    I usually don’t post reviews but in this case I must. Restoration Builders completed a garage project for us today. They installed a plywood ceiling and a pulldown stairway. Todd and Tony did a very excellent job. Their work was precise. They always asked if we were satisfied with what they were doing. Additionally, both have very positive and pleasant personalities . We truly enjoyed interacting with them .The finished job is such an improvement to our home. We gained a lot of attic space which had not before been utilized. We were able to clean up the clutter in the garage itself which now looks so much better and is now much better organized. Again, a big “thank you” to Todd and Tony.     Thanks Restoration Builders for the great addition of our new deck and sliding glass door off our master bedroom!! We are in love with it. Restoration Builders was very professional and awesome to work with through the whole process. At the end of each day of construction they cleaned up so thoroughly. We also had a item for the job come in damaged and they guys made sure the it was replaced to our liking and done promptly!     Restoration Builders has supplied roofers last fall for our buildings and recently Moe and Isaac for siding, fascia, and window screens, thanks to Mother Nature. They have all done exceptional work, cleanup, and were also very friendly and respectful. The roofers were amazingly fast at completing the roofing, while also being very particular. Moe and Isaac work very well together. One is working on one thing while the other is doing the same and they meet at the end of jobs well done. We then had gutter replacements from different workers while gone, and briefly met the guys as they were finishing up and getting ready to leave. They were just as friendly and also did a wonderful and very neat job. Restoration Builders is very lucky to have them all as part of their team to contact. Thank you, and will keep you in our contacts for any further house repair/improvement.

    Lead carpenter, Mike Caldwell and assistant lead Craig Nelson built my patio and it turned out really nice and very very sturdy. They were very polite and very informative when I would ask them questions. Definitely recommend them!!

    We had a unique roof job and could not find anyone to help us until we found Restoration Builders. They sent two excellent workmen, Travis S and Kyle F, to do the job and we could not be more pleased with their professionalism, work ethic, communication, efficiency, and the outcome. The roof looks great! They also cleaned up and made sure we were happy before they left. The price was fair, no surprises. We will use Restoration Builders again in the future.

    Everything about this ShipLap basement wall project was great! Our expectations were exceeded every step along the way — from our first phone call with Amber, and our visit with Alex to explain the project, and through the 5-day construction phase with Jeremy S. and Austin (even Travis did a little work during the hour he was here).In the 11 years we have been in this home, we have encountered many unpleasant situations with construction workers. But the Restoration Builders group is definitely a professional company that knows how to manage a project and has superior construction skills. We are so pleased with the Restoration Builders group, we are already thinking up our next project.

    I recently had Restoration Builders install a new roof and boy was I impressed! Fred Blanchard came out on a Monday afternoon, the same day I called. By the following Tuesday the team was already onsite and the job was done in a single day. It looks amazing and you can tell it was a solid, professional job.From start to finish I was kept in the loop communication wise which is always appreciated.     Dan and Austin recently installed two entry doors and two storm doors for me.Dan was very thorough and made sure everything was exactly right. He evendid me a favor before they left and put up my new smoke detector and CO detector for me.Dan seemed to be teaching Austin some finer point -possibly Austin was an apprentice? Austin listened and followed directions and did a good job as well.They were careful to clean up when done, were very polite, respectful and friendly.

    Great company to work with- we gave them a lot to do in our home and they did it well and surprisingly fast. They were very detailed with our theater room renovations and were able to pain and fix other things around the house exceptionally well!     Nick is the most helpful, considerate, and skilled roofer we have ever come across. He really went the extra mile for us. He completed our repairs in the blink of an eye, and didnt charge us anywhere near what others are getting for the same job.     We had a bathroom remodel job that they performed. Starting with Tyler who quoted us the job, he spent quite a bit of time with us at Menards going over all the options and what we needed to look for and what wont really work. He was a big help in making the final decision. Jamie was good to work with as the schedule was in flux as we waited for parts from different suppliers. Once the job got rolling Todd and Dallas did a tremendous job at being on time and putting in a good and productive days work. As with any project unforeseen problems arise and they went above and beyond in solving them. Clint on the follow up was very helpful in some of the finish details and questions. This is their third project with us and there might be another in the future.

    They were so willing to help us from our first contact. Matthew Williams made an appointment to give an estimate, and then there was a major snowstorm. He rescheduled promptly and gave an excellent bid. The work was not supposed to start for about 4 weeks, and I was ok with that, but when they had their tradesmen free up sooner than expected, they called offering to start early. The work has commenced. The tradesmen Don and Jordan have been such a pleasure to work with. They covered all the steps leading to the work site, they made sure to strip all the old flooring off, then leveled the floors carefully. They asked about which way we wanted the planks laid. They poured a new mortar bed in a damaged shower stall and did a great job retiling. I cant thank them enough. Would definitely recommend.

    I had a great experience with the team managed by Sam Chavez - the company replaced roofs on 3 houses I own and also did gutter repairs on two houses. They worked fast, were professional, cheerful on the job and the office personnel Angie Melendez and Genessa Ramirez were great to communicate with. They also helped with a couple of follow ups. The entire experience was positive, and I highly recommend them.

    A division of this company built a screened in porch addition on the back of our home last summer. Quality was second to none. We acquired 4 bids for the project and they were the only ones that designed a porch to go with our home; not a kit they would simply fit to our home. Phil, the project manager was on the job every day making sure each step was perfect. At each turn he would go over the possiblities. He was very patient with us! In the end we received a finished project that looked as if it was built with the home; not as if it was a add on kit. We live on a golf course and I cannot tell you the number of golfers that have stopped to complement us on the porch and how it appears as if it was original with the house.

    All I can say is fast! This company came in and left in no time. The siding crew did a fantastic job on my house. I couldnt be more pleased. Victor promised and delivered. The process was just so easy. I have already sent 5 referrals to them. My siding was done about over 6 months ago and Im still excited today driving up to it. I love my house

    My experience with NRC was just what I needed... I have been here 30 years and was wondering how I was going to be able to get new siding and a roof done. Then along came Brett Rehr.     Ive been waiting 15 months to have my house finished! The storm came through March 31st 2023. I had a contractor come to my house within 2 days of that. Since then, he and two other contractors left the company and Ive had to call, message and email this company repeatedly to find out when the roof would get done, when the gutters would be finished and now my house has been in a wrap since June 3rd, when they removed the old siding. They dont return my calls. When I do get a response, its well have to check into that, then I have to call or message them again! They are terrible about communicating anything to their customers. I will never use this company again nor recommend them to anyone else.UPDATE: Since I shared this review, back in June, 2 guys from RBI came out to install my siding and they did an excellent job!! Richard Crowe and Travis Sutton were not only professional, but they were courteous of my property, my dog and were extremely fun guys all around! I would hire Richard and Travis again in a heartbeat! Great job again guys!
