This is the second time that we have had Pakman Fencing and Renovations for repair. The first was for electrical work in our garage where two lights were switched to outlets - Ali did an excellent job - very professional and explained everything done - really went above and beyond. This second time, we had an issue with a leaking chimney which leaked through our wall. Ali removed all the drywall and remediated the area, even going to other parts of the attic to ensure there was no other damage. We highly recommend Pakman Fencing and Renovations for any work - you will not be disappointed. Professional, courteous, and excellent workmanship.

Ali and his team did an EXCEPTIONAL job converting my shed into a man cave. The shed was a complete skeleton and needed insulation, sheet rock, flooring, etc. I worked closely with Ali to plan out my vision and wants and he executed and exceeded expectations. He installed insulation, sheet rock, vinyl flooring, plenty of outlets, outdoor lighting, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, mounted my TV, and completed the job in about 1 week. He was transparent and honest and very easy to work with. I highly recommend him for any of your home improvement needs.

TV arrived on Sunday. On Monday morning I posted in my local/town FB group looking for someone who could mount it and hide all wires. Pakman was recommended so I gave them a shot. It was a wonderful experience. Ali happened to be immediately available and came by within the hour with one of his workers. They did an excellent job mounting the tv and handling all necessary electrical work to hide the wires. Ali insisted on going (himself and out of his own pocket) to Home Depot to get a customizable outlet cover to properly finish the job - he clearly takes pride in his work (further evidenced by him bringing his own vacuum to clean up after himself when hes done!). He also happens to be extremely friendly, relatable and knowledgeable. I know this company does a lot more than just tv mounting and I will definitely be using them again in the future. I highly recommend.

I found Pakman Fencing through a Facebook group recommendation. I called late Monday afternoon, he answered right away, came for an estimate same day and had the tv mounted on Wednesday. The owner was very professional, responsive and on time. The tv looks great and all wires hidden seamlessly behind the tv. He even cleaned up the messy wiring left behind the drywall from a previous contractor. Price was very reasonable. I definitely plan to call Pakman fencing again for future home projects!

I called Pakman Fency and he didnt take long to respond, from there I could tell that they are responsible, it was a shame not to be able to communicate with him, since I dont speak English. But I could see the interest they give to people, since I have called other companies and they never respond.
