    The guys came out right on time to provide me a quote to install an ev charger. They recommended upgrading my service from 100 amp to a 200 amp service, they provided me with the quote right away and the quote was very reasonable. I told them to go ahead with the work and they came back the next morning. In 4 to 5 hours they completed the work. I can’t say enough of how professional and the quality of work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    EP Electric are life savers! Eddie and Ron were here almost immediately after we called with an electrical emergency. They got everything fixed right away and our power is now back up and running. They were both very amenable and helpful with all our questions too! Highly recommend them!!

    I bought a new house a few months ago and had many different contractors. These guys are my favorite so far! Super professional. Came on time, made sure their work was quality and cleaned up after themselves.Andi is a great guy who does excellent service who is truly honest. Id recommend them to anyone.This time around, I added an EV Charger in my garage and they were on time and did a clean installation and works fantastic.

    Had a flood light and outdoor outlet replaced. Old outlet stopped working a few years back and I finally got around to having it replaced. Old flood light was removed during roofing project leaving wiring exposed. Andy was able to quickly come out same day and get both installed for me. He even explained why I was having issues in the past with some of my older outdoor outlets. Very happy with the work he did and price was fair for the market average. Definitely will use EP Electric llc again In the future.

    EP Electric helped us out of a really stressful situation today - we lost power very late last night, and seemed like the issue could be dangerous. I called their emergency line at 1 am and talked to a real person that said they would have someone out by 9 am. Ron and Alex showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got to work fixing it. They were helpful and courteous, and already had everything they needed with them, so the work went quickly. Within a few hours they had taken us from a hazardous situation to fully operational again without any extra burden. Really grateful to have given them the call last night, and can definitely recommend it to others.

    THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING. The only company advertising “24/7 emergency service” that ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE after hours Thursday following a power surge that did damage to my main electrical panel AND were actually available to schedule work ASAP outside of normal business hours. Andy spent time with me on the phone discussing my issue like I’d already hired the company. Ron & his apprentice Alex came out ON MEMORIAL DAY first thing in the morning & completely understood my request to try to keep the noise down as someone in the next unit over (only about 15 feet from where they needed to work) was still sleeping. They were thorough, explained everything to me as they worked & overall made a stressful emergency situation a little more bearable. They could have just run out the door when they finished, but they cleaned up after themselves & even answered questions about an unrelated issue that it turns out I will also be hiring them for. They would not leave until I had received both the invoice & electronic receipt for my payment that I would need to submit to my insurance company. I appreciate Ron, Alex, Andy & this company so much. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in the area I know looking for electrical work.

    I had a great experience with Andi and his crew. I needed knob and tube removed (quickly) from a home I was trying to sell (also quickly). Andi came out right away and gave me a fair quote for the work that I requested. I had questions about scheduling that Andi answered well after normal business hours and he kept me up to date on what day and time they would arrive. It turned out that the initial work that I had said I needed done was incorrect and more was needed to complete the job. Andi was quick to supply me with a new quote.     Andi and EP Electric are terrific electric contractors. They did a fantastic and professional job in replacing the old 100amp panel by installing a new 200amp panel for my 2262 sq feet rental townhouse in East Falls. And as far as i can tell, they have all the expertise and they covered all the bases for me. I cannot be more satisfied with their work. And their price is fair and reasonable, as far as I am concerned! Andi is particularly easy to communicate. It was a total pleasure working with them. Also, Andi did a thorough inspection of the electric work done by my general contractors for my basement-finishing project. He was very meticulous in noting a few code violations. Hes the exact gate keeper that I need, or every home owner needs, for critical projects. To sum, the best thing I like about Andi and EP is that they are meticulous (in covering all the bases for me), very skilled, and using no-nonsense approach! And their charges are fair and reasonable! EP is, and would be, my No.1 preferred electric contractor for any electric work, big or small, so long as they are available and interested in helping me!

    I had an outlet that seemed to be overheating. I called on a Saturday and they were here within hours - they thoroughly checked my entire system, and found out that we were dangerously close to having a house fire because of faulty installation by the previous homeowner - Luckily they were able to remedy the situation and will be back out this week to complete the job.

    I called EP Electric to fix some electrical problems I was having in my home. I called them yesterday and Ron and Alex came out today and they arrived on time. Within 48 hours of my initial phone call to him, he had performed the on-site estimate and delivered a quote to me. I am an interior remodeling contractor and have worked with/ done business with multiple electric crews. These guys rank as one of the best (if not the best) I have worked with.Theyre not the cheapest, but the high level of service they provide on both fronts (the office and job-site) is well worth it.     Outstanding service. Contacted EP Electric which came out in a couple of days. They provided the part necessary for the doorbell and installed it. They also took the time to check a few outlets that weren’t working. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it while being exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had called around to a few other companies but EP Electric was not only the most price competitive but also were able to respond quickly. Some other companies wanted at least 2 weeks to come out.     Outstanding service! I was in a middle of getting a few upgrades at my home that was needed ASAP and then come to find, there was a serious problem with my circuit breaker panel. I was extremely upset, but Alex and his partner was able to access the problem, and resolve the issue immediately for me. Although I was extremely upset of the situation, they delt with my being upset and they hung in there professionally and got the job done for me immediately with much respect. Called , call line rep was professional and asked all the right questions , follow up call from company to update on ETA was prompt. Alex came out at 10pm with excellent assessment , diagnosis , and a fair and honest work order estimate. All fees and pricing as well as itemized detail of work very clear and transparent.Alex returned next morning with his apprentice Mikey. Explained the process , worked safely in mixed weather conditions. They were both efficient , professional, friendly, safety oriented , and cleaned up afterwards. Took the time to answer any and all questions and even took time after to answer a question via text message after leaving.Would highly recommend this company. You may pay a little bit of a premium but you get a fast response even late at night , quality work, and true professionals. We will certainly sleep easier knowing what could have quickly become a dangerous situation of an electrical fire was addressed and fixed quickly and professionally .Don’t hesitate to call them anytime especially if you have a major electrical safety problem that needs to be fixed ASAP.

    We needed some outdoor wiring fixing up as it would turn off every time it rained. The guys came out and were very friendly and professional while checking out the problem and giving us a quote.     My family just moved to the area, and there are lots of things to be done in the house. I contacted EP Electric for an in-house estimate and they were able to send a technician over very quickly. The technician was friendly and easy to communicate with. And he sent over the quote within several hours.While we were waiting for our items one-by-one, I managed to install some of the easy things and requested for an updated quote for the downsized project. I couldnt say that the EP Electric was prompt in responding to my emails. But the technician, Andi, was very responsive over the phone. He personally insured that his office sent over an updated quote within the time frame he promised. The quote was still reasonable considering the rest of the project is far more challenging than the ones that I could finish. So we quickly agreed to proceed. The scheduling was also very smooth. Andi was able to come in this Saturday.The installation went through as expected. The most challenging part was to install a ceiling fan&light combo to our 20 ft family room. Andi and his assistant finished the whole project in a very neat way.They just left my house. And now Im typing up this review. So you can really tell how satisfied I am. Im glad to be able to find our go-to electrician so quickly. From our experience, EP Electric is an honest, friendly and professional business. Id strongly recommend them to everyone in the area.

    I dont usually give five stars, but this company went out of their way to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I had lights and cameras installed around my whole house.     They came to fix my electrical in my kitchen. I was having a slew of several problems with several outlets tripping all the way to the breaker.     Thanks Dennis did a great job, definitely looked out and got the work done. If you’re a woman you’ll understand this part, I did not feel like he was taking advantage of me because I was a woman literally talk to me and explain everything to me and was able to restore the power in my second-floor unit.     Water leaking in through the main electric line caused extensive damage to the meter box and the circuit breaker panel. Circuits were shorting intermittently and there was sparking inside the meter box, creating a very dangerous fire hazard; the incoming line, meter box and circuit panel all had to be replaced. EP Electric sent out a technician (Andy) the same day I called; he immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to schedule a two-man work order for the next morning to complete the extensive replacement. Andy returned in the morning with another technician (Ronnie), and within less than four hours, the job was complete and power was back on in time for lunch. Andy and Ronnie were both extremely professional, did excellent work, and admirably cleaned up the work areas before leaving. The price tag was understandably high due to performing such extensive emergency services on a weekend, but I would call on them again in a heartbeat; they were (possibly literally) life savers. I highly recommend their services.

Andi who arrived on Monday was able to quickly diagnose the issue as a circuit board that went bad. He was able to get the necessary parts overnighted (for a small additional fee which is expected) and came back the next day to replace the parts. Andi was very professional, friendly, explained the situation and what it would take to fix it, along with the cost.When he said he would call he did, when he said he would show up he did. Just those two service motions put EP Electric way ahead of anyone else I tried to call about this issue. I am now a huge fan of EP Electric and Andi the electrician that came onsite. I recommend them to anyone that has been frustrated with trying to find a good electrician!

    Unfortunately had a fuse in my breaker box arc and go bad this morning at around 7:30 AM, killed the power to about three quarters of my house including my HVAC, fried the meter and wiring that connected it and damaged the PSEG line to my home.Within an hour and a half of my call EP Electric showed up, correctly diagnosed the issue and gave me a fair estimate on the work and diagnostics. Once they advised of the damage to the line I called PSEG as they started working to repair what I was responsible for.PSEG came, the guys from EP Electric worked with them so they knew what needed to be done on the line side and worked in tandem to complete the job. Once both EP and PSEG were done they tested and verified the work, cleaned up all the wiring where it came into the house and completely cleaned up their work area. Both technicians also were super cool about my dogs and actually stopped in my backyard prior to leaving to say hi and give them some pets.I was almost completely down at 7:30 AM and watched them pull out of my driveway at 11:45 AM completely done and dusted. They also let me know they guarantee all of their work/hardware they installed for five years, which gives me peace of mind as a homeowner. Thank you SO much to both my technicians for coming in and saving my Sunday today. Would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.
