KCs 24 1/2 Hour Plumbing & Air Conditioning is truly the Best. I had KC come out to both install a new sink, as well as replace all Plumbing under the sink. I made an appt. and get was here, on time and went right to work. He is on my list of great plumbers. I will be needing a new air conditioner sometime this year, and it speaking with KC I know who to call!! They also have an inclusive maintenance program I jumped on. My water heater burst. Water everywhere. I called KC and Abraham was assigned my call. He phoned me to let me know when to expect him and he followed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to replace my old water heater with a larger, new one. He was fast, and informative about the process and he cleaned up the mess and removed the broken heater. It ended up being a pretty painless experience (except for the cost of the new water heater & the installation). Abraham gave me all the necessary information on the likely lifespan of the new unit, maintenance suggestions and warranty info. Abraham gets a grade of A from me. I will request him if I need plumbing in the future.

The technicians that have come out in the past have all been professional and very knowledgeableOscar was The technician that was sent out to check my air conditioning issue. Sent Cliff out to fix a leak in my sink. He went right to work upon entering the home. He was here 20 minutes found the leak and fixed it. He was very helpful with all my other questions I had. Checking what I asked and explaining why it’s gone bad or why I don’t need to replace it. I’ve called other plumbing companies out to do work and always seem to have to call KC plumbing to come out and fix others mistakes. They are a little pricey but if plumbing isn’t your thing and you want it done right the first time call KC’s.. thanks again Cliff.. kept me from having to do a mini kitchen remodel I don’t have the money to do!!

I had an emergency issue with a clothing washer valve leaking. Called KC, and with a few minutes I had a call back from the technician, Dana, who showed up 10 minutes later to perform the job. Dana is one of the best plumbers at KC. He installed our new waterheater a couple years ago and was just as professional and efficient then as he was today. I am very satisfied with his work, and highly reccomend him if you are using KC Plumbing.

I highly recommend this company. we had multiple issues on a rental that we just took possession of. Water heater needed replaced, valves on outdoor sprinklers were leaking, valves and hoses to the washing machine were preventing the washing machine from working correctly. Freddie C came out to assess and, and he fixed it all in one day! He was extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and walked the landlord through all of the repairs necessary on the phone. Freddy went over all the work that he did in detail, including showing me how to shut off the gas and water. I think their prices were very reasonable!

This is the second time in a week I used KC’s for a plumbing need. I have been trying tofind someone to install a water shutoff valve for my home and kept getting conflicting information. They were able to locate my line and install the shutoff valve the next day. Giancarlo and Abraham D were friendly, knowledgeable and polite. They made sure that I understood how to use it and that it was working properly before they left. Everyone I have dealt with at the company has been great. I would highly recommend them.

We came home from work on a hot summer Tuesday afternoon to realize our AC was no longer turning on. We searched online for companies that might be trust worthy and reliable and gave KCs a try. We were glad we did! Ruben came the same day in the evening and started to diagnose the problem. Certain parts we changed as the unit was original from 10 years back and had worn out. Other issues came up and Ruben kept coming back to check on the problem. Forward to Thursday evening, we realized our unit was just no longer going to work and we might also need an upgraded one for our home. Ruben and his Supervisor Robert met with us late Thursday evening to talk about our options. We decided to get a brand new unit installed and upgrade to something more fit for our home in the process. Robert honored the money we had spent in the parts previously installed and Friday morning the crew went to work on the installation. By Saturday afternoon the job had been completed. Very professional and friendly staff! Very competent and knowledgeable as well as caring! Receptionists scheduling the appts were great at making the appts as soon as possible. We would definitely recommend this company to friends and family! Very pleased. Thank you KCs!

Robert Flores was the technician that came to our home to investigate. He arrived on the early side of the the two hour window of 8:00 am to 10:00 am , which impressed us.He was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained ( in layman’s terms), exactly what was going on due to the a/c not cooling sufficiently. Upon a neighbors recommendation, we contacted KC to resolve an underground PVC pipe when our gardener noticed a significant leak coming from the ground. They sent out a terrific plumber by the name of Casey who had a thorough understanding of underground pipes, properly diagnosed the issue, explained what caused the leak, and went back to his shop to retrieve the proper fitting for a successful repair. Casey went the extra mile, considering that it was 110 degrees outside. KC Plumbing will be our go-to company going forward.

KC’s 23 1/2 Hour Plumbing came to our home to fix a leak under the kitchen sink and take a look at our 13 year old hot water heater. He arrived on time, was knowledgeable and friendly, and he also helped us contact the manufacturer of the kitchen sink sprayer hose that was leaking. He advised us that the sink & hose was still under a 10 year warranty so we got the parts at no charge. The new hot water heater was installed today, and everything went as planned. Dana G. and his colleague handled everything to perfection, including all of the clean up, as well as adjusting a couple of things that were not quite right from our home remodel 10 years ago. KC’s and Dana both get a perfect 10 out of 10 in our book!!!

The valver were 21 years old and I didnt want to risk the possibility of a water leak damaging my home. Even with the difficulty of complicated issues due to an RO system and on demand hot water, as well as existing pipes in front of valves, Giancarlo was able to quickly getvtgecjob done with quality parts.

Coming into Palm Desert from LA; Hadn’t been back since end of April. Of course, my condo was scorching - turning on the air, set at 75° & running all the fans, after several hours came to realize there’s a problem with the A/C. It’s not cooling my condo down whatsoever. Following day remained unbearable & after consulting with Neighbor, we knew it was time to call the Technician. Called several, KC Responded back right away. Spoke with hanna & she promised 2 have 1 of her technicians reach out - right away, OSCAR called & was on his way, Arriving within 30 minutes. Very impressed with the timeframe. He immediately began troubleshooting, running diagnostics, ect.(& here i am stuck upstairs in a wheelchair, not knowing what is happening!l) Well, he came back with some pretty bad news: my unit was 20 years old & time 4 it 2 be replaced. Naturally, that’s not about to happen at 10pm on a Sunday night. He did offer to do Whatever it would take to get my condo cooled down (at least temporarily) until I can get back to LA, start making plans to come up with the $$$ the replacement unit. UnFortunately, 4 everyone, on the following day, the temperature began to rise & B4 we left at 11pm, thermostat was up 96°. Much to my disappointmentzz, we turned unit off & & left 2 go back to LA. So, following day. I spoke with Robert (field supervisor) & explained to him situation. I found him 2 be very Sympathetic, understanding compassionate & professional. We were able to come to an agreement, that when I have them install the new unit (Tentatively planned 4 1st part of October) The Cost of the repair which only lasted one night would be applied towards my new unit. I would recommend this company 4 their respect and honoring their loyal customers

A call to KC’s dispatcher got us a fast response from Ricardo, and he worked diligently on Saturday and Sunday to identify the problem. It turned out to be a problem with the outside gas meter so they were able to point me to the gas company (who also, by the way, responded quickly) and we are now able to host friends again. Further proof that this a first rate shop that not only does a great installation and setup but also stands by their customer. Highly recommended!

I called for an annual air conditioner service. I thought that I would try a new company. It turned out to be an excellent decision! Thomas called to let me know that he would arrive in 20 minutes, and he spent over 2 hours at my home. He thoroughly cleaned the inside unit of my furnace / air conditioner, he cleaned inspected and checked every component on the outside unit which houses the compressor, fan, and all of the other good stuff an air conditioner requires. He took pictures showed me everything that was done and everything that needed to be done. This was the most thorough annual air conditioning service that I have ever had in 20 years of living in my home!! I highly recommend this company to everyone. We have used KC’s 23 1/2 Plumbing and HVAC for almost 2 years and the experience is always pleasant. Working with Abraham this morning was one of those excellent experiences. We asked him to help us fix some bad work our contractor did. After expressing his shock, he was able to explain what needs to be fixed and how they can help us. I appreciated his candor and his helpful attitude. Look forward to working with him again soon.

My experience with Robert Flores of KC Air Conditioning was beyond brilliant and outstanding!!! There is no doubt that Robert is the best!! Robert is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, skilled, and personable!! Robert Also brought in two gentlemen on his team, Eric and Thomas, who were as wonderful as Robert! The team took their time and diagnosed problems and corrected situations that needed to be addressed and took measures to lessen any future problems! I could not have found a better team if I tried, I was so lucky!! I recommend Robert and his team with KC Air Conditioning to the highest possible degree!!!!

My water heater went out and I called KCs 23 1/2 on a Saturday morning over Memorial Day weekend. They were at my house in less than two hours. They replaced my old tank water heater with a new tankless in less than four hours. They did a great job and a fair price. I couldnt be happier with my new water heater and the service I got from KCs. I highly recommend them. They are honest, reliable, hard working and did a great job. Thank you KCs for saving the day!
