Can’t say enough for Palmer Electric. No electricity in our townhome. Carlos evaluated the problem and came to a conclusion. Now we have light! He explained everything to me where I understood what had happened. Next time I will only call Palmer first.

Palmer Electric is the best in the business. Larry was very upfront with scheduling and being 2 weeks out before he could perform the job. During that 2 weeks I had another electrician and a general contractor try to remediate the wiring deficiencies at my house but were unsuccessful. When Larry did come on the date as promised, he was able to find the solution, although not easy. It was very impressive seeing him problem solve after watching the others get frustrated and giving up. He also had his team show up at another property I was working on the same day because of a cancellation to fix an inoperable fan(broken receiver). The efficiency, knowledge, and genuine care went above and beyond. I highly recommend their services for any electrical needs.

Had a contractor do some remodeling at my condo in Palm Desert. He put up a ceiling fan but couldn’t get it to work. Said it’s the transmitter not getting the signal etc…..call the company and have them send another. I decided to call Palmer because they fixed another screw-up for something else. Carlos and Kyle were there within a couple of hours and in less than a half hour solved the problem. BEST advice to anyone is have a certified electrician do the job!! They have come through for me again and would definitely recommend them!!! AND GUESS WHAT….DIDN’T need a new transmitter!!! Call an Electrician!!!

Had a really pleasant experience with Larry and his crew. Everybody was super professional and friendly. I needed some new outlets installed outside, and a couple old GFIs fixed. But I only had $500 to spend. Larry was great about working within my budget. He brought his whole crew, and they were done in less than two hours. The work looks great, and everybody was amazing. The total came out to just a little bit more, but Larry kept it at $500 anyways. Great guy, great crew, great company. I highly recommend Palmer Electric!

Larry and his team gave me the best experience I have had ever with an electrician. We had can lights installed on a 13 foot ceiling and add some power outlets outside and in garage. He showed up on time for our quoting appointment. Gave me options and pricing via email within 24 hours. He arrived to do the work on time and was extremely clean and efficient. Larry with Palmer Electric is the epitome of small business done right. Professional, timely, good communication, reasonable rates, and thankful for the work. He installed 4 ceiling fans with no pre existing wiring in place as well as an attic fan and a new chandelier. He came in on time ready to work and got the job done just under his original estimate. I can’t say enough about Palmer Electric, they will be my go to call without hesitation.

On a hot Sunday afternoon our entire house lost power and it was warming up quickly. My husband was undergoing chemotherapy and in no condition to be displaced due to a power outage. We called Larry (on a Sunday) and he returned our call promptly. He was at our home within 45 minutes to assess the outage. Larry was honest, trustworthy and more than a hardworking electrician. He was genuinely concerned with our situation and determined to resolve the outage ASAP. Larrys work is impeccable. He had the electric company onsite for a final sign off and we were back in our home within 2 days. Larry had to pull out our entire panel and replace all the breakers. From his detailed assessment, diligent work, precision and tidiness down to his professional and honest nature he maintains, Larry is the only electrician we would hire and trust from here forward. He is not only honest, quick and reliable, he is genuinely concerned with his customers and their varying situations. Larry, and Palmer Electric, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your honesty and genuine concern. We upgraded to a 200 AMP electrical panel. Larry and his crew were very polite, professional and on time. Very good at communicating schedules with not only their company, but also with SCE. Where to begin......You can tell that a business owner cares about customer service and his reputation by following thru with what he says. I contacted Larry of Palmer Electric to install flood lights at my residence. He told me that he would be by the house the next day at 12 PM to give me an estimate on the job. True to word, Larry showed up 15 minutes earlier!! ( 11:45 am )Larry, has a pleasant demeanor and is very professional. He examined the areas of where I wanted the flood lights installed and quoted me a competitive price. However, Larry, did advise me that he was backed up with other jobs. I took that as a sign that his work was exceptional and worth the wait. Therefore, I told him that I wanted to hire him and would wait the week.Larry, actually was able to fit me in the following week. He arrived promptly, and got to work right away. In addition, he cleaned up after the work was done. What I was most impressed about was that he was able to complete the installation of the flood lights in an aesthetic manner without breaking any of the stucco. Larry, finished the work in the time promised so that I could move on with my day. Larry and his team are excellent!!! They are prompt, professional, honest and ethical!!! Now that we have found Larry we will never use any other electrician!!! Sometimes electrical issues can be challenging especially in mid- century homes but Larry does his best to resolve issues and his pricing is fair. I would highly recommend Larry and his team!!!

Palmer electric does careful, high-quality work. I have used them twice so far. Most recently, they came out to inspect and upgrade my outdoor outlets. It turned out that all four outlets needed safety-related updates. They had been originally installed by a handyman decades ago under a different owner and were a safety hazard.Palmer Electric made the required safety upgrades in a few hours for a fair price.I would definitely call Palmer Electric again the next time I need electrical work.

Larry provided us with a room by room detailed estimate to install canned lights throughout our home, relocate ceiling fans, install a new chandelier, switch out existing light fixtures and, most importantly, put in a larger circuit panel for installation of an EV charger. Palmer Electric is extremely busy, so the work could not commence for approx. 6 weeks after the bid. The crews were on time, were professional and performed excellent work for the most part. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to Larrys lack of flexibility when a project required a change that was not forseen by him or alotted for when the job was scheduled (1-new panel, 2-EV charger installation, 3- install a chandilier that was present at the time of the bid and the start of a 2 day job that was discovered to need a part one day 1, but not brought up until the end of day 2), resulting in Larry just completely deleting them from the job and advising he needed to start from a new bid and rescheduling these items for a much later date, instead of doing the work needed (getting a part from the hardware store on day 1) and adjusting the bid for the changes. Also, Larrys crew just left the job when they felt they were done to go to another job with no walk through by Larry or a supervisor to ensure the work was all done and that everything worked properly. We now have to start from square one to get the most important project done (panel and EV charger) and, in the meantime, take several hours a day to go to a public EV charging station to charge our car for use the next day. In the end, we like what was done, but are frustrated that time was not allloted for in the event an issue or change arose.

I cannot recommend Palmer Electric highly enough! They responded almost immediately to an electrical issue I had been dealing with for over a week with several other contractors and our home warranty company. They were quick and efficient at fixing the issue, which had been misdiagnosed by a prior electrician. Another electrician advised my pool panel was severely overloaded and that the underground wiring from our main electrical panel needed to be replaced. The technicians from Palmer were able to fix the entire issue by replacing the breaker and tightening a loose wire. They literally saved me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs. They will be my first call for any future electrical needs and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. - Tammie

AMAZING !!!! I feel very fortunate I found Larry at Palmer Electric. Trustworthy, honorable and determined to find the problem with my outdoor landscape lights. He stayed well into the evening to make sure it was all handled !!!!!
