When it comes time to do our other bathrooms, we will go with The Bath Connection.We walked into the Bath Connection to have our Master Bathroom redone. This was the first time we have done a renovation, and didn’t quite know where to start. Niki was very kind and knowledgeable while she explained our options. Niki was very patient with us as we took some time to finally decide on what we wanted.Once the renovation began, the crew was very professional, kind, and they really seemed to take pride in their work. They did a complete gut of our bathroom, moved a lot of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.They did a great job with our bathroom, but also cleaned up everyday, including vacuuming the floors in our bedroom! The work took about 1.5 weeks from demo to completion.The bathroom looks amazing, and we can’t wait to start using it!

Where do I start after nightmares with other companies and contracters what a relief and an enjoyable experience from beginning to end starting with the nicest sweetest lady in the office Nikki who was so helpful to the boys Alec and Kendon who were fantastic. They listened to exactly what we wanted and helped us design the exact bathroom we wanted. They showed up on time worked quickly and did an incredible job always cleaning up at the end of the day. Pricing was fair and the work was incredible. Love, love love my new bathroom!! If you are on the fence just know you are in good hands

We had 2 bathrooms remodeled by The Bath Connection. Alec, Kendon and Niki were all helpful and very good to work with. Our project started and ended on time and at the quoted price. We feel that they went above and beyond our expectations. Niki helped us with material and product selection in the showroom. Alec and Kendon arrived on time, each day, and told us what would be done. They answered any questions and got our input when needed. We would highly recommend The Bath Connection team because we are very happy with our finished project.

I chose The Bath Connection because of Rods knowledge on remodeling, his personal approach, and fair price. The guys on his crew were so nice, they cleaned up after themselves every day, and were conscientious of my pets. I could not believe how quickly they got the demolition done and the progress each day was remarkable. My new bathroom is amazing, and I look forward to having them do more work for me.Because of their knowledge, professionalism and personal care with each project, I have had Rod and his crew back for two more remodeling jobs. They completed my half bath last year and just finished my kitchen last month. I love them both, especially my kitchen! I am very happy with their work and have recommended them to several friends who are also using them.

The Bath Connection did a fantastic job on my bathroom remodel and I would highly recommend them. My remodel entailed a total gutting. I now have an enlarged shower, new toliet, new flooring, a double vanity and a large cabinet for storage. They were so easy to work with and offered suggestions that we had not previously discussed. They cleaned up their area after they finished each day. I cannot say enough good things about Alec, Kendon and Niki. Thank you for all you did to make my bathroom so incredible!

We had a half bathroom we wished to be remodeled. We called and asked for an estimate and the estimate was reasonable. The bathroom had glue from the wallpaper that had been previously removed, removed. The walls needed painting, a new bowl and stand, a toilet, a toilet topper, wall mirror, exhaust fan and a light fixture. The old light fixture was a ceiling fixture. They move the ceiling fixture to a wall fixture. They did all this in just one day. The half bath now look beautiful.

Kendon and Alec and team of The Bath Connection remodeled three bathrooms in our 40 year old home. They did the consultations, the estimate, and all of the work. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process. They love their work and that is obvious as the projects move along, and the rooms are completed. Niki in their showroom was also extremely helpful as we chose colors and products for each room. For our jobs, they had to tear out and rebuild walls, work with plumbing and electrical changes, remove wallpaper, paint, remove and replace flooring, remove fiberglass units and replace with cultured marble or acrylic, hang doors, and change wood trim. We absolutely love our bathrooms, and it has made a beautiful transformation in our home.A friend recommended them to me, and we would highly recommend them for any bathroom remodel work. They communicate well, are prompt, stayed on schedule, are well organized, and kept their work areas clean. They do top quality professional remodeling.

We had The Bath Connection replace our fiberglass tub shower combo with an acrylic walk in shower. We could not be more pleased with the quality work Kendon & Alec did from start to finish. They were on time, they cleaned up, they didnt mind our questions and were just really nice guys! We are so happy with the finished result - and they did it all in one day! The Bath Connection was recommended to us by several different people and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend them either. Our new walk in shower is everything we wanted & more!

Our bathroom couldnt have turned out any better! Alec and Kendon were on time every day and cleaned up every evening so we were still able to use our bathroom. They were done in exactly the time they quoted. They did not stand around and talk. They worked hard! The walk in shower turned out so beautiful as did the countertop! Kendon and Alec did an excellent job on our bathroom remodels! We had two bathrooms done back to back. One the week before Thanksgiving and the other the week after. They showed up on the dates promised and completed the work at the time promised. Three days for each remodel. They were clean and very accommodating to any of our needs. Gave good advise on things we were unsure of. They even did things that were not specified in the contract at no extra charge. Would have them back in my home in a heartbeat. In fact we were sad to see them go!

The Bath Connection, Rod and his crew, did an amazing job on our familys bathroom remodel. We live in a 1939 vintage house that had its share of interesting issues during the project. The Bath Connection team over came them all and finished the project as promised in 3.5 days. They cleaned up the project site very well and took care in making sure the rest of our house was kept clean. The Bath Connection was more expensive than some of their competitors. However, it was the fact that Rod not only was the salesman, but also at the job site performing/directing the work that sold me. The Bath Connection is certainly worth the cost and I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding service. Kendon and Alec went above and beyond to make sure our bathroom walk-in shower installation was complete and as we wanted it to be. It’s an old house, built well but not everything square. They refused to give up until things were right. Professional, friendly, honest and patient with us while we made last minute decisions. Finished in 2 days. On the 2nd day they brought Mike to help and he was also very knowledgeable. Thanks so much guys! My Bathroom is small but perfect. I wanted to keep the old fashioned flavor of my 1940s bathroom complete with deep tub with a window and arch over the tub. Bath Connection did the tub overlay, the acrylic beadboard panels all around the entire bathroom. I then installed tile above the beadboard. I also got fashionable grab bars (since Im not getting any younger), but they dont look medical. I wont ever have to do this bathroom again. (I will attach a photo when I learn how)

They took the time to listen to what we want, but also keep our needs and budget in mind when having discussions or making recommendations to get our space completed.I have called multiple times with questions and each time, I am met with that same level of professional personalization.
