    Call Drain Monkeys about a major clog/blockage in our sewer line. They came out immediately, assessed the situation, and made the fix. It was the owner and his son. Nice gentlemen. Guys in this profession are hard to find and worth their weight in gold. The cost to open the line was extremely affordable and Im pleased.     Drain Monkeys came out to clean my underground 4” off pipe 100’ long. There was major blockage. They inserted a camera and told me exactly where to dig to fix the pipe. The pipe had been crushed somehow over the past few years. Now I will make the repairs and should be good to go for a very long time. I could not have accomplished this without Drain Monkey’s. Thank you Tom and Zane!

    The nicest kid just left my house! I called this morning and Mason came out same day. He was super nice, professional, and got the job done quick!     Well, well, what do you know; something accidentally falls in there and the toilet bowl is plugged. And, my plunger wasn’t up to this one.My call to the Drain Monkeys was promptly answered by Jim, and he sent his nephew Marshall for job.Marshall called to inform me of his ETA, and that was accurate. He did the job quickly and neatly. What I really appreciated was his personability, friendliness, and most of all, he gave me some truly worthy advice and tips that I will surely follow.I am of course thankful that I have called on such a professional and customer service oriented team.     I called Drain Monkey for help as another plumbing company was going to come out for the 4th time to fix a clog in the elbow where the condenser tube from the AC/Furnace was going into. I called Tom with Drain Monkey on Monday, he sent out Mason on Tuesday to fix the problem, Mason assessed the situation and brought in a drill and auger to clear out the clog, Mason took care of the problem within 20 minutes! Needless to say….i cancelled the 4th appointment with the other plumbing company for Friday. If anybody has ANY DRAIN ISSUES…….call Tom with Drain Monkey as I am very impressed with his knowledge and experience!! By the way….Tom saved me $1,100!!Wally Kipp7/26/23

    They offer same day service, was able to clear the clog quickly. Took the time to inspect the drain via camera and pointed out the issues on the camera, we could be facing in future.     My main sewer drain began to clog last Sunday. I tried to fix the issue myself, to no avail. I decided to call Drain Monkeys over their competitors after seeing how local and small of a business they are. I could not be happier with my decision to call Tom and his monkeys! Made a same day appointment. Within four hours of my call the Monkeys were on my doorstep and digging into the issue. Within an hour of job start my sewer was cleared. Tom was nice enough to also run a snake camera through my sewer pipe to see if there were any other underlying issues causing my back ups. The Drain Monkeys were professional, courteous, friendly, hard working and followed all COVID-19 protocols. As a fellow contractor and DIY handyman I cant recommend them enough! Great work, great price, and genuinely nice people who understand that at the end of the day, were all human and need a little help from time to time. Great job guys!

    We had our main pipe sending water back into our basement instead of draining how it should. We called Drain Monkeys at probably 8am and they said they would be to our house before 10. They arrived by 9:30 and got straight to work snaking our pipe. They fixed the pipe and gave us a 30 day guarantee. They were affordable as well.     We had a clog deep in our pipe. We called Drain Monkeys who said theyd be out about 2:00 pm, the same day. They were out right at 2:00!. Tom was very nice, knew exactly what to do and within the hour he was packing his equipment up, clog gone. We live in the Schoolcraft area, he said he services many of the outlaying areas around Portage. He was very reasonable at $125 per hour. He will bill at 15 minute incriminates after the first hour. 30 day guarantee.

    Holidays are coming so of course something will go wrong in the house. Last night the kitchen sink stopped draining. I tried lots of things, got nowhere and went to bed. This morning we called Drain Monkeys. They scheduled us for early afternoon and were even able to come sooner. They were professional, polite, considerate, kept us informed about what they would be doing. They covered under our sink and the kitchen floor with a tarp then got to work. Of course it wasnt just in the trap but they quickly got the clog that was further down the line cleaned out. Checked the sink and watch that water drain! They made sure we had no mess from the work and all was fantastic. In fact, they are going to be our root removal maintenance folks. (Aggressive roots on our maple trees and a long line to the city system. )

    This is the second time Ive used Drain Monkeys for my clogged sewer. I came home from work to my wife letting me know the bathroom had flooded. I checked my out door clean out and found my sewer main was clogged again (tree roots). The Moneys to the rescue! I was told the plumber would be onsite around twelve noon, as he had another call prior to coming to my residence. The monkeys arrived over a half hour early and had my drains right as rain in 30 minutes, and was much much cheaper compared to the competition. Nice work Monkeys. Youll always have my business!
