Raphael James and Josh installed a furnace and air conditioner for us in September. They did an excellent job, they were friendly, proffesional, and completed the project in a timely manner. Tim was our salesman, he explained everything thoroughly and even called later in to check on me after a surgery. Joel came out for the maintenance and explained how to operate everything. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.
