I woke up the day after Christmas with no heat, they sent out someone hours later. Tony wasn’t just on time he was early (only a little so people working on a time constraint don’t worry), brought his own clean shoes to wear throughout the house which in the winter time I highly appreciate! Tony was efficient, obviously good at his craft, quick and friendly. I highly recommend. Thanks Tony for giving me and my family some comfort 😊

Pro Services were amazing in assisting with our recent HVAC issues. Right at the beginning of a heat wave our AC started to have issues and would not run properly. A service technician was able to visit our home and troubleshoot our unit. We did replace both our AC and furnace as the units were quite old. In less then a day multiple technicians were able to install everything before the temperatures became unbearable. Everyone we worked with were extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work and 100% will use them again, as we have plans to build a new home in a few years.

Pro Services had fixed our old water heater several times, but due to the sediment buildup it was no longer feasible to fix it, and it needed to be replaced. Jeremy, the Plumbing Manager, came out to install the new one. He had great communication throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure that all of my questions were answered. Were very happy!

Jeremy gave me a courtesy call prior to his arrival, which I appreciated. Upon arrival, Jeremy introduced himself and gave me a business card. He was courteous, professional and extremely respectful of my home and property. This is the second time Ive used Pro Services; Id recommend them.

Pro Services installed a new AC unit a couple weeks ago. Today the unit was blowing out warm air instead of it being cool. It was after hours and a Friday so I wasn’t expecting anyone to answer a call so I thought I would email my problem into the office. To my surprise I got a call in minutes and had a technician out within an hour. I can’t say just how nice it is to have a business put the customer first. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a quality business.

They did a great job, cleaned up perfectly behind them when they left, and got it all done in less than 2 business days (including the digging of a trench from street to house!). Pro Services knocked it out of the park! Heat went out, called Pro Services at 8am. Talked to Miranda on the phone who said she would get someone my way same day and would have them call me as well so I could meet them. She told me noon and at 11:45 I got a call from Tom who arrived 25 min later. Tom was knowledgeable and professional. He explained exactly what he was doing and had my heat back up and running in less than 30 min. Would recommend Pro Services to anyone looking for service or to replace anything heating and cooling related.

He was sent to us by Consumer’s Energy as part of our appliance service coverage and got our furnace started and functioning well, Then, a week later our thermostat needed to be properly installed and he swiftly fixed the problem. In 2020, we were having some issues with our furnace putting out a burning smell. Bill from Pro Services came out and took a look at our furnace and figured out what the issue was. He was super helpful and personable so a year later when we decided to replace both our furnace and A/C, we called Pro Services and scheduled with Bill. Bill and Tom came out and completed the job in a very timely manner and both men were very professional, friendly and took the time to answer and explain any questions that I had. The woman that I worked with for payment from Pro Services was also very friendly. Since our units qualified for a reimbursement through our Consumers Energy Appliance Protection Plan, she completely handled submitting our claim. Just today I reached back out to Mark, the service department manager, to request an itemized invoice for the work that was completed last year in order to include the info on our taxes. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed and he was so kind and generous with his time. I would have no pause, whatsoever, to recommend the staff at Pro Services. They all go above and beyond, do quality work and are so friendly!

Our 25 year old water heater began leaking recently. We got an estimate from a reputable local company that seemed a bit high, called a second local company and they wanted $100+ just to come out... When I called Pro Services I spoke with Mark Der-Stepanian, the service department manager. He came out in under an hour and provided us with an estimate for tank and tankless water heaters. He was exceptionally professional, listened to and addressed all of my concerns and even included fixing some other issues he saw as part of my estimate. Both estimates were WELL below ($1,000+) the other reputable (and highly rated) local company.I got on the schedule for Thursday between 8 & 9 AM after Mark came out Monday or Tuesday--super fast turnaround. Jeremy Hills, the plumbing manager called at 7:20 the morning of the install and was on-site at 8AM to begin the project. This is one of the few times a local company/contractor has been so professional, punctual, etc. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism, the turn around time. There is absolutely nothing I am dissatisfied with.Both Mark and Jeremy are super relatable guys, very professional and I truly enjoyed having them in my home for the time they were both on-site. If I ever have plumbing needs in the future I will be calling Pro Services again.
