This was our first big remodel project in our 32-year-old house. Not knowing much about how these things work, JMG Contracting was very helpful in getting us where we wanted to be. We did a total master bathroom redo, from floor to ceiling. Getting rid of the huge unused tub was a total game changer! Having no glass to clean is another game changer (says the one who cleans the bathrooms)! If you are even thinking about updating your bathroom, I highly suggest giving JMG a shot.All of the crew were very professional and super friendly. Our project started right before Christmas, which was good timing for us, and Im assuming for them as well, since most people dont want to be bothered during the holidays. I watch a lot of home remodeling shows, so I know that delays can happen, and budgets can be blown out of the water. We only had one delay and it wasnt their fault (an incorrect product was shipped). We also came in under budget!We are VERY happy with the end product! We will call on them when we are ready to update our second bathroom as well.

JMG just completed my remodel and I am so happy with the transformation! I jumped all in with a total remodel of my 50-yr-old house that was desperately in need of an upgrade. David right away put me at ease, answered lots of questions, and drew up a beautiful kitchen design and estimate that worked with my budget.Bryan and his team were then tasked with executing the plan and now I have a beautiful new house - kitchen, 2 baths, flooring, windows, and paint. Everyone who worked on the project was professional, personable, and respectful. Bryan updated me daily on who was coming and when, and when there were issues, he saw it through until it was right. I really liked using their BuilderTrend app to track my selections and allowances and actually came in under budget.Thanks, again, to Bryan & David, as well as James & Joe, and everyone at JMG for making my remodel a pleasant experience!!

When it comes to home renovation projects we have extremely bad luck. JMG has turned this around. Everyone at JMG from David who performed the initial estimate to Holly who handled the purchasing to Bryan who supervised the project were amazing to work with. There was a constant flow of communication every step of the way which I have found to be rare in the construction industry. All of the sub specialists really took pride in their work and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the final outcome. We highly recommend JMG and look forward to working with them in the future.

JMG contracting remodeled our kitchen recently and Scott and I are SO very happy with the INCREDIBLE results! The difference in both functionality and aesthetics has been night and day. We are very proud of this kitchen. We bought this house in January, 2021 and it was not our first choice but after we lost a few bidding wars we decided to settle. The kitchen had high ceilings and large windows, but the cabinet doors were messed up,, the countertop was a grayish purple laminate to match the 90’s floor tile, and the kitchen looked small, dark and closed off. I even purchased a mobile island but we still did not have enough storage or countertop space. There was a narrow, non-functional breakfast bar and a small pass through with no real connection to the living area.Now JMG Contracting has changed ALL of this. Now the kitchen is light, bright, airy and open. It is also 10 times more functional. The flow within the kitchen itself and the connection to the living area are simply incredible- we never had that before. The added cabinet and countertop space are like a God send. The dark wood cabinets, white quartz countertops and light floor tiles complement each other beautifully. The whole kitchen feels larger (and might I say grander) though it is still the same room! The JMG team and their cabinet guys from Equity Interiors helped Scott and I come up with a really great design so that there are no tight spaces and yet we still got everything we wanted and needed. They were receptive to our ideas and were committed to making our vision work. Widening the existing small pass through was the first real game changer. (We still wanted to leave the soffit over it for storage for our drums kit). Now we have an 81” long, 2-tiered breakfast counter/peninsula and great connection to the living area. We also somehow managed to fit a 57” long , 26” wide island in the center of the kitchen with electrical cooktop/trash/recycle/spice drawer/4 other drawers, and it looks like that island was always supposed to be there., it fits so perfectly. The custom work desk looks great and adds more storage space.I almost forgot to mention! They have a designer named Tatum, she helped pick out the quartz countertop and the floors, and I am so grateful she guided me in the right direction.JMG Contracting gave us a fair estimate, they were always professional, the quality of their work is high, and despite a small hiccup or two they stayed on schedule, they made no false promises, they were super transparent about everything and very responsive. Jorge Amaya has been a great project manager, he and his team are great, they have been professional, honest, friendly and easy to work with, and I definitely look forward to working with them again on future projects in the rest of the house.All in all, Scott and I are very satisfied customers, in fact our kitchen has turned out much BETTER than we had ever imagined. Thank you JMG Contracting and keep up the high quality work!

I found JMG on social media. I loved the pictures of their work, so when it came time to remodel my kitchen, I chose them. This was not an easy decision since we are talking lots of money and I wanted close to perfection on this project. I was assigned to Ricky M.’s crew (Frank, Little Joe, Vince) and I cannot thank them more. My kitchen is exactly how I envisioned it. All the guys were hardworking and wanted to make my dream kitchen come true. We saw them a lot during this process, so you’re bound to get to know who is coming into your home everyday! They were all great and understanding and I have a toddler going through his terrible 2s! They were patient and showed kindness towards my family as well! Whenever I had an issue or something came up. Ricky always communicated and explained things to me. They all listened and executed my remodel perfectly. I cannot say enough. When the shower in the master bathroom of our midcentury marvel failed during the Covid-19 pandemic we were apprehensive about getting someone in do the work. We got a quote from a family member who was too busy to do the work, made appointments for quotes where no one showed up or if they did a quote never materialized. This continued for several months. We were getting discouraged when we saw the social media feed for JMG Contracting. We submitted the online request and withing 48 hours David contacted us and came to look at the bathroom and give us some terrific remodel suggestions for the small space. We were delighted when a detailed quote showed up 24 hours later. We loved the ideas and the price, so we hired them and just 3 weeks later they began work! It was almost a dream come true. The process was so easy as we worked with Nancy to order the materials we selected online. Josh, the project manager, kept us informed every step of the way. We enlarged our shower updated the floor, walls and vanity. In addition, they removed the old original master bedroom window, installed 2 smaller windows and removed the ancient carpeting in the master bedroom enabling us to continue the remodel on our own. The crews that came into work were courteous, considerate, and very competent. They even took the time to make of our needy basset hound who would bother them. The work was done very quickly, and we couldn’t be happier! Everyone says our bathroom looks like a resort now and we couldn’t agree more. It’s a fantastic remodel with everything we asked. I would use JMG again without hesitation.

We had a great experience with JMG overall. We remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms. The final product looks amazing. It wasn’t without challenges. The project ran longer than expected and we had a few issues with some leaks in the shower, but Josh and the guys were very responsive and got the problem resolved. They continue to stay in contact and ensure that we are fully satisfied with the final results. I would definitely recommend JMG.

After following and reviewing JMG Contracting for 2 years on Instagram, the decision was made to finally remodel and renovate our 20plus year old home while living among the construction. David, the estimator, listened and provided us with renderings and detail estimate of our project: painting the entire interior home, remodeling and renovation of both the master and guest bathroom, new flooring for entire home, remodeling of entire kitchen including new cabinets, new island, adding both a coffee and dry bar area, and building a memorial area for our beloved. Bryan, our assigned project manger, and his team made the vision of our new home a reality! Bryan provided daily updates of whom, what the task was for the day and visits to ensure the team was on track. When issues or concerns arose, Bryan and his team were quick to address and resolve. They were completely transparent in all they did and did not hesitate to take the time and explain all available options for any changes the needed to be made. Bryan and his team were clean and profession throughout this entire home renovation. We are so pleased with their work that we have contracted them for next project; renovation of our garage.

The tile guy was incredibly skilled and displayed an outstanding work ethic, spending just about 13 hours working one day! I had WestShore homes remodel a guest bathroom and their work cost me about $2k MORE, was no where near as beautiful, and the quality was just poor compared to JMG. I’m thrilled with the outcome and would encourage anyone to reach out to JMG.

JMG replaced all of our tile and carpet with a wood-look, large plank tile throughout the entire condo, converted a bath tub/shower combo with a walk-in shower, replaced the plastic shower insert in our guest bathroom with tile, and repainted the interior. The work was all well done and within the estimated time frame. They were professional and efficient throughout the entire project. Several of our neighbors even commented on how polite, professional, and hard-working the crews were. We are very pleased with the results.

JMG was terrific to work with through and through. Professional, highly skilled and courteous. They were also priced comfortably compared to the 6 quotes we gathered so that was the first plus....not too high, not too low.Here is where I give them the ultimate kudos: they have a “specialist” for every aspect of the job on staff. We had our shower remodeled (down to the studs) and I really liked that they did not use contractors for anything (with the exception of the glass...which was custom made for my 6’7 husband.) From the lay of the tile, to the lighting, to the position of niches, I was involved in every detail. Josh was magnificent! I’m a pretty tough cookie and everything I requested, he brought it in to fruition.Even before the job started, my husband and I must have called Jon a dozen times as we shopped for tile and weighed options. He was always kind, patient and informative. Jeremy was also amazing. I had a couple of ultra small cosmetic things I needed touched up when everything was done and he was super responsive and got me right back on the calendar. I would DEFINITELY use them again.

This company was top notch. I was so happy from the beginning, starting with David who was my estimator and was very professional and worked within my budget. Josh, my project manager was the best, he was in communication, handled the workers, days, times, project, etc. I could always e-mail or contact him with any questions or concerns. He was always upbeat and handled any issues. The people who did the different remodel jobs in the bathroom were so friendly, polite and a joy to work with. Ceasar, the tiler was the best because he ran into some issues where the floor under the built in tub had cracked and heaved creating tiling issues but he did a superb job, you cannot even tell. I would recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again!

Thank you JMG! You guys were great to work with. David kicked off the experience by listening to all the details we had for our major remodel (trust me, there were a lot). He listened to our budget and provided an estimate that was within our expectations. Don’t expect JMG to give you the lowest estimate but you get what you pay for. Josh and Albert were our contractors. They were very good at communicating and provided us guidance when needed. One downside was going from David to Josh to Albert, some details got lost in the transition. We were able to overcome this via good communication. The job took a little longer than originally planned but it was also in the middle of a tough job market where it’s difficult to find good labor. Overall, our family could not be happier with our new home and I would certainly recommend JMG to any friends and family.

We were in the need to remodel 2 guest bathrooms. After meeting with many contractors, we chose JMG Contracting and very glad we did. It started with our sales person, Lauren. She was very professional, friendly and always quick to respond. The positive experience continued with our designer, project managers Rudi & Max and all the different contractors we met throughout the process. Everyone was so respectful of our time and our home. They cleaned up each day and every evening I would get a message advising what was going to be happening the next day. The finished product was beautiful. I would recommend JMG Contracting and I would not hesitate to use them for future remodels.

JMG did a thorough job that ensured our bathroom is done right. I was particularly impressed with the background work and care that goes into the base and insulation before any tile was laid down. Our biggest issue was that communication was inconsistent which led to some issues later in the project leaving us less happy with the final result as we could have been. We never got to see the design that was planned for our bathroom, so there were many surprises along the way and we often didnt understand what we were getting until the job was already done, which can only be cycled back on so many times. The touch ups could have been nicer, but ultimately we have a beautiful bathroom now due to the work JMG did, and we could likely do some paint repairs to make it better from here.

Very professional. David, the estimator was a pleasure to work with. We havent made any decisions yet but I have to say he was very professional!!
