We were impressed that we were able to get an appointment within 24 hours, our technician Ricky, showed up on time, early in fact, and did a great job. he presented full pricing for us in advance, so there were no surprises. We appreciated that they charge by the job office set price list rather than charging by the hour, that was awesome! Bottom line, we will never have a need to go anywhere else beyond , Mr. Sparky!

Corey came out and had to install a brand new electrical panel in my 1996. mobile home. He worked diligently all day long. He did a great job and cleaned up nicely, taking all the old broken stuff with him. Corey was very friendly and professional. I have always been satisfied with Mr Sparky. Even the Phone receptionists are friendly and get someone out to your house as quickly as possible. Thanks, Mr Sparky.

I was having my water heater changed out to an instant water heater & needed two 220 breakers & larger wiring. I found this out at the last minute & needed an electrician ASAP. One of the carpenters said, “call Mr. Sparky!” I had never heard of them but looked up Mr. Sparky on Google. I called the first one (Daytona) & when the lady heard that my zip code was an Ormond #, she said that they didn’t service my area. That surprised me, but I went back to Google & the next one was Mr. Sparky Ormond/Palm Coast. It would seem that the Daytona office would refer me to the Ormond office, but they did not.When I called the Ormond Mr. Sparky they worked me in the next day. Aaron Anderson arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, extremely nice & I was very pleased with his work.I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing electrical work. Karen had a most pleasant and very kind voice showing compassion for me who needed a favor for such short notice.They sent the technician Corey Who immediately diagnosed my problem and corrected the power outage almost immediately. You could tell that he had a lifetime worth of experience, knowing exactly what to do and got it done without hesitation.It was very kind to me and very accommodating and I would like others to know, from the first moment, I placed my phone call to the job being completed literally one and a half hours later. I was just thrilled with the service in a fast moving world these days, especially in Florida, it is very difficult to find contractors willing to please especially with such short notice. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Sparky to anybody that I know for any job having to do with electricity and electrical installations. Cole came to my house with a happy face, since he has been here before. He was friendly and knew the nature of my equipment. He went right to the spot and started checking everything out. I mean everything he started at the breaker box and continued out to the pool equipment. When he found out what the problem was he gave me a quote that I agreed to before he followed with the work to repair my timer situation. He did excellent work every time he came by. Mister Sparky Palm Coast is hands down the best electrical company out there. I contacted them, after hours, around 6pm, the night before a storm came through for an issue of no AC/no hot water at my mothers house. Aaron Anderson, one of their, in my humble opinion, best guys, came out after hours discovered the issue and completed a an emergency work around to improve her situation, restoring her AC and hot water. Friday, after the storm had passed he returned and assessed the situation fully, made recommendations to safely bring all the work up to code then was able to pull the necessary permits with the city so that the following Monday he could return and replace the faulty, out of code, exterior electrical panel and replace the outdated, unsafe interior fuse box. he showed up on time Monday, fixed every electrical issue for a very reasonable price, and kindly checked the major appliances to ensure none were damaged by the bad panels. oh, and he did all of this in half the stated time, with a smile on his face. you cant buy customer service like this anywhere, he truly loves his job and loves ensuring all of his customers are taken care of. there is not another electrical company out there that i would recommend. this company is legit, not only about the job but about taking care of their customers. if you hire them for a job, youll never regret it.

What a wonderful experience I had here, I started off by calling the office to speak to an electrician to answer questions for me. I didnt think this was possibly but I got lucky and there was a tech in the office that I was able to speak with right before he dispatched to his many jobs he had for the day., his name was Mr. Cole and he answered all my questions and concerns and I booked a call with the lady in the office after my conversation with the electrician. I was able to get service same day but I opted out for the following day due to my work schedule. I was unable to get Mr. Cole out due to his busy work schedule but boy oh boy did they send me a technician who was just as great his name was Corey and truly made my day the quality of work and professionalism. I will for sure be a Mr. Sparky customer for life and will defly refer them to any of my friends & family, as this company earned its 5 stars if i could provide 10 starts I would.
