    The team from Williams Comfort Air delivered everything promised within a 24 hour period of time. Our situation occurred during the first artic blast of the 2024 winter so a quick response and resolution was necessary.We already had new AC system installed during the summer so we had complete trust in their professionals.     Of course the first day it turns cold our furnace goes cold. Called Williams, who we have the maintenance plan with. Joe arrived within a couple of hours and found a minor issue with the gas sensor. He fixed it in about 15 minutes! And since we had the maintenance planā€¦ NO CHARGE as no parts were needed. Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, no cross selling of things we donā€™t need. 5 out 5!

    Brad Robinson was a high end professional. He explained every step of the process and ensured every detail was complete. His work was clean, efficient and professional. He took the time to walk me through step by step, prior to, during and after all the work was completed. Williams Heating and Air sends you a photo and bio of the tech prior to arrival, so I knew who I was getting. This helped from a trust and engagement perspective. Brad is the best!     We have been dealing with Williams Comfort Air for a decade or so. Our relationship started when I found that they held jobs for employees whe are pulled up for military duty. Then I heard on the radio that they sponored a Christmas give away. Following that, the heat exchanger in my tract home furnace cracked and i had to replace our HVAC system. The company who had done the original installation and maintenance were a rip off using spliced lines in the coolant lines and charging me $200 a year to charge the system knowing it was going to leak and have to be done again the following year. When Wiliams came to do the change out, they were on time, they worked constanly til breaks and lunch and were back on the job promptly. The job was completed in a day with the only issue being an infant mortaliity on the compressor in the cooling heat exchanger, It was fixed promptly and the system has been working ever since. Ongoing, when I have had any need whether it be HVAC or plumbing, I dont even think about calling anyone else. I have had nothing but excellent work and dealings with folks who do not hesitate to go the next step above and beyond. I dont hesitate to recommend to anyone I talk with.

    I have used WIlliams for more than 5 years. I have them come out twice a year to do heating and cooling maintnance. I have even used them to clean all our ducts and fix a leaking toilet.     I had Williams Comfort Air out to perform my 6-month check again last week. The technician was the same person who had done the last maintenance check and again did an excellent job. He spent around an hour reviewing the system and noted a couple of items that needed to be addressed. We added a drain line float switch that will shut the system off if water is leaking into the unit due to a clogged drain line. The technician also identified where two parts of the a/c unit came together and cold air was leaking out. Although he didnt have the needed specialty caulk with him, he said he would schedule a no-cost return visit with the correct caulk to fix the gap.Overall, the Williams Comfort Air technician who services my system is very knowledgeable about the HVAC units they install and service. What I like even more is seeing the same technician each time with his winning attitude and who wants to take care of my HVAC so I donā€™t have to worry about it!!

Williams came in with an estimate that was in line with our first estimate, but a bit higher than our third (but the cheaper one only came with 1 yr labor warranty). Mike demonstrated that he wanted our business by negotiating a deal that included some maintenance visits for the future and we ended up getting a deal that we are super happy withā€¦never been happier about spending that much money. The install happened one day later and was complete in about 6hrs. Very happy with our decision to go with Williams Comfort Air.

    The furnace would not start on the first cold morning and it was a Saturday. Called Williams Comfort Air at 9 AM and they had someone at the house at Noon. The control board was not getting voltage and had to be replaced. They went to the supply shop, got the board, installed it, and everything was working again by 2:30 PM. The technician did a great job and was very responsive, even with it being Saturday. Ive been using them for 20+ years and they have always done a great job and been very professional. They installed the furnace which had the issue, fortunately still under warranty.

    I bought a new house that had a heat pump that I couldnt get running. Patrick from Williams Comfort Air came over and worked with me to get the heat pump up and running. It took a few new parts, but finally had heat in the house. He was working outside in the cold and he was very polite and easy to work with.     The blower motor failed on an 8 year old furnace. It hadnā€™t been serviced in awhile, so the Williams warrantee was not honored, even though the part was still warranted by Carrier. The part was not carried by Williams and had to come from Carrier which left the house with no heat over the weekend. The tech was very efficient and professional. We had a $100 off coupon, but the labor cost was still over $900 for about 1.5 hours work plus about 1 hour to diagnose (that part would have been about $100 if we refused the work) and about 1 hour for the tech to go pick up the part on Monday. Thatā€™s over $250/hr which is not reasonable. The tech did a great job and of course he does not set the prices.

My furnace wasnt heating and the technician came out and took a look and it was not a major problem so instead of just taking a large amount of money to tell me to get a new filter, he offered several options about cleaning and servicing my unit which would be done during the same visit.
