I called and requested service through my home warranty company. Intercity called the next business day to set up an appointment for the technician to come. The lady that called to set up the service appointment was really friendly. The technician called 15 minutes before his arrival and was right on time. Trevor was knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He assessed the issue, explained what was going on and got to work right away. He finished the work and left the bathroom impeccable. Im extremely satisfied with the 5 Stars service provided by Intercity Plumbing and Trevor! I Highly recommend them!

Trevor and his team at All Inter-City Plumbing were amazing to work with. The dispatch/office staff were easy to talk to, friendly, and scheduled us as quickly as possible. Trevor was our technician and he communicated his arrival time, answered all of our questions, worked quickly, and was professional throughout the service. We couldnt have asked for a better experience with Trevor and All-Inter City Plumbing. Although we were connected to them through our home warranty claim, they earned our trust and business, and now will be our go-to plumbing company in the future!!

I am very pleased with the service provided by technician, Matthew. He arrived as scheduled, was well-dressed and clean, and very personable. He listened to the problem I was having with two toilets and proposed a plan of action. He augered the hall toilet and cleared the line. He attempted to auger the primary suite toilet but because of the design of the toilet he could not get the auger through. The only solution is that I have to purchase a new toilet. Home warranty will not cover, unfortunately. My experience with Matthew and the company dispatcher was outstanding. Diane Reilly.

Great service. Used through my home warranty. First visit said they could fix water heater but would have to add a modification that would be out of pocket expense to me. Upon visit they determined they could fix without modification - so no charge to me. Thats usually unheard of from any provider. They usually try to add additional cost.

On the day of our appointment the service technician, Trevor, called to let me know when he would be at my home. He was right on time. I showed him where the problem was. He quickly assessed it and advised me he could quickly fix it. Trevor was extremely courteous and professional. He completed the job and left the work area in perfect condition. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what and where the problem was. Fixed the problem and explained the problem that caused the leak. This was a tricky, not easily accessible leak. There was no easy visual on our problem and we surely hoped to not have to demolish the stone work in our shower to fix it. I sent Intercity Plumbing a message that my kitchen sink was backing up. I received a call from them in minutes. They scheduled my appointment for the next day between 10am & 2pm. Shortly after their call I got a text confirming the appointment. I got another call from Joey the technician the next day a little after 1pm, he said that would be arriving in 30 minutes. I than got a text so I could track his route to my house. Joey arrived on time with another person who was new and being trained. Joey assessed the problem and told me he would need to router out my sewer line. They brought the machine in and cleaned out my lines. They were finished in about 35 minutes, cleaned up the area and went on to another job. I would Recommend Intercity Plumbing to anyone.

After finding out which company AHS contracted with when requesting warranty work, I read all the reviews on google. I was wary of the company after seeing all the negative reviews, but so far I am quite satisfied with everything.Requested at 4:45 AM, received a scheduling call at 8:40 AM from Rose. She was professional, courteous, informative, and friendly. She quickly scheduled my appointment and asked if there were any questions, which she answered knowledgably.In regard to other reviews complaining about call time or being contacted by the plumber with a short window, Rose did explain that if the call from the plumber - who calls to give you a 15-ish minute heads up - is missed, you have a few minutes to call back before s/he moves on to the next ticket.Will update next week after we have our work visit.
