My experience with BOLD Electric & Generator was a wonderful experience and quite frankly, a relief. I wish every company could follow their book on customer service, especially nowadays. To start, they were ON TIME and once they arrived they were true PROFESSIONALS: respectful, knowledgeable, competent and ready to get to work. The lead manager, Isaac, explained everything that needed to happen beforehand and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or as if I was an inconvenience. You know what I know - you just don’t find that type of attention combined with the expertise AND people skills anymore. Again, a wonderful experience all around and I would definitely recommend them.

I just had a generator installed by Bold and could not say enough about how professional and knowledgeable the team was in completing the installation in a timely and quality manner and at a very reasonable price. Vincent provided a great overview of what was needed and why and his team delivered on all of it. Issac led the electrical part of the install and Rob the plumbing, and both did excellent work with the final product generator working well and looking great. And Michelle, who worked through all the required permit requirements and scheduling, was another great member of the team ensuring everything that needed to be done was done. And she provided a realistic timeframe for the installation, which was accurate. In summary, if you are thinking about getting a generator, I highly recommend that you reach out to Bold.

Our attendant was scheduled to arrive between 1-3 and arrived before 2, then texting us that he was ready to begin work. Joe was helpful to let us know when the power would be lost during testing. We didn’t know when he left or finished. I went outside to inspect the unit and confirmed that the battery, bore an installation date. Last year, the unit had been cleaned as well. I also receiver a report last year with digital photos and text to explain the work. I did not receive one this year. Why.

I cannot express enough how incredible the crew was that came to install our generator and new electrical panel. Actually the entire operation, from the owner Vincent, to Michelle via email, to Michael in the office, and the entire crew that did the actual install, you could not ask for a better group. Vincents honesty was something that was refreshing as I had solicited other estimates from other people. Ean Hall led the crew and boy was he amazing. His positive attitude and willingness to answer all of my many, many questions is really a special quality. He seemed to want to teach about what he was doing, and as a teacher, I was really impressed. Upon arrival, they put down a dropcloth as to not track dirt in my basement. It was raining and you wouldnt know it. There also was quite a bit of sawdust and when they were done, they cleaned the basement better than I did!!!! They stayed late to finish the electrical panel which was a beast. The whole crew, but especially Ean, had an incredible attention to detail. The wiring in the panel, which unfortunately no one will see, was artwork. This crew takes pride in their work, all while smiling!I cannot recommend this group enough. Shout out to Donny too who made an appearance!!!!

I am writing to let you know how pleased I am with the electrical work that was just completed at my home by Bold Electric. Kevin was the foreman on this job and Albie was the technician. From the first time he arrived at my house until the end of the job Kevin was superb! He communicated with me daily, sometimes several times throughout the day, to keep me updated on the progress, problems, cost, time frame etc.Our outdoor lights had not been working for at least a year making the long walkway to our front door pretty dark and sometimes dangerous as we have a long stone stairway. While we have had other electricians look at the problem, it was Kevin who came up with the brilliant idea to install bullet lighting on 2 trees that tower over the stairs. The results were not only very effective but visually very pleasing. Albie and his assistant (did not get his name) were just as impressive. They arrived each day at 8a.m, were respectful of the home, communicated what they were doing each day and and effectively solved every indoor and outdoor lighting issue that we had problems with. They put me on the schedule, helped me get the permits, did all of the electrical work and worked with the plumber to get the gas line hooked up. Their employees were very professional and neat as it was a rainy day when they came. Once the permits approved by the town, they had everything in about 8 weeks from when I paid the deposit. Couldnt be happier with with the work they have done.

Called Bold Emergency this morning and was delighted with the attention to my problem. My generator was running even though there was no power outage in our neighborhood. Luckily, Tommy was on call, came to our home on Sunday and not only did he diagnose the problem (a Jersey Central Power & Light power line) but checked out our system, replaced a part and then was here to advice Jersey Central on where the power problem was. I am writing to make sure potential customers know about the extraordinary work done by the team at Bold to get our generator up and running after it developed a problem during the storm last Friday, after running almost continuously for 10 days during the recent power outages in Mendham. We especially want to recognize the MANY hours of efforts by Tommy, including over the weekend, to diagnose the issue, obtain the new engine, and install it yestersday. Even though he was working under tremendous pressure and terrible conditions, he remained calm and focused on making sure the use of the generator was restored as soon as humanly possible. Ive known Vincent and Bold for several years. Ive had them do two separate installs (a smaller, Generac, for a 2,000 sq ft home; and a large Kohler to run a 6,500 sq ft property). Some of my colleagues have also had high-end installations and utilized Bolds service plans. Ive met 5 of Bolds workers throughout the years and they are all very professional and on time. Highly recommend.
