Outside Petersburg. Called ahead, met person when I arrived, paid for well cap and two men provided well cap on the back of my truck.Very friendly and described the best way to get cap off the truck onto my well.My 3 boys and I lifted the cap off the truck and set it on the well.24 inch well cap was $157 and weighed approximately 150 pounds.Great service and happy my neighbor recommended them.

Chance with Gentry septic is WONDERFUL! He and crew came out today in the rain. Looked over my whole system. I had a red alarm light on and the system was not running. The problem is with something Gentry doesn’t cover with my warranty company. Chance didn’t even charge me a trip fee. He even found the company that is responsible for this unit and talked to them with me. Thanks again for fast response and wonderful service. A Great company in Dinwiddie County.

Since installation in 2018 to present time (2024), nothing but excellent service. Recently, I called with a concerning matter with little direction on a solution. Although Gentry no longer service my area (so sad), the staff went above and beyond to help. They researched other vendors and said call back if they do not work. Well, I did, and the same excellent customer service continued. Allison was not with the company in 2018, but she researched and researched help for me and succeeded. She and the others I have spoken with over the years are an example of what a good business model looks like - exceptional service because once a customer - always a customer - through word of mouth which is the best form of advertisement. Thank you, Allison and team, and I HIGHLY recommend this company.

So it is Nov 27, 2024, the day before Thanksgiving. The night before, we had a septic pump alarm. I called 1st thing on the 27th at 7AM (they open the earliest). Although they were booked due to Prince George County sending out 5 year septic pump notices, they fit me in! Indeed, they were the only place to call me back. I even called so called Septic Emergency Numbers for five other places and no response. Only Gentry came to our rescue with a house call. They came by at 12:30 pm. Replaced pump and float, pumped the septic, and done by 1:43 pm! I have no idea whether the cost was high or not, except the septic tank pump was standard at around $330 or $350ish. A bit more than pre-pandemic, but eh. Overall, Chris and Chris, the dynamic duo where outstanding. They also had an older gentleman, but did not catch his name. The trio were awesome. I highly recommend this company!!!!!!

Great experience. They were able to repair our problem and saved us money. Didnt try to sell us something we didnt need at the time. Techs were great guys. Would highly recommend this company to anyone with a septic system.
