I had an issue with my AC, of course on the weekend. I called my usual AC company that I have a membership with and they were fully booked and couldn’t get to me. I went online and looked for someone else and I found David Gray. I called them and Sage with the answering service was so kind and beyond happy to help. They sent me tracking for when the technician Brain would be here. When Brain got here, my dogs ran to greet him and they loved him (which is unusual they tend to be picky with who they like). Brian was quick, thorough and extremely kind! I highly recommend David Gray’s service!

So first I want to start off and say that the field tech was awesome in his installing the Fauset. I realize everyone has to make a living including myself. We appreciate the fact you credited us the 69.00 and gave us 50.00 off but 450.00 for an hours work was high. It was at the point I had no choice but to pay it. I since then have got quotes of 225-300 to replace the sink faucet.The reason we picked you was because you did our hot water heater and it was reasonable and he did a great job. Top notch service all around. The lady I spoke with on the phone (at like 7:45AM) was very friendly and accommodating. She even called later during my appointment window to give me a status on the tech. The tech (Brady Vaughn) was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It was nice to be able to track where the tech Blake was so I could put my 2 mini schnauzers in a safe place while he was here. Have another faucet to replace. A little pricey. My disaster happened on a Saturday afternoon, the water heater was spilling out from the seam at the top like Niagara Falls all over the electric controls. David Gray responded quickly, had a man to the house in about an hour with everything he expected to need to finish the work quickly. Josh was finished within the hour and left the space clean and orderly.The charge fell at the top of the national median price range but I got a 50 gal. Rheem tank with a 6 year guarantee and speedy service on a late weekend day. I expected it to be expensive. But I am satisfied with the entire transaction and the quality of service i received. I would use them again I think.

And we felt like we were a little bit on the spot. For the $69 service call no matter which way you go. It was definitely a turn off I will think twice before I would use the service again for the charges. I did and that the service was excellent.

This is the second time we have used David Gray plumbing and I want to say that both times we have been very happy with the services provided. The first time was an emergency after hours on a Sunday evening where a storm had blown something over and broke the house bib off causing water to flood in the garage (it broke inside the exterior wall). They responded immediately to our call and had Kevin out to our house the next morning repairing the damage. When we had another, non emergency plumbing need, water line leak to the dishwasher and hot water pump issue, we requested Kevin come back out. He was clear with what was needed, provided a couple of options and made the repairs efficiently and effectively. We are very satisfied and will gladly use and refer to David Gray Plumbing in the future.

David Gray is the greatest place to get your plumbing or electrical work done instead of trying to get people over to do the work that live near Palm Coast, Fl and/but they never call back or show up at all..!! I now have a contractor I can trust.
