Aldi and his assistant came to our home at 11:30 at night when we had a partial power outage and perceived a burning odor. They diagnosed the problem quickly and got to work immediately, changing out the entire service panel. They finished at 2:45 am. They did excellent work for a reasonable price in a very professional and pleasant manner. We highly recommend them and will call on them in the future.

We had an amazing time experience with this company. We had an emergency break in our thermostat and Aldi from Linc Electric came out within an hour to fix it. Astrit did a great job installing a 30 circuit electrical panel. He came out right away to assess the work needed and provided me with a fair estimate. Once the price was agreed upon he immediately went to work. We ran into a stumble where he had to cut open the wire to make sure water wasnt trapped inside and instead of him just taping the pipe he installed a new one. His work is of great quality and I will definitely use him again.

Astrid bid the job, and then sent two workers, Aldi and Javier, who were professional with excellent service. Life saver service ! They are one of the few companies that has service over the weekend for electrical failures in west chester area . The front desk lady was amazing, she was so professional and kind when taking down details. These men did an amazing job. They were very professional and went the extra mile to satisfy the customer. We first used Linc Electric for one home when the electric blew out in one section of the home. Linc Electric did such an amazing job, my husband and I decided to use them to rewire an entire rental property. John the owner was amazing to deal with. His team is licensed and insured and go through the proper steps to pull all licenses needed. You will pass inspection because this team do things right. They even came back to our other house no charge because we had a problem with our smoke detector. We met a few other contractors upon their recommendation too. They worked out well for us as well. If you need electric work, use Linc Electric, it’s perfection.

There is only one way to describe Linc Electric and that is The best of the best! Wow! They were timely in every aspect of our project, courteous, friendly and went above and beyond with great work and service. We upgraded to 200 amp service had some wires moved behind the framing of our basement. These other companies didnt want to touch the rewiring portion of the job, (I think its because it looked like a lot of work) and most just want the most money for the easiest job. Not Linc Electric! Theyre not afraid to get their hands dirty, use common sense (not so common these days) and are trustworthy to do a phenomenal job and go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Aldi is the best! My husband is never pleased with anything contractors do and he wont shutup about how nice everything looks and the great job they did lol. Will definitely be calling them again for major projects and recommending them to all my friends and fam! A+++

An excellent experience with Linc Electric from start to finish. The electricians called ahead of time, and always arrived when they said they would. Astrit visited first and estimated our work, and Aldi and Javier did the work needed. Our home was built in 1953 and had an addition so theres old and new wiring. They did an excellent job installing a dedicated line in the basement, fishing ethernet wiring into two rooms, installing outlets, replacing switches and dimmers, and replacing a lamp post at the end of the driveway. Very courteous and professional, they really cared about doing top quality work. And even found the cause of a very subtle electrical issue. Highly recommended.

We had an issue with our electrical panel and I called to set an appointment with Linc. Our electrician was there at 7:30am the next day to service the problem. He was terrific! He explained the problem, gave us the solution and cost, which was extremely reasonable, and did the work with in a few hours. We met Linc Electric last year when he came to repair a conduit on pool (the same day). I was so impressed that we used Linc Electric again to replace electric panel; add spot lights onto porch to see backyard at night and deck; there was a lot of snaking wires; relocated ceiling electric box so that our light hung over kitchen table in the middle; guys were great and easy to work with; very neat; very respectfull and aimed to please. Added ring cameras garage overhead and on front door - they even programmed them for us. I would definitely use Linc Electric again and would tell anyone who asked this company is the only one to go to.

Called Linc because we had half our power go out in the middle of thunderstorm and we knew it wasn’t just a regular power outage. Our window for our electrician to arrive was 7-9 pm, and he arrived at 7:15. He was able to diagnose the problem within 15 minutes of being here, and got right to work, on a ladder in front of our house in the middle of the storm. Given the work we needed done, the price was super reasonable!

I had to contact Linc Electric for an emergency at my daughters apartment outside of Temple University on a Saturday night after 11:00pm since I am several hours away and was unable to help. (DISCLAIMER: Please forgive misspellings of names!) The guys from Linc Electric were great! They arrived exactly on time and quickly and thoroughly assessed the issue. Aldi(?) was able to do the major repair in a very small workspace and got us up and running in much less time than he originally projected. When I had an electrical concern beyond their repair, Astrid(?) returned early the next morning and offered suggestions regarding the appropriate expert to solve the problem, as well as how I could solve the problem myself. The guys were sharp, efficient, and made extra effort to make sure I understood both my electrical system and how I could perform minor or routine maintenance in the future. I used Linc a few years ago. I Believe it was the owner that came out ( I can’t remember his name) but very professional and very reasonable I always say he saved our life. There was a fire brewing in the back room socket and he stated “one more night and you would not have made it” A few weeks later there was another incident that really was not related to any electrical matters however he gave me his advice free of charge.I always said I would use them again and if I ever needed any electrical work done. Once again the guys that came out were professional answered all questions. One of the workers needed to call the owner for a quote in which the owner told him to charge me less than what he had already written down. Like I said very reasonable and fair. I’m so glad I found Linc. Use them, you won’t be disappointed.

I was experiencing flickering of the lights, loss of power and decided to call an electrician. I called one company and they failed to respond back. I called Linc Electric and the gentlemen on the phone told me that he could have an electrician at my house within 45 min. Linc Electric arrived in exactly 38 minutes!!!! The electrician identified the problem quickly and gave me a very fair estimate and I agreed, the electrician began work and it took roughly 3 1/2 hours and I received a free reciprocal. I was very pleased and will recommend Linc Electric to all.

I’ve used Linc Electric on two separate occasions. The latest being during an emergency. Both times, the electrician was very professional, showed up promptly and did an excellent job. In comparison to other electricians, I found their pricing to be much more favorable. It wasn’t too low where I was nervous to hire them and it wasn’t extremely pricey either, it was right in the middle. For these reasons and more, I highly recommend these electricians for your normal electrical jobs and during times of an emergency.

My call to them was handled professionally and an appointment scheduled for that day. Astrit arrived, assessed the situation, and patiently explained all of our options. I can never sing enough praises for this company. They showed up first on my google search and I avoided calling because they seemed like a big outfit, and I wanted someone local. I called 3 local places, 2 of which wouldnt even see me until next month, and the other one came out and was friendly, but said all of the wiring that a general contractor had done (after a house fire) would need to be ripped out and replaced to the tube of over $20,000. Even a novice like me knows that brand new wiring can be salvaged and hooked up properly. So, right after this guy left, I called Linc. Aldi and Carmello were out to my place the same day, gave me an estimate for less than a quarter of what the other person was charging, and upgraded my service to 200 amp. Aldi and Carmello werent sales people...they were consultants and then were ultimately the team (along with a 3rd awesome guy, Ralph) who installed my project. I even had them put in my outlets because I was so satisfied with the work. Without a single reservation, I would recommend Linc Electric to anyone.

Im writing this review because of the great experience I had with this company , We just moved to Philadelphia from NY and bought a house that needed some wiring replaced (knob&tube ),signed with different company at first but after lies after lies when they where going to start me and my husband decided to call someone else, and that was great decision, We needed up calling Linc Electric and they where exceptional ,their communication skills for the work and appointments second to none, Their work is impeccable, also both of Us work so we where worried about the place getting trashed or not cared about while at work ,but they cleaned after them selves took the trash with them and no surprises at all, Price wise they where OK but that wasnt something that we was going after, We wanted customer service and workmanship and we got them both !Thank you and We will use them in the future for other electrical work !!!

Id like to give kudos to the staff answering the phone as theyre always apologetic and very sincere, however I cannot get an electrician to call me back in regards to doing a proposed job at my property. I had a time table that I was working with and wanted it done over the weekend....after multiple calls to the company and request for quotes no one ever called me back. I have many reservations if I cannot even get a call back. I like keeping money within the community and this location is very local to me.UPDATE: I scheduled an appointment, received a call back and they came in, stuck to the estimate and did the work. These two angels came in and did an outstanding job.I had an electrical problem in my house for a long time. I had a electrician came in before...he couldnt do the job. These two angels came in and did an outstanding job. They made sure all the electrical sockets in the house was working and change those that wasnt working, made sure all the light around the house was working before they left. I made a mistake about hearing the price they had asked me to do the job. I was two hundred dollars short...I asked them if it was ok to pay the rest on Friday...they said it was ok. They even said to me not give them all my money just in case I need to buy something before Friday. I told them it was o.k. You dont find good souls like that anymore. It was a tricky situation, I have a 1950s house, it required a lot of figuring out where the short was coming from but he did not give up. They did a thorough analysis of the situation and provided me with both a short-term and long term solution. I went with the short-term solution because that was within my budget. Power was restored in less than 20 minutes and I was back in business. Linc prevented what would have been a crisis situation for me that weekend. The technician showed up at the house on time to price the job, explained the options available and costs to me and although he was able to start and complete the work immediately, an appointment was made for the following week. The following week, the technician again arrived on time and completed the work to my complete satisfaction. The electrician insisted that I be 100% satisfied with the work before leaving - which I was. Their price was competitive and the work done very well, including cleanup.
