When taking the call Laura was very nice and professionally friendly. She was really attentive and very helpful in making sure my needs were met and getting someone out to me right away. Same day!!!When coming to the house Jose was very professional and worked efficiently and diligently to resolve the problem. Jose was always sure to keep me informed with every step. Jose made me feel comfortable having him in my home and I could trust his word. He took the time to carefully explain to me with video and pictures what was going on and what would need to be done so there were no surprises. Jose as well as a couple of other employees working with him also worked through the holiday weekend with no complaint!!! To insure we would have a working bathroom to use. I was very happy with his service and would definitely call Roto Rooter again.Note, I did call 4 other companies in my area to assist first. My calls were either not returned or were not answered on an early Friday.

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Technician, Christian, was very patient w/my exuberant dog who greeted him, clearly explained how he would treat the clogged drain problem, and then did the work efficiently. He cleared the blockage, added to the drain pipe so it would work better, and then stayed to make sure my washer water drained efficiently. He then offered to return at no charge if I experienced further problems. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter’s services.

Had called around 10:30 and received text they would be out the same day. Wonderful news because I have a tearable clogged kitchen sink and Tub was backing up ugly stuff. Hugo O. Technician arrived and listened to all the problems that had occured. Hugo. Is a very professional and experience technician . He was able to take care of the stoppage all in the same day. So from the time I called to the final fixes the Company and all the staff is well deserving of a top 10 ratting.. So if your having a problem call Roto Rotor. Fantastic! Service was great! Called and was told they could send someone out same day. I’ve used Roto Rooter before so my info was there already. Christian arrived and was professional and personable. He listened to my concerns and then went to work. He completed the job in a short amount of time and told me if there were any problems to call and he’d come back and fix it. My only issue was the price. $325 is a lot for a simple faucet install but since I have no plumbing experience and want the task done right, I’ll have to pay.

Our service tech, Albert was fantastic. He explained our options before starting any work and clearly knew his job. They completed the work quickly and even provided additional services that will help extend the life of our home. When an issue occurred as a result of the work they were doing at our home, mostly because our house is old and has brittle pipes, they repaired it at no extra charge, even though it was not their fault. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

Adrian was very accommodating. Polite, quick and reasonable.I must say, however, that I did have challenges with my messages getting from call center operator, to dispatch, to technician, to me. The appointment was set for after 8 am on a Monday. I called several times Monday and Tuesday for status updates. I got the call center each time, but the dispatcher or the technician did not get back to me. This part was very frustrating!Finally it got picked up by someone who assured me he would see the process through and fulfill the appointment. .When the technician was eventually sent out, Adrian, he was understanding, polite, accommodating and finished the job in good time and waited for me to check it to make sure i was satisfied. Extremely responsive and professional, albeit expensive. They were able to assist on an issue that multiple handyman plumbers could not. They were able to find my issue and actually instruct me how to fix it myself so I didn’t have to continue to throw money on a simple fix that required manual labor. Really great work!

Mike was professional, respectful and knew his job. He went the extra mile to solve my clog. It was not an easy fix. He was at my home almost 3 hours, always patient and focused. I am very satisfied with his work and the Companys response to my call. It was expensive (although I have no comparisons). That said, for me... in that moment it was worth it - to pay the extra late hour fee.

We called Roto Rooter on a Saturday to get an estimate to remove an old toilet and install a bidet toilet. We got same day service. The price of the installation was less than the competitor. Oscar, the plumber, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and patient walking us through the installation process. He did an excellent job and cleaned up well! He was a real pro! We told him we have officially found our plumber!

We turned to Roto Rooter for a plumbing issue on our practically brand-new home almost a year ago. Wed called out another company who charged us through the nose, and less than 2 weeks later the problem was back. We called them back and they told us they didnt warranty their work.So we called Roto rooter. Not only did they fix the problem (some building materials lodged in the sink drain pipe), but they were less expensive. And they warranty their work.Today I called them out on a disconnected sink faucet in my office. Came loose. The guy fixed it in about 30 seconds and didnt charge. And pointed out how I can avoid that happening in the future. Very honorable. I dont normally write these reviews, but with service like that I felt obligated.

Although the issue has not been resolved yet, it is not a reflection on the 3 servicemen who worked on the issue for several hours today. They were all very professional and knowledgeable but as good as they all were…they could not mend old broken cast-iron pipes. We had a very gratifying experience with Albert and crew.His knowledge base coupled with his professionalism, experience and knowledge made our nightmare a cake walk.They took the time to do a batch work so we could continue using the facilities till the job could be completed properly.Albert and crew were also accomadating to our priority of salvaging our Pygmy Palms before diving extensively then after the job was completed they took the effort to replace all landscaping lights in working order.While the expense was shocking the job was completed timely and thorough. I had called my home warranty and scheduled a plumber to come out to look at the hot water heater. This happened on a Saturday. I had to call the contracted plumber and they made a one way video appointment for later that day. I waited over three hours and this was on Monday. Tuesday morning I canceled that appointment and got on Yelp. Roto Rooter was the only company that responded that they could have someone out to my home that day. Josiah and his manager Jonathan came to house, quoted me a price for a new hot water heater and Josiah worked diligently all afternoon and until the early evening to get that hot water heater in he called his associate, Angel who came out and assisted in lifting the hot water heater into the closet. All I have to say is Josiah was my hero that day. He worked so hard and never complained. I will always be grateful for hot water. Thank you Jonathan, Angel and mostly Josiah for a job well done!

David, Daniel and the crew did an outstanding job fixing a mysterious leak under our kitchen sink. They determined that another plumbing company had plumbed our new tankless hot water heater into an abandon AC line, causing our kitchen to flood. Not only are these guys professional and experienced, they were also detectives. Other plumbing companies could not figure out the leak. Highly recommend!

I am not typically one to leave reviews but this was so over and above that I felt compelled. If I was rating the entire experience from Roto Rooter out of 1 to 5 I would give them a 10!! I had Mark out to my home as my toilet was backing up into my shower. He was very diligent about exploring all the clean outs in the house which were clear. They then proceeded to dig a hole in my front lawn to expose the sewer pipe since the age of the house did not require a front clean out. Upon scoping it was discovered that during excavation to lay new fiber optic in the street my sewer pipe had been broken. They then proceeded to dig a hole in the street over the break and repair the damage. Though this entire process they were calm, patient and very professional. Mark stayed until almost 1 am to make sure the job was complete and the entire area was put back in place. It was hardly evident where they had worked. He was professional from start to finish. I trust his work and would highly recommend should anyones need arise

The plumbers doing the drain line and water line leak were amazing (especially Daniel)!! Long and complicated job but they got it all done professionally, timely and with great talent. Couldnt be happier with them.The water damage/reclamation technicians who did all the damage removal were also very good! However, the supervisor handling scheduling/communications of this side of the job needs SERIOUS attention and consideration of the client. I strongly suggest some time is given to reassessing this side of the companys policies and procedures.

We trust this crew!The entire Roto Rooter team was amazing. They were the only people available to help with an emergent outdoor pipe repair on the weekend. Johnathan and Oscar travelled up to the hi-desert within an hour of our request and charged us an extremely reasonable rate. They fixed the outdoor pipe break and waited to test it to ensure the issue was resolved. Very responsive and kind. I also appreciated the text message, email, and phone updates letting me know they were on the way. Will be calling this team FIRST in the future.

I had never used Roto-Rooter before but felt it would be a good idea to get a bid from a high-profile, reputable plumbing company that is a specialist in this type of thing. And they gave me the lower bid!From the first person I spoke with who took my call and said that someone could come out the same day to give a free estimate, to the technician who arrived early for the same day appointment, all the way to the final person issuing the invoice with pictures of the job, step by step, I knew I found a company that I could trust that was very professional, accountable, thorough and efficient.The technician, Juan Serrano, was early to his same day appointment to do the estimate. He came Covid ready, was very polite and personable as he listened to me explain what had been going on. Juan was detailed in his description of what they would need to do, how long it would take, and every step of the process, taking attention to make sure I understood. Feeling I had the best estimate, and a technician and company who I felt I could trust, I booked the job!When Juan arrived to do the work he was, again, polite, communicative and ready to get straight to work. He prepared the room, quickly and effectively with plastic to protect everything, (I’ve had some contractors come for drywall work who did not cover a thing and dusted my whole house so this was really impressieve to me!) The job was an all day event involving jack-hammering, digging up roots, replacing pipes and laying cement, and Juan just powered through it all, clearly focused on the task at hand while making sure he kept me informed from the beginning to end. His clean up was perfect as well!I am very happy with the work done and will always use Roto-Rooter and ask for Juan from now on. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

After a sewer line broke under our house, we immediately called Roto router who showed up right away. It was 11 o’clock at night. The technician, Oscar, worked for a couple of hours and then returned early the next morning to do the actual repair. He worked the entire day. His assistant Michael came back the next day to finish the job. Oscar and Michael were professional, patient, kind, and in our opinion, did excellent work. Initial problem was that the toilet was easily clogged. Roto Rooter cleared what appeared to be build up of grout or masonry that was in line. Also replaced toilet. Workers were very nice. My only complaint would be that they left to get toilet and didnt return for almost three hours without bothering to say they would be gone that long. Then it was the wrong toilet once they opened box. It was the end of the day since they had taken so long to return so I just had them install the toilet they had on hand. Didnt want to wait another three hours to possibly get the right toilet.

I had a very pleasant, smooth experience with Roto Rooted from the time I called and set up my appt with Jenny over the phone, my courtesy call from Steve at dispatch to the arrival at my home from Christian, my plumbing technician. He was prompt in arriving within the hour+ as promised. Christian was very professional & courteous and explained in detail what plumbing service he would be performing. He did the repair by snaking the pipe in the kitchen where the clogged drain was located and also repaired the leak underneath the sink. This repair started as a typical DIY replacing a bathroom faucet. After the faucet was installed, it became apparent that the inlet supply hoses needed to be replaced as well. Also, the top of the pop-up stopper drain assembly was fused to the tailpiece.At this point I realized I didnt have all the necessary tools to complete the work, so I called for professional help from Roto-Rooter. As I had come from quite a ways away myself, and didnt know when I might return, I elected to have someone come out after hours and on overtime.Although it was late, eventually Josiah Perez finished up at his last job over an hour away, but assured me he was coming, and I assured him I definitely still wanted the job done.I showed him the scope of the work, and he set right out to complete it.Overall, he was able to remove and replace the stubborn inlet hoses, but unfortunately, Josiah determined that the tailpiece was at too great a risk for further disintegration, so he only tightened it back to the basin, allowing for the sink to be serviceable once more.Josiah is an excellent Plumber, very knowledgeable and capable, but I was disappointed that he was not able to liberate the tailpiece and complete the faucet replacement.Still, I definitely would recommend him and Roto-Rooter, and would not hesitate to call on him for future repairs.

I had a flood at one of my rental properties and I called around alot of companys for flood remediation with no luck. Finally I came across Aaron from Roto-Rooter, he picked up the phone right away and within an hour he had someone on my property. They found the source of the flood and helped me make repairs. They were very knowledgeable on the process of dealing with a flood through insurance. They completed the flood remediation very quickly and dealt with the insurance adjusters as well.

Our Tech was very nice and came fairly quickly to look at our leak. He was unable to work on it at the time as it had already gotten dark. Scheduled to come back first thing in the morning, was going to be a tad bit late because of all the calls over night, but he kept in constant contact with us. I guess our main water fixture was a pain in the you know what!!. Was told that water was gooshing every where. Wish I had looked better, water was all through out my garage. Have not been able to talk to the main office, or even look to what extent, if any damage there was. Other than that all seems good so far.

Michael replaced a broken and leaking pressure relief valve ( told him the new install should have a picture frame around it ) and then an outdoor hose bib buried in a thorn infested vine wall. A terrible place to work never sure the original method of attachment or way of removing old bib.. No complaints... just did it... Great plumber and friendly man when you need help...

Technician Albert G did a great job on installing the New Water heater. Made it earthquake proof by securing it properly to the inner wall studs. The only thing I see is that he was by himself when trying to move a 75 gallon water heater, causing him to call for help removing and lifting the water heater. And some water damage But I don’t blame Albert. And yes I would use this company again causes they are better than your local plumbing.

Our sewer line backed up on Dec 23rd, I was scheduled to have 20 people over for the holiday on the 24th. I was suprised a d thankful that technicians were sent out the same day. They fixed the sewer line enough to use it on the 24th, then came out and worked part of the 25th and 26 to finish the repair. The technicians were very professional, I would recommend root rooter to anyone I know that needs that type of service.

It was a bitter pill to swallow, but Rotor-Rooter technicians, Josiah and Raul, made the unfortunate experience more bearable. What started as a bad leak in the toilet tank ended in needing a new toilet and discovering an abundance of roots growing in the pipe below the toilet. It was like a bad sci-fi movie with the roots threatening to eventually overtake their chosen space.Josiah was professional and courteous. He explained the problem and involved his supervisor when I needed more clarity on the situation. No one wants plumbing problems and this job took some time. Josiah and Raul did their best to keep my home clean and free of debris. They honored my request to wash their hands and wear boot covers and did so every time they went out and came back in.Ill use this company again and hope to find outstanding technicians again, like the guys I had.
