. Took him less than an hour and he also gave me tips on other plumbing questions I had. Super good dude and great service. Will recommend to anyone who needs plumbing services

    I highly recommend Glenrose. I scheduled an appointment and within a few hours they arrived as scheduled. They even gave me a courtesy call 15 minutes before so I knew when to expect them. The plumber was very professional and courteous. He explained the repairs that would be needed and gave an estimate. He began work immediately and did a great job on my 70s something bathroom fixtures and drainage trap pipe. The cost was just as estimated. Very impressed with their service and I will use them again in the future. Thank you Glenrose for a job well done!

    Oh how I love this company! Our lovely cold snap of weather, I was worried and didnt have hot water. I called on the weekend, they were busy of course, but someone, Heather I believe, answered the phone, calmed my fears answered the questions that she could. They didnt have any openings because Im sure everyone was calling them, but she said I will call you next week to check on you and see if you still need help......and she did call me! I was so happy to hear they had someone to come out and help me the next day! Enter Larry, LARRY is a ROCKSTAR!!!! He told me everything that he was going to do and try, no hidden fees, everything up front and clear, communication was superb! PLUS, he loves cats and my cats loved him, win win! We are up and running with hot water, those frozen pipes booo, but yay for Glenrose plumbing!! I will be a forever customer, thank you for your kindness and care!

    We could not be happier with Glenrose! We had an emergency on a Sunday, which also happened to be Christmas weekend. We were looking for a 24 hour emergency Plumber. After frantically calling a couple other places and getting a bunch of voicemails, I called Glenrose and Heather answered immediately. She was so incredibly kind and assured me they’d get someone right out. Within minutes we received a call from Bruce. He was here in no time, assessed the situation, and had it fixed in a flash. We are installing new flooring and were so worried that it would be ruined, but Bruce was our knight in shining armor and saved the day! I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Very fair pricing. We will be forever grateful and will turn to Glenrose for any future plumbing issues/needs. Thanks again!

    We had just finished having new counter tops and sinks installed so needed new fixtures and a new garbage disposal installed right away as our kitchen and bathroom were out of service. Glenrose Plumbing answered the call immediately and had us back in service. Very personable, professional and customer service oriented. I will definitely call on Glenrose Plumbing again without hesitation. I was very satisfied with their service on such short notice.

    We added a new bathroom in the basement and had Glenrose do the plumbing. A sump pump, shower, bathtub, toilet and replace our older hot water tank. The project had to be broken down into phases and they gave us an upfront quote of what each phase would cost. Larry and Robert were very friendly and did great work. Will have them do future work and would recommend.

    As a septic sewer and water contractor we use Glenrose frequently. They answer there phone and show up. Bruce is very knowledgeable and has a lifetime of experience.     The owner, Heather, called immediately to save the day. She sent someone out immediately to check out my leaky soft water tank. Rick the service professional came out and quoted me for new soft water tank, and hot water tank as well. 2 days later, he promptly came and professionally installed both, taking the old ones for disposal. It took the worries out of my day! He was excellent and got the job done in a timely, efficient manner. Great service. Id highly recommend this company!

    We have used the services of Glenrose Plumbing several times for several different reasons and I must say they are always on top of it and get it taken care of immediately. It’s great to know that the problem is solved with one phone call. Ken has become our personal plumber and we love him. As much as I hate plumbing problems, it’s always nice to see Ken knowing he is going to take care of everything. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing problems!!

    It was a Sunday morning around 8am and the kitchen sink drain was plugged. Same in the bathroom sinks and shower. All were backing up. Honey, grab the towels!! I then tried my own snake to no avail. Our friends had used Glenrose Plumbing Services before so my wife called Glenrose Plumbing an spoke with Heather one of the owners(Bruce is her Husband). She said she would talk to Bruce and call right back,she called right back and Bruce was at our house within 2 hours. Bruce did a great job diagnosing the problem and then got right to work fixing the situation. We were so grateful that he was available and would take time out of his Sunday to help us out of a messy, wet situation. Send the rooter man down the road..Call Glenrose Plumbing Services first!!!

    Glenrose Plumbing is, hands-down, the best in our area! I have had them do everything over the last 10 years from the replacement of the hot water tank, to moving shut off valves from under my house up to the main level, in addition to repairing breakage of underground sprinkler pipes or faucet and toilet replacement and leaks. And, they are also pleasant to work with! ☺️

    When our water heater had a serious malfunction (just before 5:00 PM of course) I called Glenrose Plumbing. I was lucky to catch Heather before she closed up shop and she routed a call to Rick. He came quickly and we had a working water heater in time to do dinner dishes. I have used Glenrose in the past and it has always been a positive experience. Thanks again Rick!

    I had the water main break in my laundry room flooding my basement. I called Glenrose and they sent Robert out within minutes. He fixed the pipe break quick. A few hours later we learned the first flood resulted in a clogged flood drain, so Robert came back out and cleared the drain. We had such a good experience with Robert and Glenrose that I made sure the restoration company fixing my house is using him for the rest of the plumbing needs on this job. This was the first time I’ve every had to professionally hire plumber to work on my house, and I don’t know if I’m more relieved or disappointed that I didn’t see a single plumber’s crack the entire time. Professionalism was top notch.

    Could not be happier with our experience. We knew we had a main line leak due to our water bill & a puddle of water that surfaced, silly us decided to dig it up on a Saturday. Thank goodness we found it! I called about 5 plumbers (None would come on a Saturday except Glenrose), Heather answered and was so friendly and prompt, sent Bruce out very knowledgeable and he dispatched his service crew with appropriate parts (unusual main line material for the area)....was fixed in less than an hour (after our digging lol) on a Saturday! They will be my next call for any plumbing needs.

    What can I say Costco delivered a gas dryer and a non-gas washer. The installer that was supposed to come out didn’t after all day waiting for everything these wonderful folks with less than a few hours notice came out and installed it for us. After leaving we put our first load through there found out that the shipping bolts were not removed and we thought we had a alien washer. They came back and removed the bolts with a smile with great service and great appreciation from us!

    Out of 3 plumbing companies I called on a Saturday they’re the only ones who answered. My main water was shut off, I couldn’t turn it back on until the issues was fixed. The plumber arrived in about 1 1/2 hours and had the problem fixed in short order. I highly recommend this company.

    I had a leaking shower from my Moen main shower head and an auxiliary wand head. A tech came out and replaced the stem of the diverter handle. Unfortunately, it kept leaking. I called the company back and a different tech then came out and replaced the stem to the on/off and temp control handle and both heads no longer leaked. I was not charged for the 2nd visit. Larry the 2nd technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Randy the first technician was also friendly, knowledgeable and professional, but probably should have changed both stems instead of just the one. I dont blame him for it leaking later, because initially when he completed the first replacement stem work, nothing was leaking. A short time later after he left, is when everything started leaking again. Regardless, I am grateful to both for their efforts and the company for its responsiveness and willingness to not charge me additionally for the second technicians time. I would recommend this company and both technicians.

    My drain pipe was plugged. I had drain specialists try to unclog it. They made a mess in my house and didnt fix it. They still charged me $500. I called Glenrose plumbing. They gave me a Veteran discount and a fair bid. Plumber walked me through the process and kept me informef. They had to break up my basement floor but patched it nicely . The plumbers used shoe coverings in my house and cleaned up everything. Not like the drain specialists who left a mess. I wish I would have called Glenrose plumbing first.
