    We could not be happier working with Rich and Travis! They were so kind and knowledgeable! We had a leak in our sink (pictured left). We live in a historic home and we’re wanting to bring charm back to the kitchen! We sourced this gorgeous faucet (right) from Morocco on Etsy and they were amazing about install! We ran into a few issues, but nothing they couldn’t figure out! Highly recommend Dan Wood for your plumbing AND heating/cooling services!! THANK YOU!

    Dan Wood Company is the BEST! Brad and Max were so lovely to work with! Not only were they incredibly friendly and accommodating to our needs, but they did an amazing job. They installed a new breaker box and electrical for our dryer and everything looks and works great! They both went above and beyond, moving our washer and dryer into the correct positions without being asked (or at all expected!) to do so. We will definitely be working with them again in the future for our electrical needs! We are so grateful to have worked with them and that they could get everything up and running within a few days of their quote for us!!

    Greg was professional and personable. He assessed the situation (low water pressure) and determined the likely cause was due to debris loosened when the city replaced water mains. He cleaned aerators, replaced the toilet fill valve, cleared appliance filter screens, etc., and now we have great water pressure. Greg found the simplest fixes and didnt try to upsell. I feel like I can trust him.

    I had multiple plumbing tasks to be done in my home including replacing an undermount sink and faucet, changing out 2 bathroom faucets and drain systems, and hooking up a new washer. I had contracted the Dan Wood company for this work and they sent me the most wonderful, professional and knowledgeable plumber named Brian. I absolutely loved his demeanor, his professionalism, his plumbing knowledge and the respect of keeping me informed along the way as he worked the task and completed the final job. He was also generous in his time to discuss other concerns I had for future plumbing needs. A genuine delight he was and I am so lucky to have had him be assigned to take care of my plumbing needs.     I had installed a rennati tankless water heater last year and had intermittent issues with full capacity hot water usage. I stopped by the Home Expo booth for Dan wood this year and requested that someone come out and certify my installation. Hunter showed up on time investigated and found the gas line was too small for the amount of output that was needed. Replaced the gas line that was 3/8 in with a full inch gas line and we were up and running within a couple hours at full capacity. Professional Service fantastic they brought the equipment and supplies to my house during his install and everything went smoothly prices are average with other plumbers but the skill set needed had to be used thank you Dan wood.

    Outstanding service! Very good at explaining what was needed, as well as what could be done. Gave me several options, discussed each and left a written fee. Ron was tidy, efficient and friendly. Not pushy trying to sell services but his explanation allowed me to choose what I needed rather than going with a slightly more costly procedure that was roughly $50 more. Very much appreciated his honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Dan Wood Company for service.     Luke was my technician this morning after discovering late yesterday that my A/C unit stopped working! He made himself available for an early morning stop, quickly diagnosed the problem with the capacitor and replaced it with a part on his truck! Couldn’t be more relieved that I connected with him and had the unit working again in less than 45 minutes! He was very knowledgeable of the mechanics and explained why this part would fail over time.     Had some electrical issues and ceiling fan that needed to be assembled, wired and installed. Brad showed up at the appointed time was very thorough and professional. He pointed out some issues that were beyond what I was aware that also required attention. Got ceiling fan installed and some GFIS installed in basement. Some additional work will be done by Brad at a later date, as he is now familiar with the home issues. All this also was addressed in a very timely manner from the time I first placed the call. I was worried about scheduling being close to Thanksgiving holiday, but it was a non-issue! Thank you Dan Wood Company and Brad!

    My experience with Dan Wood was excellent. They were very professional every step of the way, from my first call to the office, the Jill from dispatch, and the Hunter the tech that came to my house. Hunter was very knowledgeable and after assessing the problem gave me multiple solution options depending on what I wanted to accomplish. Not only did he fix the problem but his excellent awareness led to the discovery of a bat in the basement in the area he was working.I have had excellent experiences historically with Dan Wood and was happy to use them for service again. I would highly recommend if you are looking for HVAC or electrical (my experiences with them) that you consider them for your needs.

Dan Wood Co. does charge for estimates, but youre really getting well over your moneys worth, in my opinion, due to the depth of inspection. And if something unexpected occurs, even after many days go by, they will come right away and take care of it without any extra charges because they take pride in their workmanship.I had electrical work done by Adam who is customer friendly, by that I mean that he is comfortable with customers asking questions and answering questions with answers which the customer easily comprehends. He does not mind if you talk while he is working. Only a person with complete knowledge in his field is comfortable when a customer asks questions. He has an excellent personality and if you need any electrical work done then I recommend that you ask for Adam.I have three light transformers which Adam wired for me. Those transformers have GPS and DST which makes life easy for me. After a few days, one of the transformers started acting up. Then the lights that that transformer controlled would not come on. Then Adam came and went over the whole system and now all I had to do was wait until Sunset and then I will see if the problem has been taken care off. Since he came here early in the morning, it would be a long wait until Sunset, so he said to call him and let him know if the transformer is working properly because when he tested it manually it appeared to be working and now I had to see if it will work automatically on its own. Sunset came and all the transformers came on automatically except for that one transformer. The lights on that transformer were very dim while the lights on the other transformers were as bright as they were supposed to be. So I called Adam and explained to him what occurred and he asked if I would be comfortable following instructions over the phone, otherwise he said that hell come over. I mentioned to him that I would be comfortable following his instructions over the phone. He is very knowledgeable and he was able to give instructions over the phone which I found easy to follow. And thanks to his expertise and phone assistance, that transformer now is working properly and all the lights come on brightly and automatically go off at Sunrise. Now all the transformers are in sync and Dan Wood Company has a very, very happy customer. I can truly recommend Dan Wood Company for all your Electrical needs and be sure to ask for Adam who truly does a wonderful job.

    Dan Wood Co. installed a new tankless water heater for us about 3 years ago. Did an awesome job, and it has worked great. It suddenly started leaking today, and they got someone out the same day, found a flawed part that was covered under warranty, and got it replaced and working again. The receptionist and the dispatcher were super friendly and helpful over the one. The technician that came out, Hunter, was courteous and efficient and explained everything well. They even use a new service that sends you a text with an image of the tech coming so you know who to expect, which is a really cool thing I haven’t seen before. All around a great experience every time we need work done.

    Our water heater has stopped working. Dan Wood Company was able to schedule me in that morning. Kevin came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, our tank had begun to leak and it put out the pilot. Kevin was able to quote me a new tank on the spot with available add-ons as options (with no pressure to buy).I gave Kevin the go-ahead, and he was able to start working on it immediately. Kevin did an excellent job on the install, and he even cleaned up some of the fittings and venting so it looked even better (more uniform, less hodgepodge) than it was before. He also cleaned and swept the area before leaving.Price-wise I felt the job was reasonably quoted and competitive. For the quick response and exceptional service, it was definitely worth the every penny.I highly recommend Dan Wood Company for plumbing services, and I definitely plan on trying them out their other services (such as electrical or HVAC) next time the need arises.

    Furnace went out on one of the coldest weekends possible. Inside temp was down to low 40s. Vredevoogd wouldn’t come look at the furnace unless I was a member, but Dan Wood Co offered many over the phone solutions and came out quickly to solve the problem. Our technician, Nick, was great at keeping us updated on the progress and finding a solution.

    Mike G. Was our well tech. And he did a great job. He Was very thorough, explained things well and was happy to answer any questions we had. We have gone with Dan Wood for A/C and Well work and have been happy both times. It’s impressive how quick they are able to get out to customers, even to complete extensive work. We called to have the galvanized lines leading from our well into our house replaced on Monday and they were here to complete the work by Wednesday. We are so thankful for their hard work and great service.
