If I could give 10 stars to Raptor Plumbing I would! This is the most responsive and reliable plumbing contractor I have ever worked with. They helped me with an emergency water heater replacement in less than 24 hours. Vicki, Jesse and the team are wonderful people. I will continue to use Raptor for all of my plumbing projects. It’s hard to find good service these days. The whole project was easy and smooth from start to finish. I had a brand new water heater in 45 minutes. So happy and so so relieved! From our first phone call through to completion of our job, everyone was polite, helpful and professional. The dispatcher, Vicky, was super friendly and efficient. Plumber Jesse did an excellent job installing a drinking water osmosis system as well as supplying the gas and plumbing for a new washer and dryer. We are very happy with the service and price and will definitely recommend them to others.

I called Raptor Plumbing for a water heater issue I was having and was very satisfied with work. From my initial conversation with Vicki, who was very friendly and responsive to Jesse who came out to do the work. Jesse provided me with some options based on the issue, which varied in pricing. He was friendly and what I felt honest, which is what you want from professionals. I appreciated the info and made my decision based on it. I have put Raptor Plumbing on my contacts because if I have any other plumbing issues….hopefully not for a while…I will certainly give them a call. I would highly recommend them!

Today is the second time that Raptor Plumbing has came to my familys rescue. Vicki is very nice and courteous. Jesse arrives on time, and explains exactly what he is going to do, and he makes sure that everything is working before he leaves.

We had a gas leak at our meter that required immediate attention. I called and Vicki was courteous and helpful. I explained the situation and she assured me somebody would be there within a few hours. Jesse showed up and was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to quote me a price and repair the problem in a timely manner. They are a family owned, local business and I highly recommend them. I will be giving them a call for any future plumbing needs.

Happy I found Raptor to replace an ancient, leaking shower fixture! Jesse came the same day I called, diagnosed the problem and returned the following day with all the parts needed.
