I have to express my appreciation! Jeff and Ben came out to fix a wire I accidentally cut while trimming and removing a bush and there honesty and expertise was like no other! They not only fixed my mistake they also serviced the AC unit at both our homes! They where extremely thorough and explained so much too me! Advanced Air gets 5 stars from us and will be the only company we will use moving forward! Thanks guys!

I had an issue with my unit randomly turning on and off. Pete and Ben arrived and the reason for the issue was quickly identified and thoroughly explained. They fixed the unit just as quickly and informed me that I was actually due for a full tune-up. Everything was handled in a professional and courteous manner. I highly recommend Advanced Air and specifically, Pete and Ben.

I couldnt be more satisfied with the service provided by Advanced Air today. The Service Technician, Pete, was professional and arrived on time. I truly appreciated how he took the time to explain the issue and the solutions clearly. Additionally, he even recommend some tips to maintain the unit to avoid problems in the future.I highly recommend requesting Pete for your AC service needs . 5 star customer service! My home is cool, and the HVAC system is running smoothly.

We had a leak in the wall and Advanced Air Home Services came out within 2 hours to fix the water line. My husband was a plumbing contractor his whole life a very critical about others doing plumbing work. He came into he bedroom where I was with the dogs to tell me that the plumber really knew his stuff! I’ve never heard him compliment another plumber! When I came out to meet him and pay the invoice, I was pleased to find Greg Moore to be very polite and accommodating to our needs. I will highly recommend him and this company to anyone! Thank you!

During my scheduled tune up on my system, technician Pete Ruiz, found a problem with the switch and replaced it. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I rarely write reviews, but the excellent service provided by Josh and Pete at this company is truly significant. They were thorough in there diagnostic inspections involving all four of my heating and AC systems, inspected vents that presenting airflow issues outside of our home, cleaned the furnaces and AC units, inspected the aging status of my exterior AC units, repaired the ceiling access trim, repaired a wire affecting the performance of furnace blower, replaced air filters with Merv 5 pleated filters, and brought thermostat parts to consider upgrading our home. They worked on my home like it was theirs, climbing three stories multiple times with ladders in hand. Advanced Air should be proud of these employees. They have my complete business going forward.

I recently had the need to replace my water heater. Paul went through all the different options for tankless water heaters and we decided on one that fit my needs. The water heater was ordered and an installation date was set up. Paul arranged the entire instal (with the electrician) and came prepared ON TIME and ready to do the install. The install was done very professionally and works amazingly (as he assured me it would). I would recommend anyone looking to replace a water heater contact Paul and discuss your options. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed!

I have know Doug Jahn, the owner of Palm Coast Heating & AC for over 5 years. They are by far the most superior heating and ac company in Palm Coast. Our new heating - A/C units are up and running !!!!! From start to finish this company was great.... Josh went over everything with us and answered all our questions about the company and the product. Larry and Shane installed 2 days later and were also very informative about the functioning and the product.... Professional, friendly and FAST !!!! Thank you all ....Your new customers .... Bernie & JimUpdate - 10 months down the road. We returned from vac. and our a/c was not working. On a Sat. late afternoon. Called and someone came out. Was in a rush, got the ac running, said it was an FPL issue and asked for the service charge fee. I was confused with what he did and why the charge so I deferred payment till I contacted the office on Monday. Spoke with Maryann and Dawn and they agreed there was no service charge as we were within our 1 year guarantee of no labor charge. Dawn also listened to my concern about the unit and sent Josh out to do another inspection. He took the time and effort to check the system and reassure us that all was in working order ... Thank you very much... It reinforced my confidence in choosing this company ...
